Great place helpful staff!!! Good buying experience

Bad experience! Do not let the sell person manipulate your decision. Do your own research before you buy. They advertise 18 months no interest and only give you 12 months. Double check everything before you buy.

Siding with the other 1 star reviewers on here: Bought a necklace and earrings here 4 months ago. An opal fell out the second time my wife wore it after about a month and a half of owning it. Waited a couple weeks to take it back for repair and the store was closed during business hours so we tried again the next time we were in the area, which was another month or so. My wife took it into the store while my daughter and I waited outside the store but after a couple mins I could tell by the look on my wife’s face that they were insisting on some kind of payment for repair. So I went in and the woman explained the ring wasn’t covered and the repair would be $150 or she was willing to still let us buy the lifetime warranty for $60. It’s a $116 necklace.. I explained why I thought this necklace should be repaired without charge (only 4 months old, worn only a couple times, never experienced this with other jewelry, etc) but they insisted I pay to repair. I asked if they back their jewelry or not. She said something to the effect of: they back it as much as any other jeweler. Implying I’d get the same treatment everywhere else.. I asked for the necklace back. I’d rather pay someone else to repair it. Then another woman employee (manager maybe?) comes over and says she’ll cover the repair. I was hesitant but agreed. Fast forward a couple weeks. I get a voicemail informing me the necklace wasn’t covered and that the repair would be $150 BUT they were still willing to let me get that warranty. Nope! So done! Glad I didn’t buy any expensive jewelry from this place!!

Look at the receipt. Didnt own the ring for more than 3 hours. We were unpacking the bags from the mall when the opal was suddenly missing. You calculate the frantic search for the opal and the ring was worn for less. Really not the type of quality I was expecting. Thankfully I purchased the warranty or I would be screwed. The customer service was pretty good but who cares when the nice guy is selling you a not so nice product. Very disappointed and upset, highly recommend shopping elsewhere or insure the heck out of your purchase.

Hands down the best customer service! I went to 4 other jewelers looking for an engagement ring and no one was as welcoming and helpful as Amber at the Helzberg in the Washington Square Mall. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.

If you want your rights violated and be forced to wear mask come here. Very uncomfortable experience.

I had a pleasant experience..went to a couple stores & didnt seem to find anything that amazed me, until I went into this one and found my prefect ring.The guy that helped me was Ukrainian I think he mentioned.. super helpful..Got me the ring, a nice discount, a tablet, and gift I was pleased on how I was treated.Got my ring two weeks later, perfect fit and was gifted some cute pearl earings,Will deff come again!

Diamond bracelet resize Order is late. They want to continue telling me I was wrong on the date they provided me. Being late on the order would not bother me as much if they just owned up to it. Just for the lack of ownership I would not shop at this location again.

Very crunchy diamons

My fiancé wanted to upgrade my engagement ring and went to Helzberg Diamonds in Tigard a couple weeks ago to try and find the perfect ring. I have very small fingers and wear a 4.5 ring size so he knew that he had to make sure whatever ring he got had to be able to be resized down that small without losing the integrity of the ring or disfiguring the shape. He told the associate about his concerns and asked that he showed him rings that would be able to hold up to the resizing and after looking at a whole bunch of rings he found one that he knew I would love! The associate reassured him that because it was not pavé that they would absolutely be able to resize it even though it was an infinity shank.Well I now have the ring and I had called this morning to ask about my warranty and resizing and the associate I had spoke to was so rude that I decided to drive all the way to the Woodburn location to have it resized and much to my surprise when I got to the Woodburn location the very nice associate told me that their jeweler may not be able to size it down that small without disfiguring the shank or compromising the rings integrity!!!It honestly seems like the Tigard location really didn’t care about the customer and only cared about making their commission.However, the Woodburn location was amazing and the associate I worked with was so nice and empathetic of what was going, so thank you Woodburn location.

The staff is so helpful and friendly! They have an on sight jeweler, who was so nice! They had him come out and meet me and walk me through the process, (which made me feel so much safer knowing that my items werent being shipped out of the store). Plus they have an amazing selection of different priced items, I recommend them to all of my friends!

