If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went into the store this past weekend while I was visiting a friend in Tallahassee to get a charm (like I do every time I travel) and some cleaning solution. I was told prior when you purchase the cleaning solution they will also clean your bracelet complimentary. The employee did take my bracelet to the back and cleaned it while I waited in the store. She also put on my new charm and provided me with a bag for the items I purchased. When I got back home to Atlanta and removed my shopping bags out of my trunk I noticed my shoebox from Dillards had what I thought was water all over them. Then I pulled out my Pandora bag and realized it was the cleaning solution. The store employee used the cleaner that I purchased to clean my bracelet and did not put the lid back on correctly. I tried to reach out to the Pandora online chat and they told me I had to contact that store since I purchased it in-store. I called the store on 6/14/21 the employee who answered the phone stated she had to speak to her store manager and would call me back. On 6/15/21 at 1:30 pm, the store manager called me back to let me know I would have to drive back to Tallahassee, Fl. (After I told her I lived in Atlanta) to get another kit. I explained to her I did not live there nor would I be back. Trying to come to a middle ground I asked if my friend who lived in Tallahassee could come to pick up the replacement and she stated no it has to be me. I explained to her I could give her first and last name and she could check her id and the manager refused, per her manager (I guess the regional manager). I said so I am trying to resolve the issue that one of your employees caused and you do not want to work with me? She then said if I continue to speak to her like that she will hang up on me (she did) this whole phone conversation was 3 minutes. Her tone during the whole phone call was sarcastic and disrespectful. I do feel like she knew that I was a minority and could talk and speak to me any type of way. I have never experienced this type of behavior from any employee at any store and certainly not a Pandora. She has no respect for customers or any conflict resolution skills. I would never recommend this store to a friend or step foot in this store again. I will be writing letters and emails until I can speak with her manager because this whole exchange was unacceptable. I was not even that upset that the cleaning solution spilled and ruined my shoebox, I simply wanted it replaced and that was all. She blew everything out of proportion with her rude attitude and as I stated prior I will never visit her store again.
Horrible horrible customer service! You would think that since people have the option to shop online the company and its employees would recognize that in-store customer service MUST be a priority! I hate shopping at this store and will always make my purchases online if the store manager remains the same woman. She is rude and arrogant. 0 starts out of 5. Would not recommend!!
We got there late afternoon not realizing that the store was about to close. The staff remained welcoming and helpful. I was impressed at the professionalism of both sales associates the young lady who assisted me as well as the young man who was very courteous to another customer who was already present when I arrived and left. I am very satisfied with my purchase and interaction.

I’m trying to wait patiently but it’s been almost 30 minutes they rather talk instead of hurry and help customers... if you have customers that don’t know what they want or are texting other people trying to pick items you should help the people that know what they want already.
Do not shop the Pandora in the Governor’s Square Mall! They will not honor online returns even though we had the receipt and original packaging and the receipt says you could return to any Pandora store. The staff and manager were rude and would not even allow an exchange. They stated they are a franchise and did not have to accept returns in a sassy, sarcastic. They make their own rules and do not have to follow the rules of Pandora. What??? This is unacceptable Pandora! You should have to accept if it is a legit purchase and last time I checked, the customer is always right. I always spend several hundreds of dollars at Christmas at the Tallahassee store, but no more. You just lost a valuable customer. I will either order all online or find a better product that can be honored in the brick and mortar store.
THIS STORE IS THE BEST!! THE LADIES & GENTS ARE GRACEFUL AND POLITE. YOU CANNOT GET QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE ESPECIALLY IN THIS CITY. LOVE IT HERE
I came in since I’m getting married in a week and really wanted a pandora bracelet to wear. The young lady working was so sweet and knowledgeable. She showed me all the pieces I had been eyeing online. Great customer service!

This store does not honor hardly anything that the Pandora company honors. If you need anything pandora related as far as customer service, you will need to contact corporate and pandora online to get your needs met.
I came into Pandora not knowing what I wanted but a wonderful sales associate came in and showed me the perfect gift for my bestfriend. She showed me so many different options and was jus very helpful!
I purchase a set of earring on the Pandora website. They were studs and I didnt realized they were so small. I went into the Tallahassee, Fl location at Governors Mall and was told they wouldnt accept the exchange for a different pair of earrings. I explained the website and receipt said I could take to the local store. They refused! The excuse is they are a franchise and dont have to honor Pandora return policy! I have decided not to ever use this location for any future purchases. I am very disappointed in the customer service this store has to offer to me in my local area!

Absolutely terrible service. They were busy so I walked in said hi to the person at the front door and went to the counter to purchase some earrings. Waited there for 20 minutes until I asked and they said there was a wait list!! So I added my name and waited another 20+ minutes. They put 3 people who just walked in before me because they wrote their names down on another list. Finally I asked how long until me and she was like I’ll help you now. I knew exactly what I wanted and guess what NOT IN STOCK! They had one earring instead of two of the one I wanted so I waited 45+ minutes for them to be useless. Never have I ever had worse service. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Purchased my daughter a bracelet for Christmas and she needed a bigger size. Receipt, from another purchase I made, clearly states you can return or exchange with a receipt or electronic lookup. The manager refused to make the exchange offer even attempt to look it up. On top of that she was VERY RUDE . Ill never buy another item from this store.

