Absolutely terrible customer service Alicia extremely rude, hung up the phone on me for simply trying to ask a question. Shes not that bright didnt understand a simple question about calling her manager, had to ask her multiple times and she never understand the question. It amazes me how some people have a job, shes extremely incompetent, i would be surprised if she graduated from high school or had a GED. Shes bad for the company and should be fired, I will be talking to her district manager soon.

Haven’t been there yet but gave a 4 star rating, maybe should have given a 5 star to the young lady that answered the phone. INSIDE BASS PRO SHOP. I would have done the same thing as earlier reviewers that claimed wrong location.

Sunglass Outfitters by Sunglass Hut is Inside Bass Pro Shops. They carry a wide variety of sunglasses for outdoor activities. Ashley and her team are amazing!

To clarify other review, SGH does exist here, but its inside the Bass Pro Shops store. Wasnt obvious to me, either, from Google Maps search.Excellent service from employee there. Unfortunately, very limited selection compared to stand-alone stores.
