This is my first time writing a review.We had our i3 towed to Capital BMW for battery replacement on 9/1/2021 - its now 10/08/2021 and its not yet done! We had it towed when it was still Summer, were now in the middle of Fall.Weve made calls for update and asked for email explanation today regarding the delay, of which Jessica said she will do. Unfortunately, no email.Weve been very patient but this is getting ridiculous and utterly unacceptable. If I can give a 0 star, I would; but this review requires at least 1 star.

I have driven a BMW for years and have always loved the service until today. I had an appointment for 12:45 and was told they couldn’t find my appointment despite receiving a confirmation email. Luckily (I thought), Ian slid me in and told me it would be an hour and 45 minute wait. They had no loaners available (they never do! This is a total ploy to get you to purchase a BMW and then never an actual benefit of servicing your car at BMW) and the rental car company was completely out of cars so I had no choice other than to wait in the lobby. Well, I’m currently sitting in the lobby after a THREE hour wait and still do not have my car. I have been told since 2:50 that my car is “being washed” and it would only be “15 more minutes”. Needlesstosay, I would have preferred to just pay for the service somewhere else to save myself a three hour+ wait. The staff is very sweet and kind but the inappropriate estimated waiting time and constant lack of loaner vehicles (my last three services!) makes me advise you to go somewhere else for services.

Quite outstanding! Phil Holland was my service agent that helped me every step of the way while my car was at Capital Eurocars. He is every car owner’s dream to have on their side! The customer service provided from start to finish was truly something impeccable. Extremely professional, kind, genuine and thorough. Would recommend 100000 times. Do not buy a CPO car from Capital Bmw, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Volkswagen, Porsche. Or more simply “Crown automotive group” aka Capital Eurocars the whole idea of buying a certified pre owned vehicle is that you get a warranty that extends beyond the manufactures new car warranty. In this companies case they refer to it as a “Capital Confidence Plan” first of all this warranty they use is not backed by the manufacturers at all! It’s a 3rd party company from Ohio which will tell you they are going to email you documents about your capital confidence plan contract and won’t. They will hang up on you. They are not going to approve your claims that clearly should be covered. For example our 2013 328i that has been maintained at all service intervals by a licensed repair shop oil changes, alignments, even down to the recommended tire rotation with every other oil change. ( they will void the warranty if you don’t) 1st denied claim cost over a thousand dollars at the bmw dealership major oil leak, mileage was around 51,000 miles they claimed that the oil housing gasket wasn’t covered because it’s considered maintenance on bmw’s (not true) now the second repair is a valve cover which is by definition of a limited power train warranty is any major part that plays a role in making the tires on a combustion automobile engine’s tires spin. A valve cover keeps engine oil in and elements out of the engine it protects the cylinder head, valves, crankcase, pistons and so on. My ASE certified mechanic argued with the warranty company that he has repaired bmws with this same issue and they were covered under the extended warranties. The bmw dealership will give you the run around I had to be sent to the Volvo dealership next door to get a copy of my service contract. Do yourself a favor and think before you buy CPO or even a brand new luxury car from this company. Lexus and Acura CPO warranties are backed by the manufactures (Toyota and Honda) from what I’ve read. I will never purchase anything from this company again nor will I recommend them to any one in the market for a luxury car. If you have a situation like this in the past or currently do consumers a favor and report it to BBB and FTC

I am on an assignment in Tallahassee working and my 640i needed an oil change so I scheduled an appointment here with Capital. Obviously this was my first time at this dealership as my main dealership is in Atlanta, however the customer service experience that I received from Phil Holland was nothing less than amazing. Phil is very competent when it comes to BMW vehicles and was very efficient with my check in process and even provided me a loaner (as I had just gotten off from a night shift and needed to run errands). I really wish I had Phil as an advisor at my home dealership. Definitely will be returning if the need arises again.

Phil was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, including confirming that the repair was covered under warranty with BMW North America. Every time i come back to BMW @ TLH, Jessica C (service agent) reminds me why I finally got my car in Jacksonville (Tom Bush, worth going if interested on a new car) Once again brought my car, to be told at 5 pm - after calling too many times to get some info, drop it at 730 am - to be bring it back some other time as they had no time to complete it and she could not promise car would be completed next time it was dropped (Was originally told car would be ready early afternoon). Unclear why I was given an appointment in the first place. I spoke today to Jacksonville BMW and I was told car service will require 6 hours to complete.This has happened three times since iI started going to BMW @ Tallahassee (always with the same agent) and each time had to bring back car after getting an appointment by them and no service completed on initial visit. I wonder if being from a minority group is the reason why I get this special attention, after all there seems to be a pattern. Tried to reach managers in the past but no one calls back. This time I learned my lesson and I had enough with the lack of proper communication. I dont know what to expect anymore any time i drop my car. In the past, I did request BMW to please change my service agent, as I was not comfortable with the recurring situation, didnt happen. I Dont expect much anymore. Ill just stay away to avoid this strange situation.