2 or 3 times a year I make a trip to Central Florida to visit my dad. Tallahassee is the half way mark from my house. I make it a point to stop at this Pandora location every trip I make.The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs have been met.Ive never had a bad experience here. Every time I stop in, I always ask for Cynthia or Cayla. Both ladies always make sure I leave the store completely happy with my purchase.I stopped in Friday and had the pleasure of Cynthia helping me with my selections. She was just as helpful and friendly as she always is. I will always make it a point to stop at this store during my trips.

Ive bought stuff here before, it was OK. Its a really good gift if you want to trap your wife or girlfriend into a perpetual loop of gifting her similar stuff every holiday. I kept expecting Joseph Gordon-Levitt to jump back in time and kill me before I walked in, but he didnt. Kept giving my wife these up until she became my ex-wife. 8/10
Very rude staff. Item purchased less than 24 hrs. Too large of size. Didnt have receipt and simply wanted exchange for the exact same thing 1 size smaller. They refused without a receipt. The pandora page states:A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.They could have made this simple transaction. They will be out of business if they continue their rude customer service.UPDATE; Went to GEM COLLECTION LATER THAT DAY....TOLD THEM THE STORY...THEY EXCHANGED THE BRACELET FOR ME...WHEN IT WASNT EVEN PURCHASED AT THEIR STORE.........THEY NOW HAVE MY BUSINESS AND I SUGGEST ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR PANDORA TO GO THERE INSTEAD. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
The store is a knock off from the actual real store. This store does not honor all Pandora products. A shame. I would recommend going to a 100% Pandora store and not this authorized retailer. It is a hassle to exchange and return. I have not had a problem with Pandora until I walked into this store. I was told the owner sets policies which hinders customers! But who cares about our concerns....... Oh, The manager was no help or did she care. How about listening to your customers and provide better solutions.

Ive been collecting Pandora charms for 15 years. I received a charm as a gift. Due to circumstances, I needed to exchange the charm for a different item. When I went in and explained I do not have a receipt because it was a gift, I was told there is nothing they can do. Its in the original box and I have the contact information of who purchased the item (they store all of this). Beyond disappointed and will be telling my relatives to no longer buy me anything from here.
The staff is ridiculously rude. Howard didnt acknowledge us when we walked in but was quick to attend to another customer as soon as he walked in, mind you wed been standing in front of him. We approached Howard asking if hed not seen us and why we werent tended to, only to get an attitude in return. Cynthia, the manager Im guessing, came over with an attitude without us having spoken a word to her. She basically told us to leave. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This isnt the first time Ive seen Cynthias lack of management at work either. Were paying customers and youre giving us an attitude?

Ordered a product online and it was too small. Was told that I could walk in this location to exchange as long as I had the receipt. The rep refused to make the exchange and actually wanted me to purchase another item and just return the item bought for a refund. Whats the point of having authorized dealers if they wont oblige customers for convenience. Makes the whole franchise look bad.

Tried to exchange an online purchase. This store is only a franchise and WILL NOT exchange any item purchased at Pandora online. What a waste of time. Ridiculous. We went to a real Pandora store out of town and exchanged the item with no problem. Even they were confused why this store wouldn’t exchange an item. We’ll be doing business elsewhere.
Cynthia donut eating behind, would not exchange my item I brought two days ago. It was a gift for my daughter that was too big.Just because my daughter was wearing the bracelet. I was speaking to laren. Cythintia wouldn’t bring her hungry behind from in the back ( probably because she had her lunch back there) thinking someone else might steal some.

This Pandora location here in Tallahassee, Florida located in Govern Square Mall. Ridiculous Rude! The young man was the only young man working upfront. As I enter the store he didnt greet me or acknowledge that he will be with me momentarily. I am a very loyal customer to Pandora an I was interested in there sales. I felt very offend an unwelcome due to the gentlemen focus on assisting another group of ladies as they enter an as if my money wouldnt spent the way theirs could have. Todays America has no respect for customer service. Never again will I attempt to walk back I this store.

Extremely poor customer service.After choosing a bundled product sold by salesgirl 1, the manager (who obviously doesnt trust any of her salesgirls) insisted on ringing everyone up but proceeded to charge unreasonable prices. When you request salesgirl 1 come over and go over the bundle deal with manager, the manager states salesgirl is busy...even though shes not.We walked out, leaving the jewelry on the counter. It truly felt like a scam. Wasted time but it guarenteed we will never return.

We waited for about 30 minutes at the counter for someone to assist us then a lady walked around with a clipboard and took names to be called to speak with an associate. She totally ignored us and we ended up just walking out.

Purposefully drove to this mall just to go to Pandora and treat myself to a 40th bday gift and was greeted with Youre just looking? more statement than question. The salesgirl would show me something (after I had to ask) and then walk away and stand looking out the window. I left and spent a couple bills at Sephora instead! I am just arrived from Vegas where I happened to have worked for the Pandora at Fashion Show there. NOTHING from Pandoras training, which is extensive btw, was followed and they didnt even bother to tell me about the sale or advertise around the store. And the manager was there so...If youre in Tally do yourself a favor and order online or call Vegas...they treat their customers like queens. 😊
