My experience with Mr. Dwayne was awesome. He definitely got me in a vehicle the same day, but sad to say three days later my vehicles check engine light came on and I asked Mr. Dwayne was it ok to drive and he said it should be fine but it was not fine and now smoke coming out of the pipes and it barely pulls now. I want to assume Mr. Dwayne had no actual knowledge that that would happen so I wont fault him. Next time I purchase a vehicle Im making sure I have someone with car knowledge with me to ask the right questions📢 📢 📢 📢 📢 📢 📢 📢Update... Time wasted, I was interested a vehicle and asked have the vehicle been in any car crashes and I was told that the vehicle is in good conditions and no it has not. I was told I needed to send all this information in order to get approve for the vehicle and that took much time. Finally almost 2 weeks after waiting and waiting I was told when would I like to close out the deal. I realized I did not have a car fax and other important information on the car. I asked for the car fax and then Dwayne stated ohh yeah IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. So why are you just now telling me this information but when I first asked him he said no. Now THAT I am asking for a car fax its yes the car have been in accident. Lastly when I was given the Car Fax, it was screen shots from someones phone. When I observed what was on there it STATED THE CAR WAS IN 2 ACCIDENTS. Crown Motors is unprofessional, scammers and liars stay away.

🚨🚨🚨ATTENTION‼️🚨🚨🚨2 cars less than 30 days, 1st car claimed to not have problems after smoking every stop, it’s also back on the lot for sale... shakes like it has been wrecked... lie about replacing old batteries, 2nd car program key modules stop working less than a week, with cable problems, lights had to be replaced, Nd was charge 188 && have to file police report over a missing tag to get vehicle... paying 175 every 2 weeks during the process && Do Not give temporary vehicle or help, not cooperative at all... worst place to invest your money!!!

If zero stars where available Id choose zero! This car dealer ship is not worth even going to. The employees are beyond rude with everything. I purchased my 03 GMC envoy a couple monthes back and have had nothing but problems out of it. The transmission went out while 14 hours away from home only two months after buying it and of course their warranty is complete B.S and dose not cover it and the ladies in the office have been no help at all and rude about the whole problem. I was told I would receive a call back about my transmission and never received one until two weeks after I had already came out of pocket for it my self. To top the problems off my suspension is shot and my ball joints also need replaced. Save yourself a headache and do not buy from this dealership.