I always loved Helzburg. My husband always bought my jewelry from there. Our Helzburg in North Carolina is Wonderful!!! However the Helzburg at Washington Square shopping center, Im not very happy with... My daughter bought me a beautiful necklace for. Christmas. It was a little small. No problem I took it in Paid $60 to add a few inches. I got it back, had a month it broke. I have the life time warranty so no problem I took it back. Got it back again, it broke. Took it back and got it back. 2 months it broke again. This time they say we just cant fix if again bc it Keeps breaking. So we think you should buy something else. I should Buy??? I

So far so good, they were very helpful in me getting my wedding ring in to get fixed. I just lost a small stone in one of the halo’s... so they’re going to replace it, tighten the others, and redip it.I’ll update the review after I receive my ring back. :)Amber helped me she was very nice. I also got to meet the jeweler which was nice. I like that they keep your ring on site instead of shipping it out. They also quoted me a much cheaper price than other jewelry stores in the same mall.

Thank goodness I bought the plan that allows for ring sizing and fixing the ring in general. Since I bought in Feb. of 2017. I have worn the ring MAYBE 20 times. Why, you ask? Half the time I have owned it it has been back into the store for repairs. First I let the salesman talk me into a size I knew would never fit, and it didnt. So for the first 2 months of owning it until I could get back to the store, I didnt wear it. When I got it back, wore it a few times, before noticing a diamond was missing. Back to the store. Ive now had it back for a month or more, but still dont wear it often, and today while wearing it I notice ANOTHER diamond missing. If I could return this for all my money back I would. STAY AWAY! Or buy the care plan.

I have shopped here for eight years. Always a good selection and service and very reasonable prices. After the first purchase, they send periodic coupons and they almost always provide a gift with each purchase. And life-time service is a very reasonable price.

One of my favorite jewelry stores besides Ben Bridge (who has new rolexes)..anyways, Helzberg has some of the better diamonds in town and really good Jewelers as well as lovely customer service. I also really love their free I am loved pins. I collect them :)

I have had nothing but problems with this store. My husband and I both purchased our rings from Helzberg. Mine was pretty easy, although we are super frustrated as we went in to get ring sized. They guys sized me at 6.5, and my husband at an 8. I had nothing but trouble, doing their layaway plan to purchase his ring. Finally paid it off, picked it up. We got married and its too small. He purchased their lifetime plan for my rings, I asked the lady about that when I picked his up, she said since it has no diamonds, I didnt really need it. Then we take the ring in, to tell them its the wrong size, they want $180 to exchange it, but if we would have purchased the plan, it would have been free?? So I have to pay because they sized him wrong?? We ordered the 8.5 and they said they might be able to have the lifetime plan backdated, but the guy didnt really know. So super unprofessional, and we still dont have his wedding band, and we have been married almost a month!! Ridiculous!!

Just went in to have an engraving fixed from a ring I bought from a friend. They fixed it perfectly!! Sara was very welcoming and the jeweler was amazing!!!

Displays are bad, no greeting upon arrival, overall came and went but unimpressed. Ended up getting a beautiful 2.22ct H SI1 stone elsewhere.

Could not agree more this place SUCKS. Everything about it. They have mess up my ring 3 times and Its been a month since they have had it and we can only hope the 3rd time is a charm.

Did over online and pick up in store. There wasnt a huge wait for delivery and pickup was fairly easy. The staff seemed friendly and the ring looks wonderful.

I just got my wedding band here and get my rings dipped here. For an engagement ring go custom boo. Best decision ever.

My mother bought a ring and was assured by Jeff it was 14k. They wrapped it up and folded the paper work, never showed us the specifics. On the ride home I looked inside the ring and saw a 10k, sure enough the paper work confirmed it was only 10k. The ring then became so over priced. We called and it almost seemed like they werent surprised, like a oh darn you caught me needless to say the ring went back immediately.

Purchased a ring here for my girlfriend. I was given the wrong size and told that I could bring it back and get it resized at no cost. I didnt have the chance to get back into the store until almost a year later. When I talked to an older gentleman working there, he told me I would have to purchase a lifetime care plan ($150) in order to get it resized. I explained to him the situation and he told me theres no way that could be true, and Id have to either purchase the care plan or pay to get it resized. Its unfortunate because I was looking forward to giving them more business, but Ill never step foot in there again and Ill recommend no one else does, as their customer service is horrible and theyll call you a liar to your face. The biggest impression I got from their management is that integrity and honesty are not important at Helzberg.
