I was really excited to try the Apple Cider lovers dozen that is being advertised everywhere, which is available until tomorrow (9/19). I stood in line at the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting for my turn and when I placed the order, I was told the owner decided to take them off the menu. That was a strange response. No reason was given as to why they just took them off the menu. Its strange because this location always has the special edition donuts. Now I wont get a chance to try these, even when everyone was saying they were really good.

By the looks of the drive-thru you would think this place is closed down. Service though, is slow as molasses!

Thank God I dont live near a Krispy Kreme as I would weigh 500 lbs. The best donuts ever. I had visited my son in Tallahassee and decided to bring some fresh hot donuts home to share with neighbors! They were happy also! Drive thru was only opened lobby was closed due to either staffing and/or Covid. You can warm the donuts for about 10 seconds in the microwave and theyre just like you got them fresh off the line!

I came to Krispy Kreme first thing in the morning to purchase half a dozen of donuts. I ordered 2 s’mores, 1 Oreo, a cake batter, Krispy filling, and a strawberry icing. When we received the donuts, they were shaped and looked odd. We didn’t question it too much and went to eat it, but when we bit into it, it tasted as if it was old and even tasted odd too. It was quite disappointing, since Krispy Kreme is usually a place with delicious donuts. I will not be returning to this Krispy Kreme.

(We live near a Krispy Kreme) Stopped by this location (Hot sign was on) during a road trip. So disappointed! If you have been to a krispy kreme location when the hot sign is on... the donuts are so fresh and soft/fluffy. This location seems like they sold us old donuts covered in tons of glaze. Our box was so heavy and full of glaze/sugar at the bottom of the box.🍩🗑🗑

Its great and the workers have a high spirit and morals I made my daughters birthday here and celebrate the meaning of the worlds by presenting a birthday song.

Always good and I love the savings you get with using their App.

Something is wrong with their microphone. The sound is blown out when they talk to you and they must not be able to hear you well because I had to repeat my order 3 times, and they still got it wrong. Not necessarily the fault of the employees, but the owner needs to fix this. Donuts were fine.

Went to drive through their box aint working so you had to go up to the window place your order and everything is all good food was excellent waiting on them to cook fresh donuts everything worked out

So it says to explain my experience GLORIOUSLY HOT DOUGHNUTS (not do-nuts)!!!! You try to bite into it but you simply cant. You have to easily tear off a piece and just let it melts in your mouth. Now you know what glazed doughnuts are like at Krispy Kreme!

Went through your drive through today. We ordered a half dozen with half being lemon-filled and the other three being raspberry filled. We asked for another half box with 2 chocolate covered custard filled and the rest being regular donuts. I asked for a single cake powder-sugared doughnut.Cake donut was so hard, could use as a hockey puck.Live out of town and got home and opened both boxes. No lemon filled, no raspberry filled. All regular doughnuts.Tried calling and needless to say, no one answered the phone!

The drive-through ordering spot smells bad, plus the donut was too oily for me. The lady that took my order was nice and the line was moving in a reasonable amount of time.

The dougnuts was very dry, they taste like they were old.

I was told I couldnt add on a dozen glazed doughnuts to my order at the window. That it had been cashed out I politely told the cashier I hadnt payed yet you havent taken my money so it couldnt be cashed out. Then she proceeded to tell me I could pay for what I had ordered and get back in line if I wanted another dozen. I will not be back to this location everytime weve been here in the last year half it seems like there employees do what they want and have no training except being rude..

They got my order wrong for the second time. They keep leaving my kids sprinkles off.

The coffee is ok, however the KREME FILLED CHOCOLATE FROSTED IS REALLY GREAT. I USED A k for cream, since the menu does. Dunkin donuts coffee is much better, but the donutsROCK

Seems like its more important to fix plain dounuts for another location than to satisfy customers with a few hot glazed doughnuts at this location....had to go all the way across town just to get a dozen glazed Krispy kreem...after 25 years of coming here....what a shame....faithful customers!!!!!

Terrible, Horrible and Horrific customer service. This Krispy Kreme location has gone down in customer service tremendously. The cashier only spoke to me the price of my order during the entire visit. My order was incorrect after waiting about 10 minutes to recieve it! Management was on staff was ignorant and provided poor customer service as well, and did not provide a solution to this disgusting experience. Please re-train, and re-organize, this location use to be the best, now its disgusting and disappointing.

This place is absolutely horrible. The donuts are not even cooked/fried here. They are cooked elsewhere and brought in. Goes completely against what KK is about. And you can definitely taste the difference. Never again will I visit a KK that doesn’t cook their own donuts. And don’t even get me started on how long it takes to get a simple coffee. Never again.

The store closes at 12:00am. Show up to the drive thru at 11:30am. Weight in the drive thru for 20mins. No one taking orders. The staff was just out back behind the store talking, ignoring the line of cars.

