Worst service EVER!I bought a Genesis Certified G80 from Werner last December. The first time I needed repairs, it was difficult to make contact, then they had the car two weeks before I got it back. They told me they had trouble getting the problem to recur, so I took them at their word.THIS TIME, when I needed more repairs, I called customer service and could not get through. I called and left a text message on the service managers cell phone trying to get an appointment. No response, so I had someone take it to the service department and dropped it off for service. In two days, it will have been ONE FULL MONTH since I left it, and I do not think they have even looked at it!I have texted and called numerous times, usually with no return call at all.After THREE WEEKS, I finally sent a message on their website asking to speak to the general manager, and got a call from Phil, who said he is one of the managers. He assured me he would check into it and call me the next day. No response. I had him paged as he suggested, but no response. I left a message on his cell phone on a Friday. He finally called me on Monday. He told me had had made the mistake of delegating the issue to someone else, apologized for the unreasonable delay, but said that he had now talked to the service manager and that they would pull someone and get them on it that day.No word throughout the week, so I called four days later and could not get through to the service department. Calls always get dropped while you are on hold, so I called the service managers cell phone again and left a message. No response. The next day I got through to customer service and was told that the service rep was out on a valet run (as they had told me a week or so before) and that they would get him a message to call me right away. No response.I called Phil and left a message again. No response.Today, I sent someone to check and see if the car was even there. She talked to Phil and asked him about it. He assured her that he had talked to me yesterday and that the car would be ready when he had told me. This was totally untrue, as he had not called me at all. I then called and left a message on his phone telling him that I did not appreciate him lying to my representative. He apologized and said that he has so many calls he cant remember and denied saying that he had told her he had told me when the car would be ready.I told him that I needed to know when I could expect the car. He told me that he did not know, so he couldnt tell me.I have never seen such lack of responsiveness and lack of concern.When they are trying to sell you a car, they are very attentive. Once they make the deal, you are ignored!

I have been purchasing from Werner Genesis for 5 years, and have owned 2 of the original Genesis, (technically my husband had one and I had the other) and then traded for 2 G70s. We elected to have the second round of cars delivered even before it was a trend. They made it so convenient. Every time I service with them its top notch, Marcus has been my advisor and is a true pleasure to work with.

I purchased a 2020 g70 sport from this dealership, right off the showroom floor. From the salesperson to the service department, they have always taken great care of me. While most of the time a dealership experience is dreaded, they have made it comfortable and hassle free.

Customer service at Genesis seems to always put the customer in the front. Would recommend Werner Genesis to everyone!I posted the review above but with the recent service I received I am afraid I am going to have to change it. I dont know if this is a recent trend or not but back on Oct 29 I e-mailed the Service Manager for a 50k service. I have to drive 2 hours round trip daily to get to work so I put on the miles. That e-mail came back as undeliverable. I called the Genesis Service Department and asked what was going on. I was told he was not currently available and was transferred to someone who would take care of my appointment. Of course, I got a voice mail. I basically called for a week to set up an appointment AND NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!For some reason it seems as if Werner does not want my business. It started me wondering if I had done something wrong. Of course I had not! Since they are the only Genesis dealer in town I ended up using Firestone. Sad to say, but they may have to become my Genesis service provider from now on!!

Like others who have reviewed, it seems like this Genesis does not want anything to do with me or my Genesis Car problems. I’ve also attempted to call for over a week and left multiple voicemails. At last, I even shared my complaint and asked they handle it and was told I would get a call back - I’m still waiting. Just Terrible I might have to visit them to get what I want.

UPDATE 30 July 2020: Marcus, the Genesis service manager called and the service issue is resolved. He was professional and courteous and I fell will fix communication problems in the future.Buying our Genesis G80 was a pleasant experience January 2020. Price was average but everyone was nice. When we called to set up first service in the beginning of April, it was somewhat difficult getting it arranged. The person who takes care of scheduling Genesis wasnt returning calls, and after a couple of days, told the person who picked up the phone that I just needed servicing and needed it scheduled. Finally we got it accomplished and they sent someone out to pick up the car and bring it back.. About a month ago, we thought we had a problem with trunk not opening but it turned out to be the valet button, but trying to get the Genesis service person was highly frustrating. Left three phone messages that never got returned. A week in which I researched online and finally resolved the issue myself. A phone call from the service rep would probably has solved it easily. I emailed Josh, the one who set up the appointment and canceled. He sent a confirmation back.Josh was not the Genesis rep though, and I got a couple of days later, on the day of the cancelled appointment, I got a call from Ms. Langley, the Genesis scheduler/service rep about making the appointment. I told Ms. Langley that I had cancelled the appointment and that three phone messages to her within the week had not been returned. She said her family had some health issues but as I explained to her, someone should have taken her messages and responded.. Not responding to three messages in a week period is poor service. Trying to schedule the 6 month service and I called twice yesterday and didnt get a return call until this afternoon. When I found the call had been made, I called back and again left a message for Ms. Langley. If it was her, she did not leave a message on my phone. Still waiting for a return call.Oct 2021. had a scheduled valet service. when the vehicle was returned no work invoice or multipoint inspection report provided. they emailed a pdf copy of the work invoice days later after I contacted genesis Corp and genesis Corp contacted them. still no paper documentation or multi point inspection report. complimentary service is supposed to include tire rotation and all filter replacement but only oil filter replaced according to pdf work invoice. my email to them has gone unanswered and now a week has passed. I my last 5 vehicles were genesis. dont see my next one being a genesis.
