Today was my first time at Bada Bean, but it will definitely not be the last! My latte was hot and yummy, and my breakfast was delicious. I got the traditional egg breakfast and added a pancake, but I really didnt need to do that, because it was way too much food. Next time, Ill just eat a few bites of my kiddos pancake, since she couldnt eat all of hers either. My husband got the stuffed french toast, and devoured it. And that bacon was thicc and crispy, just how I like it. Great local breakfast spot! I also want to come back for lunch someday too, because the lunch menu also looks great.

Bada Bean is in a weird location but don’t let that fool you because this place is so good! It was a 45 min wait for breakfast but totally worth it. You have to try one of their specialty lattes! Their servings are very generous! We will definitely be back again.

We were visiting from out of town and looking for an interesting breakfast place. This is definitely it! A small physical location, but a surprisingly large menu. Absolutely delicious latte menu, with me having the yummy Peppermint Lotte. Excellent cinnamon roll, cinnamon roll pancakes, cinnamon roll French toast, and spectacular eggs benedict! They are also very accommodating in making changes to menu items. Both hubby and people at the table next to us asked for changes to what was on the menu, and the changes were accommodated with no problems.

Kether attentive and knew menu well. Pumpkin spice pancakes are fantastic, they dont need syrup. Get them while you can. Dining area is small, be patient for a table. The food is worth wait

The Bada Bean is a nice place down Appalachee to get a full breakfast. A unique thing about this place is their selection of five different roasts of coffee with varying caffeine levels. The bada best only had half a cup left in the container and it was never refilled our whole time there so I had the morning brew as well and both were great. The country fried steak was tasty but had a bit too much pepper. The Bada Breakfast came with French toast, bacon, sausage, and eggs but I substituted the eggs for home fries. The French toast was good, it had their signature cinnamon butter on top. The sausages were flavorful and the bacon was excellent. It was firm but not crunchy like it was burnt. The potatoes were some of the best breakfast potatoes I’ve had, they had a nice crunch and were seasoned expertly.

A cozy, decent local spot for breakfast, coffee, and the like. Some menu items are meager for the price while others (like their grits) sometimes lack seasoning. The experience is better dining in, rather than taking out.

One of the best places Ive ever eaten! I work nearby and I go here whenever I have an excuse to go, the food has never disappointed and the staff and owners are always so attentive and caring and never mind taking the time out of their very busy day to treat every individual to their absolute best.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today and I must say that I am happy that we did. We are locals and always pass by it but never knew this was the place for good eating! The omelettes were AMAZING! The Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were EVEN BETTER! This place is definitely a must try. I had enough food to take home and it literally filled the To Go Box. Staff were friendly as well.

The food!!I love this place! Its small but cozy. Has high chairs and great people. We were waited by Ashley, and she was great! They have Keto options as well. All their plates look great. I had the Keto Skillet - grilled onions, pepper, tomato, spinach, ham, sausage and bacon with scrambled eggs (my choice) and cheddar cheese. Also has Avocado and Mushrooms but I didnt eat it because I dont like those. Everything from the cold brew to the last slice of onion was great. My wife loved her breakfast - Farmers Skillet with Over Easy eggs (her choice). Says everything was flavorful and plenty. Wed love to come back here again. Highly recommended.

One word: AMAZINGThis place is always pack and busy. You must understand why... Food and service is exceptional. I have yet to try most on the menu but each time I try something different I cant complain. Love u Bada Beans lol

The Bada Bean is a wonderful brunch restaurant with a large variety of foods. There was no rush, and we found a table quite easily. The hospitality was very welcoming and the food came relatively quickly as well. The quality of the food was superb. I will definitely try to visit again.

This has to be the best breakfast place in Tallahassee! Been driving by this place for years and finally gave it a try... should have done that a long time ago.Corned beef has was perfect. All ingredients are fresh and great quality. Staff is friendly and efficient.Better get here early though it fills up fast.

Every time I rate Bada Bean I give them the same number of stars. Their breakfast menu is a favorite and always phenomenal. The avocado toast with grilled tomatoe and an over easy egg is the best. Of course my husband loves the cinnamon roll pancakes and lots of other specials offered on the whiteboard. What a great vibe. Even our teenage granddaughter will go with us when we go to Bada Bean. It is her favorite too.