Store was very clean and the staff was very nice. I asked for two glazed 🍩 and the gave them to me warm even though they had them in the case.

Cooked hot an fresh a lil bit of a long wait but at times it varies but well worth the wait.

Nothing beats hot fresh Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. Just wish they would clean their rancid grease up out back so we dont have to endure the God awful smell in drive thru. Kinda kills the appetite.

Its a regular Krispy Kreme.I find the stores in Pensacola are much better run than this one. The store looking outside needs attention. Disappointed their lobby has not been open since the restaurants are open 100% after covid-19. However the quality is great in the staff is friendly and efficient.

Well, that arent really hot and fresh, made on site anymore. Very disappointed in that. So with the fresh glaze are just luke-warm.

Terrible customer service and after literally 15 minutes of trying to get my 7 donut and 3 drink order right I still left without everything I ordered and had to pay cab 11 extra dollars because it took so long. The guy working went above and beyond to be rude and hard to deal with.

Love this place!!! The shop smells like pure sugar, and the employees have personalities to match. It was so much fun watching them make the donuts and box them up. The managers, Frederica and Barbara, gave me such great service that I just had to ask for their names so I could leave a review. I was tired when I went in but left smiling. Can’t wait to share these 8 dozen assorted with my students tomorrow. 🧡💚💜

While visiting family in Tallahassee I decided to go get donuts for the house. The girl working at the window was extremely rude. I left and went to the dunkin donuts less than a min up the road from the Krispy Kreme. Was telling my sister about it. She said they are always like that

Ive always loved the donuts here. This location is new, clean, great staff and you can watch donuts being made! National Donut Day was so busy they needed traffic cops!

Whats not to like about Krispy Kreme? Their hot glazed are the best! And the seasonal varieties are always fun to try. Plus their coffee brew boxes are a great hit with my employees!

Only the drive-thru is open but the donuts were fantastic very fresh. If line was not so long we would have got another one

Made me do am online order while I was sitting in the parking lot. To them over 20 minutes to get the order ready. I get my order and all the donuts were ice cold. The hot doughnuts light was on.

You can never go wrong with a good doughnut! ESPECIALLY with the Hot & Ready sign on. Bought a dozen for an 11 month photo. Chick didnt give me exactly the ones I told her I wanted but it was just a miscommunication or she didnt pay attention....REGARDLESS my babies pic are cute!

I love Krispy Kremes but the some of the workers here are rude and one of the ladies think its ok for her to walk to her car and talk to some guy for about 10 minutes while theres a whole dang line of cars waiting.

8 o’clock on a Saturday morning, and there 10 minutes, there are four employees, I never got a donut. Not sure what they’re doing at least the drive-through guy was nice and just handed me a free cup of coffee. Pretty disorganized though

There is nothing better on a cold morning than a good strong cup of coffee and a fresh hot Donut from Krispy Kreme. Help like nothing else on a cold Florida morning it helped get over that anomaly that we did not expect.

This location is one of the best. The customer service is fantastic. The line is a little long, but thats to be expected.

Donuts fresh off the belt 🤗🤗🤗Their donuts were hot and fresh and melts in your mouth when you eat them. They had freshly stocked samples. The restaurant was clean inside and outside as well. I received a friendly smile upon arriving and leaving. I received good and fast service.

If you are worrying about covid19, we went to drive through to get hot donuts but the cashier who I saw her closing our box did not have mask on.We were so surprised and did not touch the donuts.

Doesnt matter what location you go to in Tallahassee we have always had decent to great service and fabulous donuts. This place is no different. The best donuts in town when the hot sign is on. Would know other wise because that is the only time we go. The limited time special donuts can occasionally be good, but it is great that they at least try. My kids loved the fall special.

The best chain donut resteraunt bar none. Good prices and good donuts, while their specialty donuts are good, nothing compares to their original glazed dozen.

This Krispy Kreme truly breaks my heart. used to always be able to count on hot donuts and a decent cup of coffee. it is gone down so far that I dont think it can ever recuperate. They are constantly out of any special donuts, eg. Halloween theme, while having signs all over the store promoting the special donuts. The Hot Now sign used to really mean that they were coming off the line. Now, they just put them back through the oil and reglaze it. It is very tough to eat one thats been through several times. My coffee from yesterday had so many coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup that I could have used it as a paperweight in a class one hurricane. Its a sad fall from Grace for in Atlanta institution. And trust me, I do know what Im talking about because I have been going there for about 50 years.

Drive Thru wait needs to be improved. More importantly they are ALWAYS out of Donut Holes. I prefer those to getting a half dozen or a dozen donuts when Im on the way to work. Clearly the product is popular if they are ALWAYS running out so increase your morning prep of Donut Holes.But also yes the drive thru is stupidly long for Donuts of all things.

Its Krispy Kreme lol......service was okay no complaints at this particular location will come again.
