It Isa very unique store stock full of gift able items. It also has a section of womans clothes. I bought some different baby items. They gift wrapped free and very cute.

I love this store! Great selection, great people. I’ll be back.

This is one of my favorite local stores to find gifts or cute and unique items. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and variety. Their monogramming is always perfect. I always recommend them

I love this little boutique. They carry adorable home decor as well as clothing and accessories. It seems like more of an upscale store, but I have been surprised by the bargains I find. I believe the store was 20% the day after Christmas and Thanksgiving which was a nice surprise. The young ladies who work their are always sweet and have helped me with custom orders. They also will embroider things you bring in to them for you at a reasonable price.

Beautiful shop. Great gifts for every occasion. Smells amazing in there. They do embroidering for reasonable cost. We found the pp ornament gift.

This weekend was my first time walking into Loli & The Bean. They overall have great items for the home, baby, women’s clothing, jewelry, etc. but the thing that got me was their return policy. Must return within 7 days and store credit only. That solely stopped me from shopping there. If I am dropping a good amount of money on their ($$$) items, I want to know that I am able to return and get my money back if needed! Also, the girls working were not very warm, welcoming or friendly. Not sure I will be returning. Shame.

This store has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I went in to pick up an order that my daughter, who lives out of town, had placed. She was notified that the order was ready and when I went in to pick it up I was informed that unless I knew specifically what the item was they could not locate it. I asked if they had names on the items and was told yes, but it would take days to locate if they didnt know what the item was. The young ladies were in no hurry to help out at all. I will not spend any money or time in the shop again.

Horrid staff. Very overpriced and cluttered. Definitely requires a particular taste. Products are a bit loud and tacky especially for the expensive price tag. Bought a monogrammed purse here once. It immediately broke before I could even wear it. They replaced it. It immediately broke again. When I asked to return for a refund the owner was very nasty and tried to refuse to give me my money back for the cheap broken purse.

They have lovely things and the employees are very sweet and helpful, but I purchased a pair of earrings only to find them on the manufacturers website for $25 less on the same day. Because they dont accept returns on accessories I am stuck feeling like I overpaid. I Emailed them about it but didnt get a reply :/ I probably would have shoppd here a lot more if This hadnt happened.

I took three homemade Christmas stockings into Loli & the Bean after several friends recommended them for monogramming. When I arrived, they were extremely busy with a ton of people trying to buy Christmas presents. However, the staff took plenty of time discussing my embroidery options with me, and I never felt rushed. The next day, a staff member called me and explained that they couldnt do exactly what Id requested unless I came in and took my stockings apart. She also explained what *was* possible without my having to disassemble the stockings. I asked her to do what was possible if she felt the stockings would still look good.When I went to pick them up (three days earlier than they were promised), they looked amazing. The letters were a perfect size and neatly done. I couldnt have asked for anything better

Very cute clothing. A little pricy but worth it because the clothes are great quality. They also have a lot of nice home decor.

Some people were welcoming others not and no prices on anything and I was to embarrassed to ask because it was to high or people were workers taking selfies

I love the store itself, very cute inventory but the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a local boutique. There are times I really want to purchase an item there but purposely go elsewhere for a similar item because I dread going into the store.I purchased a dress recently and was told that I could return for a full refund if the item had the tags and I had the receipt. However, when I went to return it the next day, I was only offered store credit. No explanation, nothing. Every time I go in the store, the employees never greet me, never ask if I need any help and when I get to the counter they are always rude. Unfortunately I now have store credit from my return but it is unlikely I will go back to the store to actually purchase something because it is never a pleasurable shopping experience.

HORRIABLE customer service!!!!! The girls that work there are so stuck up! I could see if they were really busy and didnt see someone walk through the door but to completely ignore someone who is about to spend money in your store is completely unacceptable!

Worst customer service Ive ever witnessed, rather then greet me the employees merely stared at me in a judging way.