I really enjoyed my first breakfast at The Bada Bean. I had their brocolli cheddar quiche with fresh sliced tomato. avacado, and fruit salad. It was excellent! Ill be back here!

You know I dont know why I havent been to Bada Bean before now. I have been missing out. What a fantastic place to go for a meal. I truly enjoy everything about my visit. Very nice portion the food tastes. Fast and friendly service. You cant beat them if you cooked it your self.

I really hate giving average reviews but...Crabcake Benedict was great as was the other food with one exception. There was waaay too much seasoned salt on the home fries, to the point of inedible.Told the server who replied, next time you can order with no salt. THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE.Should have said, Im sorry, can I get you something else or have them remade for you?That is the difference between 3 stars and 4. Would have given 5 stars if the potatoes were correct to start with.Changing my review to 4 stars since management sincerely answered my review and as we know, everyone is hiring and there are a lot of new employees out there learning on the job.

I really enjoyed The Bada Bean. Its a nice local place, tucked in a small plaza. The atmosphere is inviting, especially for breakfast when the sun is still low over the restaurant.The staff in general was very nice. Our waitress was cool, and she made sure our drinks were kept full when they got low.The menu is decent sized, but pretty much everything on it is quality. I decided to get the Farmers breakfast skillet and a 2 stack of cinnamon roll pancakes. Both were excellent. The skillet came out hot, and the ingredients tasted fresh, and the home fries were nice and crispy. The biscuit was very fluffy and soft. The pancakes tasted like cinnamon rolls, which is what it was supposed to taste like, which is great. The prices werent too bad either.I wouldve given it a five star rating except I found a hair in my pancakes, otherwise I was happy with everything!Definitely give them a try, I doubt the hair is a regular occurrence!

Wow, just WOW! The nice valet dude at the hotel recommend this for breakfast. Were so glad that we took his recommendation. Sat outside on a beautiful day. We at the Hot Brown and the Veggie Skillet (with a pancake side!). Amazing! We enjoyed it so much we thought wed come back for lunch but alas we ran out of time. Next time though! The service was excellent. Def recommending stopping by here for breakfast or lunch.

Took the wife to our new favorite brunch spot! We sat outside during the early hours of the morning surrounded by cool air and beautiful flowers buzzing with bumblebees. Such a vibe. We ordered the black widow breakfast wrap and the keto jakes benedict. Absolutely scrumptious and filling. Our waitress was kind and attentive. We’ll definitely frequent this cute little place.

Not just great food but an amazing experience. My wife and I stopped in here for breakfast on Mothers day. Our waitress really seemed to care about us as a family. It was a rather interesting encounter. The coffee bar is great because you can refill your coffee anytime and not have to wait on an already overtaxed server. I dont want to sound cheesy or non authentic but these folks really seem to care about your business. I cant recommend this place enough.

This is one of my favorite small restaurants in tally!! They make absolutely amazing iced coffees. Delicious hashbrowns. And their eggs Benedict (i get the one with veggies instead of meat) is. To. UPDATED!!! Within hours management responded via email. After we explained our household has COVID so we ordered through URBER EATS and could not pick up the order to approve contents, they expressed how disappointed they were that we received these meals. Wendy offered to remake the meals at no cost, which is above and beyond. Their commitment to quality is incredibly appreciated. We will continue to make this a regular spot.We love this place but it’s not the spot to order to go AT ALL. Charged $10 for two orders of bacon and 3 pieces were sent. Avocados are very brown and tomatoes are not ripe.

We ordered from their website using Biteheist. We did a Gangsta Omelette and a Tin Lizzy omelette. You can pay online. Once you arrive, call them and they will bring the order to your car. Note that every server that I saw was wearing a mask. Staff are wonderful, kind, and timely. Great, relaxed, quaint atmosphere.

We always have the best brunch here! Its a great hole in the wall spot to WOW visiting friends and family with. Worth the wait!I personally would recommend the eggs Benedict and cinnamon roll pancakes! They also have a wonderful self serve coffee bar that has an AMAZING creme brulé brew. Check it out!

