Response to the owner:I was happy with the car, I would have liked a lower payment. But if you read my full review, I stated your office had me call the lender and wanted all of my credit information over the phone. Being I filled out a credit app, signed paperwork and drove off with the car weeks prior, yes it made my up set. As tho the deal was not funded with the terms I signed with. Including my insurance deductible.My second experience with them, 1st was in 2014 complete wast of time. This time we told them what we had to put down and what we could afford as far as monthly payments. They agreed and had us drive in(over an hour). We get there and the down payment changes, we needed $400 more. We told them we’d do it if they could wait two weeks. They did. Then the payment we told them we could handle ($400-500) changes to $661. We said fine, we really liked the car and needed something for long distance trips. Then after signing paperwork and having the car for 3 weeks, we get a call that the bank needs to do an interview and our insurance deductible is too high and needs to be brought down to $500. I have an 18 on my insurance so it’s kinda high… I told them there’s no way I can do that, they did not like that answer. The bank had me call them and wanted all of my information over the phone, now keep in mind we’ve filled out a credit application and signed financing paperwork, why would I need to give my full SS number, DOB, drivers license number, address and employment information if they had my credit app on the banks desk??? On the insurance situation, the sales manager and general manager asked if I could change my policy to the needed deductible just for financing and then change it back. I sure could have, I would still have to pay the higher rate for the month it was changed, and if the bank found out I had changed my deductible back to a higher one, they could charge me a penalty.. either way I was going to be forking out WAY more money that agreed. I go to turn in the car and get my down payment back, I’m met with attitude and “I’m doing all I can dos”. Asked to mislead a financial institution.

Great attitude really putting the customer first. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality pre- owned car, truck, or SUV.

Honestly, the best experience ever! If you’re trying to buy a car with great payments and service, this is the place! Dee, our salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful; and we were not the easiest clients. We had a budget and Dee pulled out every stop to help us. We ended up getting what we wanted versus getting what we could. 10/10 would go again!

Do not buy a car from here!! Took my perfectly conditioned 2018 Honda here to trade in and got sold a garbage vehicle. A 2020 GMC Terrian that has an oil leak and bad motor. 2 mechanical issues that the long term warranty doesn’t even cover. The dealership refused to help in any way even though I called 5 days after my purchase. I would suggest going to American Car Center.

Took my daughter to look at cars as it was time upgrade from her high school car with over 200K miles. I went to Ultimate Image Auto because I needed a car and I do not have the best credit. I had heard they were very polite and people friendly . The staff there greeted me with a smile and were very warm. I was referred to sales associate, Bobby West. He was the best. He was very energetic and ready and willing to help me, ( a person who had bad credit ). Bobby was very knowledgeable about the car I drove, talked to me about it and allowed me to ask any question I wanted to and he answered them. Once I chose the car and he presented them to the manager for approval, while waiting he carried ion a conversation and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Bobby to anyone. Overall, the place was awesome and did everything they possibly could to get me into a very nice car .I would rate this business a 5.

We have been needing a new vehicle for a while and finally decided to give in and go this past weekend. I looked online at several places and vehicles. We went to the lot with what we knew we wanted to look at in mind. We were shown the vehicles that we wanted to see, and then shown a couple of others that WE CHOSE to look at. We test drove a few. Bobby West was very helpful and nice. Everyone there was actually very courteous and friendly. There was no pushy attitude from any associate. The longest thing was my husband and I making the final decision on what WE wanted to do. Bobby and the manager were very patient with us, left us alone to discuss our business by ourselves. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend anyone giving them a chance if shopping for a new vehicle.

This was THE most amazing car-buying experience of my life, (and Im far from my first rodeo). Chris Mills worked with me, he was professional & helpful, and he offered pragmatic advice. I qualified for a loan three times higher than what other dealers told me, and after banks refused to finance me- all because of the superior relationships Ultimate Image has with banks. The mint condition, two-year old vehicle, which is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles that I got from Ultimate Image, has low mileage and a surprisingly affordable monthly payment for the loan amount. I recommend this car dealership to any and every person. Give them a try the next time you need a vehicle. I sincerely believe you wont be disappointed. I most certainly will be their customer for life.

Sorry that fast talking approach on the automated phone system might work for others, but was a turn off for me. I felt the selection of cars in my budget were marked up higher and also had higher mileage than what was available at other dealerships.

This place is really welcoming and literally everyone there is super friendly! Someone immediately greeted us when we arrived and it was Bob! Bob was the one who helped me and he definitely knows how to sell! He took me around the lot and I left with a car I did not expect to have! He made sure I liked the car, the drive, and how it was in general before taking me in and doing paperwork which was super easy and a breeze with his explaining. This was my first car buying experience and I must say that this place is 100 times better than the other big name dealerships around town. A lot more personal and exciting. Id definitely recommend anyone go to this place as they also have really affordable options! And I forget the name of the sweet lady behind the front desk but she was lovely! Enjoyed every phone call with her!

I went with my aunt and we had been to 3 dealerships and was on the way on and One if the works called her and i don’t know what they where talking about but she turned around and said well we just gonna go look. When we got there we talked to this guy named Chris! And he ask what was my name I told him “My name is Cortessia Highman” he said I might not remember that do you have a nickname I said yes “Tc” so after we look at a 2012 Nissan Altima he cane back and said “TC WERE GONNA GET YOU THIS CAR” he worked his magic made me feel like we were friends my whole life . Every one was so friendly

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they have the exact truck I wanted but they truly did bend over backwards to put me in that vehicle. Our salesman Clay spent the entire day with us. He is very personable and his knowledge of the vehicle and buying process was superior.
