Smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Sales manager Alvin was on top of my initial inquiry and he turned it over to his salesperson, Julia Tilden, who was everything I could ask for in a sales rep. I was constantly kept informed while the truck was in transit and all the way through the purchase. I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done differently.

As a consumer, I recently had the opportunity to purchase something I really wanted but had a bit of a snag with a salesperson (Glen Sheppard) who didn’t value me as a customer. In spite of this snag, the care that Dale Brown and his team provided me with was beyond what I expected. In other words, the care and concern and their efforts to turn my experience into a better one was golden. I would consider doing future business with them again because of how they made me feel, valued as every customer should be. Ordering my custom Bronco Sport was so easy! Dale walked me through any questions (even answering after hours!). It just picked my favorite features and hit submit and now I’m patiently (kind of!) waiting for my beautiful white Outer Banks Bronco!! I stopped by during lunch to see if they had any reasonably priced trucks, and was generously greeted by Alvin, who didn’t hassle me to death, he simply asked what all I was looking for and if anything in particular. After explaining just that, Alvin suggested I take a look at a 2019 F150 - Lariat just received days ago and that was super clean, and man it was. I told the guys I’d be back after work and that’s just what I did. Zack and Michael in finance produced fair numbers and the competitive rates i needed to stay around the payments I was looking for. 11/10 service and deals. If you need a new vehicle, Tallahassee Ford will hook you up. My sales person was Austin. Although new, he knew alot about his job and could get an answer for you quick if he didnt. Austin was definitely happy to be there and help customers like me. The place as a whole was nice. The vehicles were taken care of. Management was nice enough to come out and talk to me and my family just because they can. I was in and out no problem at all.

They were friendly people but don’t like how they do business. Never experienced such bad business when dealing with car salesmen. First we called cause we live two hours away to try to get things going because we have a little one but that should have been our sign I guess to not even go down there. Cause when trying to work things out they held onto our keys to our trade in and when we weren’t going to make a deal they still held on to them till we were walking out. They also did not give us our ids back and didn’t realize it till we were almost home. My husband and I have called and there is no urgency to finding them. I guess because we didn’t make a deal with them.

Great Service Department! Thank you Fred and Roy! My husband and I were travelling on I-10 from St Augustine to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon in May to see our newborn granddaughter, when our Explorer lost traction control and began shifting in and out of 4-wheel drive. We limped into Tallahassee Fords Service Department. Fred, the Service Consultant, explained that they were very busy and likely couldnt get to our vehicle til the following week. So we checked for rental cars and none were available in the area. We explained our situation to Fred, and he agreed to see if they could diagnose the problem so we would have a better idea of what we needed to do. Thankfully, Roy, the Service Manager, came out to help us. He was awesome - took the time to determine the problem was a critical sensor, check their inventory, and immediately took our Explorer back to fix it. After a couple of hours, we were on our way. We cant speak highly enough of the kindness and compassion Fred and Roy showed to us. We are very grateful and highly recommend the Tallahassee Ford Service Department.

This particular dealership has always lacked when it comes to service. In the past, Ive tried contacting them multiple times about getting parts for a new Mustang I bought from them, but they never replied to my inquiries. Recently, I tried contacting them multiple times about replacement keys for my Explorer, but nobody every responds.
In July of 2020 I placed a reservation for a new Bronco. Now just about right on one year later in July of 2021, Im looking forward to seeing that Bronco built and delivered. Every step of the way, Tallahassee Ford and in particular Dale Brown (their Community Relations Manager) have been communicative, friendly, and helpful. The release of a new vehicle is fraught with challenges, delays, and concerns. Critically, Dale has been as transparent as possible whenever Ive had questions, and Tallahassee Ford overall makes it clear theyve got my back. Ive felt that were working together throughout the ordering process, and Ive never had to fight for what I want. Its been a real joy because of Dale, and Im looking forward to taking delivery of the Bronco in a few weeks.

