Was disappointed after my email request was not followed up. Was appreciative when after calling to get a response and a walk through of the job while I was out of town. Literally had to beg for a quote after being told he hates working with pet screens. The cats shredded the originals to begin with which is why I was willing to pay for the upgrade. Then after approving the inflated quote I told him (Hoty) to put me on the calendar. No response to my text and 4 months later havent heard squat! Guess hes swimming in money that he will ignore a paying (or would have been) client!

Best in the business, by far. I have been using them since 1976, and they do amazing work. Most recently replaced 23 windows in our house, and built new trim packages around all of the windows. High quality at a reasonable price.

They pulled me out of sticky sutuation quickly! I was in need of a replacement window before closing on a house, they were able to accommodate and build me an insulated widow ready within hours. Great eork and great customer service!!

Not a good experience. Took them a ridiculous amount of time to bring a piece of glass out and cut it for a window . 5 weeks. The older gentleman flat out refused to follow any covid precautions. He did not want to install it properly, said he had brought the wrong strips, he wanted to just caulk the glass in. I insisted I wanted the job done correctly, and surprise the strips worked after all. The younger guy was great and never took his mask off, he was friendly and professional, too bad he was not the owner. Younger dude is the only reason Im giving the 2 stars.

I own a small home, and as I’ve been fixing it up, I’ve found that it’s difficult to find contractors to do smaller scale projects. I was wanting to screen in my back patio and reached out to various companies in Leon County and the surrounding area. While most didn’t respond, others that did either didn’t send the quote they said they were going to or sent one that was way overpriced.I received a quote from Leon Screening & Repair over a year ago and had to work with the HOA to come up with an agreement for this project. I followed up with them, and they were kind enough to honor the quote and Hoyt came out for a follow-up visit. He was thorough in this explanation and honest about time frames.Now, a few months later, I’m sitting in my newly constructed screened in patio and I couldn’t be happier. Although it is a small project, I feel that they took their time and treated it just as important as bigger ones. I watched them pay attention to every small detail, and the final product is beautiful. This is a very secure company. Our initial experience was disappointing - the two-person team that came to measure for our new sliding glass door was non-communicative and unpleasant. I called the owner, and while he remained loyal to his employees, he was clearly invested in making things right. He asked if he could personally come over the next day, and when he did he was prompt and efficient in his assessment and estimate. He was a great communicator throughout the ordering process, and he sent us a different (and excellent) team when it was time for the installation. His follow-up after was classy and helpful with a micro-adjustment, and our new door is beautiful and a pleasure to operate. We were clear regarding our COVID concerns with my 83 y.o. mother living with us, and their COVID protocols were consistent and solid.

This is a really great business to do business with. Very polite on the phone, tech called when they were on the way. Did a nice job installing my new window. Techs were kind & helpful, good job. Window looks great, I CAN SEE! I do recommend.

Converted an old screened porch into a lovely, year around extra room to enjoy summer or winter. When small problems cropped up with water leaks early on, they were right out and spent as much time as necessary to fine and fix the leak areas. Since then no leaks any where. They stand behind what they build and I do recommend them.

I had a window issue and a screen for sliding glass door that needed replacing. They fixed the window and just reinstalled the new and improved sliding glass door screen! Great job and really nice folks to deal with!

Very nice people but, they have cats inside where customers have to come.

They sent someone the same day to temporarily seal the window until the glass came in. The gentleman got to my house and said the window could be repaired right now. Quick, friendly and fixed! Thank you so much.