I have been here before and I always had a good experience. Today we had a party of 2 and we’re told it would 15-20 minutes. We waited outside by the hostess table the whole time except for 45 seconds when we went in to get coffee. I kept seeing people that I thought had arrived after us getting seated, so after 35 minutes of waiting I asked the hostess how much longer it would be. She said they had called our name three times and we would have to wait another 10-15 minutes for a table. I politely said that we had been standing right next to the hostess table the entire time and she proceeded to argue with me instead of just apologizing for skipping our name. We did not stay after she started arguing with me and the only redeeming factor of this experience was that they did not make us pay for our coffee. Might go back but it will be awhile.

The wait wasn’t too long and I like the self serve coffee. Our server was nice. The food we had was just ok and we waited a little over 30 mins for it. It wasn’t anything spectacular. I was excited to try this place and I was underwhelmed. Maybe we came on an off day.

My hubby and I ate here after a one night stay in Tallahassee during a road trip. Its the perfect local breakfast spot! My berry granola French toast were delicious and the omelet was filled with bacon, sausage and ham. The prices were very, very reasonable. Service was also good...Id come back if were ever in Tallahassee again.

Ingredients were fresh and of good quality for my Cranberry walnut salad with chicken breast. Definitely tasty but the portion was rather small. Service was good also and I would come back but would definitely stick with the breakfast items for next time.

I was visiting tally and ordered food to go so I never went inside. The Californian omelet was pretty bad. Very plain eggs and the vegetables were jus thrown in the middle. No flavor. My friend had the philly steak omelet, which was also bad. Safe to say their not good at omelets. I was disappointed. The last of our group had skillet pot roast and it was good. 1 out of 3 good and the staff at the front desk was nice, hence the 2 stars.

What a special treat for New Years Day! All the special good luck courses - corn bread, black-eyed peas, collards, rice, and loads of pulled pork. The lunch was superb. Thanks great take out.

Ordered the eggs benedict and it was awesome. Warm (they asked whether we wanted it runny or not), tender muffin, tasty ham. Perfect. Also the crab cakes benedict with spinach. Tasty, tasty. Lot of places dont know how to treat an egg. This place gets it right. Thought there would be a wait of 15, turned out to be three minutes. Hot mint no caffeine tea with honey in big pot, self serve coffee bar with choices. They were shorthanded, but the service was excellent anyway. Quiet enough to hear one another talk even though it was full. We will go again.

No complaints with the food. I had the garden skillet, which was served on a fajita skillet. Great presentation, very tasty and very hot. The vegetables were cooked just right; soft enough to bring out the flavors without being mushyAt 7:00, the place wasnt crowded, which is a good thing as its a small, cramped place. I think it would be a bit of a jumble trying to get coffee when the place is full.My one concern is with cleanliness. It took 4 coffee cups before the server found a clean one to bring to me. Having syrup and other things on the cups when theyve just opened makes me wonder how they clean their dishes.Overall, great food with an extensive breakfast menu, but a cramped, old, not the cleanest location.

Each plate is perfectly presented and prepared! This place gets packed so make sure you find a parking spot if you plan to stay awhile to enjoy the atmosphere.

Still fully operational, they have the plastic/clear shower curtains to keep the tables safely separated. The food or coffee wasnt necessarily to my liking. But a nice little in the cut place.

My husband had the Which came first breakfast dish and an Americano and I had the Meat Lovers Omelet, a cranberry walnut muffin, and a breve to drink. The muffins are made fresh daily with whole cranberries, it was super good! My omelet was huge and came with a side and bread option. I went with rye toast and grits, which werent anything special but the omelet was great! It was LOADED with meat. My breve was room temperature but my husbands Americano was smoking hot so I dont know what happened there. The price is a little high compared to other similar places in town, but the service was great!

Fresh food, small portions, slow service. Very crammed and busy, but none of the food was stellar. Food looks nothing like it does on the website menu. Prices are high for the food you get.

One of my favorite spots for breakfast at lunch. Service is great, you seat yourself and they promptly hand you a menu. They have fill/refill yourself coffee options on a bar so youre never without. Although, you can custom order cold brews, etc. They serve all the classic comfort breakfast foods and lunch favorites. Easy to get in and out at lunch, although parking can be challenging occasionally as the lot is tiny. Its worth it, though.

The skillets are popular and filling, as are the various eggs bennie. My favorites are the Bada Breakfast (a sampler) and the 911 (a delicious, calorie-count-busting breakfast sandwich with a cinnamon roll for a bun). They also have great daily specials.

Really cool local restaurant. Definitely go for the fresh baked goods made on site daily.