We recently bought an used car for our daughter at Tallahassee Ford. The sales person Lorenzo Corona treated us very nicely and professionally. He was very helpful during the process from start to finish. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership but he managed to give us the attention that we needed. Also, Lorenzo stayed all the way until the end along with the sales manager Jeremy. They were both there after hours offering assistance until we finished all the paperwork process and took the car home. Both Lorenzo and Jeremy were attentive and courteous. The car is in great condition and our daughter is very happy.
We bought a Bronco Sport and even though there was a wait of about a month due to its popularity, they kept us informed and made the whole process super easy. Dale and the team were super kind and it was probably the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had. We will always go back there for our auto needs.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment to check out a problem with my Ford Edge tailgate lift. Had to have my car at the service department at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and finally went to check to see if they had looked at my car, they had not. Waited another hour and checked again. Found out a part had to be ordered. Two months later and I have not heard a word. Called today to ask if the part had arrived. Had to leave a message and supposedly they will call back. Dont have much confidence that will happen. My husband and I and our son have purchased several vehicles from Tallahassee Ford. Seems they have really gone down hill in the service department.

Apt time 10:30, time they actually took my truck back...11:27, time I was out of there..12:30. This is my 2nd time there. First time, they charged for a service I requested and they never did, Put the wrong oil in my truck and a 2+ hour wait. Second time, 2 hour wait, still put the wrong oil in my truck, then proceeded to drive my truck around the parking lot, parking it, drive it around again, just to park and drive around again for 8 minutes.My question to ford is...who does your scheduling? Why schedule 6-8 diesel trucks to come in at the same time when you only have 1 lift that can be used for that size vehicle? Why charge and lie about yall not doing the services youre supposed to? Do you like for your customers to have an all around frustrating, untrustworthy, and an inconvenient experience when they have to go there? If thats what customer service style your going for here.....well keep up the good work!I did speak with a manager the first time and it was promised the second time things will be right. Well second time....they still sucked.
Ive been taking my truck here off and in for the past 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Yesterday was my last time taking my truck in since Im moving away and I will really miss this place. All the employees always greet you with a smile, whether its freezing cold outside or hotter than hell. Even with many employees out due to COVID recently, you can tell every person there was trying to do their best, which is all that matters. Marcus in particular went above and beyond, juggling a handful of customers at once to make sure everyone was helped and got what they needed. I hope that other people understand what they were going through recently and that their delays were not due to a lack of trying, but purely because they didnt have close to the numbers that they usually do to make everything as streamlined as it usually is. I cant say enough good things about this service department and will surely miss it.

I have used this dealership for the last 6 years for all routine maintenance and service including new tires. I had no issues until the last two months. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have them inspect due to a recall on my vehicle. They stated they ordered the parts for my recall and made an appointment to bring it back. I brought it back a couple weeks later for the recall appointment. I left my car from 7:30 am until I called them at 4:30 pm to see if it was done and they confirmed it was done. I was picked up by the shuttle driver who is very friendly and prompt. When I arrived to get my car they got me the keys and said it was all done. I noted on my form that it stated parts ordered so I asked the service agent, Sean S, and he said he was not sure about it and would call me back. The next day he informed me that indeed the parts for my recall were ordered and nothing was actually done to my car despite me being told it was complete the day I picked it up. The following day I spoke to the service manager, Greg, who looked into the issue and gave numerous excuses and said someone would call me the next day to again schedule my recall service. Sean did text me the next day and asked when I would like to bring it in. We set up a day and he said he would call me the next day to confirm. This message exchange was on 2/2/2021 and as of today 2/23/2021 I have not heard back and the agreed upon day has since passed. I have called and left messages 3 times for both Sean and Greg and have not gotten a word back. This is extremely disappointing experience and horrible customer service. Once this recall service is complete I will not be returning to this dealership despite 6 years of continued patronage.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the definition of SHADY. Went there looking for a new car and we worked out a deal on a car that they had mistakenly, in their words “accidentally priced lower than they should have but are still willing to give it to me for that price.” The car sticker said blue certified with the same ‘incorrect’ price. They assured me it was gold certified and the inspection was already completed. They provided me with the blue certification paperwork trying to convince me it was the gold certification paperwork. After gaslighting me for 10-15 minutes they told me they could not provide paper work on the gold certification meanwhile assuring me it had already been done. Knowing that didn’t make any sense if they didn’t have the paperwork to back it up and the car was not in gold certification shape. We tried working out a deal and they wanted me to then pay for the certification and completely overcharge me on docking fees. You could tell from the tires being completely wore down and the stains on the roof that it had not been completed. Just to days later finally receive the gold certification paperwork and nothing had been replaced or fixed basically boxes just checked off. Still I was willing to give them a chance. After spending hours having the car inspected by my parents (who drove 6 hrs) and willing to go through with the deal, they say that all the sudden they’ve raised the price from $18,900 to $23,000. Then continued to lie to our face about the pictures of the window stickers we took saying they couldn’t prove it was the pricing and sticker on that same car even though the picture had the cars VIN number in it. They literally took off that sticker in front of me at the dealership the pervious visit because it also showed their mistake with the certification (saying blue certified not gold).We even had a signed offer from them just a couple days ago at the agreed upon price and they tried telling us that they couldn’t honor the price because it was given at the end of the month when it was given to us 10 days after the start of the new month. The whole time I questioned about the completion of certifications they gaslighted me and made me feel stupid when they couldn’t even show us the paperwork to prove it had been certified like they promised it had been. Our family has only ever bought fords but after this experience I have trouble trusting a Ford dealership ever again. All I do is BEG you to take your business somewhere else where people won’t lie, waste your time, and play games with you. I’m extremely disheartened and disappointed with my interactions with Tallahassee Ford just to find out similarly multiple of my friends and coworkers have had similar issues with this dealership.If planning on doing business with them, I strongly recommend taking it to a different place that respects your time and money. I’ve even read more reviews on here about how they commonly make this internet mistake and use bait and switch tactics. Even reviews about them running people’s credit for a higher price than what they discussed for vehicles. BUYER BEWARE!!!Andy also said “we will not sell you a car because you left us a bad review”

Anyways, the phones at the service department aren’t working so I reached the sales department. The first time I called, some lady answered and transferred me back knowing that they don’t answer. The second time, sweet Candace answered & explained the new phone system they have are acting up. She then proceeded to schedule me an appointment. Her customer service is the best I’ve heard probably in a few months. She deserves a raise!
Scheduled my regular oil change, tire rotation and detail on my Ford Raptor. As usual, making the appointment was easy, the Tallahassee Ford team was right on time to check me in at 7:30 am and they called me at 2:30 pm to let me know my truck was ready to go. Highly recommend them.

He sent someone to pick it up from there and bring it back to Tallahassee. While my prior purchase left something to be desired when I came back to correct my issues Al covered every problem, found the truck I needed and had every issue fixed. He was totally honest and true to every word. If you need a vehicle I recommend you see Al Scott. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.
Do not EVER use their service department especially for warranty work. I made a service appt, which took 6 weeks to get.Day 1 - they didnt touch it. Was told an appt was not a guarantee of service, it depended on what was already in they shop. Also told they only have TWO hybrid mechanics!Day 2 - I barely got any update. Said they were looking at it.Day 3‐ II was told it would be ready, guaranteed, but they still didnt know what was wrong. How can they guarantee it will be ready. Its 1:45 and I have still heard nothing!
UPDATE: They obviously give two shits about customers that are putting money in their pockets, after 2 months no response. And $1981 out of my pocket to fix what is known to be a problematic issue with the f150 (torque converter). And was denied by warranty for not changing cabin air filters. Based on how all this went down my f250 and the wife’s bronco will be purchased else where.After spending close to 100k in the last 4 years purchasing new vehicles from this dealership they are in the process of losing me as a customer. Over their horrible 20/200,000 warranty that comes with most vehicles they sell!! The service manager let me know they changed the company they use for the 20/200,000 warranty. ( so maybe the one received with the last two purchases are under the new company) Due to so many denies over complete bullshit like air cabin filters not being changed on schedule causing a torque converter to go bad??? I’m lucky my eyes were opened to how this dealership does business or who they do business with a few months before I was planning to buy a 250 and mustang!! Now I can take my money somewhere it’s more appreciated.. OH and not to mention one of the recently purchased vehicles I purchased. It has a check engine light on, and I can’t take it in because they are evidently out of loaners!! I can’t be without this vehicle and the dealership I bought the faulty vehicle from can’t put me in anything while they look at my faulty vehicle with 17k miles on it!! Filing complaints with FTC on ford and the warranty company and getting my lawyer involved. In the end they will have came out cheaper if they fixed the issue vs paying lawyer fees. I run my own business and can have the transmission fixed no problem. It’s the point they sell these vehicles with this warranty and advertise it to the fullest and the company underwriting it is horrible. Because Ford purchased the warranty and gives it to you. It creates a loop hole around the magnuson-moss warranty act (warranty having to prove without a reasonable doubt that whatever is causing them to deny coverage effected what needs to be fixed). And this dealership knows this because they agree to the contract!!
I was highly impressed with my experience at Tallahassee Ford. Christian Triquet, the sales associate I dealt with was very professional, polite and was always on hand to assist. He is a credit to Ford Tallahassee.
I have consistently been disappointed by the care I receive at this Ford dealership.I used to go here every few months for oil change/tire rotation services that were PREPAID and they *always* told me I had to pay, until I got others involved and proved that the services were already paid for (something that I assume would be clearly apparent if they bothered to check their system). I have also been here a few times to resolve car recalls (that are obviously the fault of Ford as a company) and each time I have been denied a rental car. When a recall service drop off is at 10 AM, how is it acceptable to deny me a rental car when the service cannot be guaranteed to be finished until 6 PM? According to Charity who I just spoke with on the phone, they simply do not offer rental cars for this kind of recall. My question is: for literally what other reason DO you offer a rental car? This service is not the fault of your customers, it is your COMPANYS fault and thus should be treated as such. Not to mention the fact that the recall service I just scheduled is for a MONTH from now. I think that should be enough turn around time to figure out a day rental.Sure, its nice that they have a shuttle service, but we are also in the midst of a global pandemic in which I am trying to limit my enclosed exposure to others (I have a close family member who has a preexisting condition). Moreover, a shuttle service, however good it is, cannot guarantee a timely pick up/drop off for those who work demanding jobs that do not tolerate tardiness. Let me also just reiterate that THIS. SERVICE. IS. THEIR. FAULT. Hate to be a Karen, but what about others who cannot afford to find another way to work during the week, or who are not lucky enough to have friends/family in the area to pick them up/drop them off?I certainly would take my business elsewhere if I could.
For those of you, like me, who are worried about the car buying experience and the feeling of being taken advantage of. Look no further. I purchased a F150 last week and could not be more satisfied. Lauren was an open book from the first online message I sent to the dealership. She followed up with me and help me every step of the way. She listened to my requests and found exactly what I was looking for. There was no back and forth with the ‘manager’, just a conversation about what I needed. Never what they needed. I got a fair price for my trade in and they even helped me keep the kids occupied while we were doing paperwork. I will definitely shop here first when buying my next car!!! The service department is AWESOME! if you call ahead and make an appointment you will get your service done pretty quick as long as you get there ON TIME! which you should because I think they schedule their appointments by type of labor year make and model so that they can shuffle their techs around to get the jobs in and out so people PLEASE BE ON TIME! for your appointment their prices are VERY COMPETITIVE! I used to take my truck to a regular mechanic until I saw how COMPETITIVE! their prices were youd be a FOOL! to not take your vehicle to be serviced at a dealership especially when its very affordable.

The service department is EXCELLENT! Tim and Jacob took great care of me and the quality of services are second to none. Communication was fast and clear, prices were in line with other providers, and workmanship was excellent! Highly recommend using their service department for your next repair.
Loved Al, my sales person, but the overall culture is a bit pushy. Still though, I managed to walk out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.

If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating I would. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people. Id rather WALK than to buy another FORD! Ive had my suv for less than a year and have had 3 issues. One was my transmission and I got the run around for 5 WEEKS before I got my car back and it was resolved. Now I call tis morning to schedule a service for my car which is touch screen keeps turning on and off in the middle of driving (second time seen for this) and they said they could not get me in for 6 WEEKS August 30th to be exact! SMH If I were you I would not buy a FORD especially with this dealership! Im having to drive over an hour just to get my car serviced! I have been very unhappy with my FORD and this dealership! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Not to mention the staff is RUDE!
