Piggly wiggly is a good place to shop for bulk items which some of the items I buy are bulk and they last a long time. There meats are wonderful to me.

Good sales prices.Friendly albeit it noticably over worked staff. They need more help in there. But the employees they do have are great.It does get crowded on FridaysBut thats typical of a supermarket on south side.

Jesse Moore made my experience here great I just moved to Tallahassee for college and he helped me find all the right products to help me get set up! He also told me some tips for navigating around town overall very clean and nice staff!

Terrible Terrible awful..worst experience ever.. two lanes ope. Line was like wrapped around store . My poor cashier girl i wish I remembered her name was great . But customer volume was too much for two open lanes ..I will never ever go back .

The store is clean and employees are helpful. This store is great for most basic grocery items. I was a little disappointed they didnt have any eggplant on the 2 occasions I went looking. More healthy or diet alternative foods (Kefir, oat milk, meat substitutes) are no where to be found..except Morning Star veggie burgers, they were there. Overall, its a good store to shop and That, was not disappointing at all.

Hot Mess is the only word that accurately describes this place. Most of the product brands are from companies I never heard of. The produce completely sucks. I hate to say it honestly, but this should be ones last stop for groceries.

They have pretty good prices on meat. The deli is good. Its pretty busy every time I go.

The shopping was fine. The prices are always very reasonable. I did look for brioche bread, they had it once before very good, but not in the last two years.The only other thing was the security guard looked as if he was not having a good day. I hope he doesnt carry a gun he looked as if he wanted to say,go ahead make my day!

Quick easy in and out. Everyone masked and deals on meat and veggies make it a worthwhile stop.

I suggest shopping there especially those on a tight budget. They price everything at 10% over their cost. Thats great for penny pincers.

I dont like the area but somethings is a lil cheaper than other stores it need to be cleaners on the out door.

Friendly staff there is people outside wanting you to sign a petition i dont like signing petitions person started telling other people trying to shame me into signing started causing a problem i will never go back to this store i went to shop not get accosted

Fixes a food desert on the Southside of town. Rumors about their meat is false and I have been eating groceries from here for four years and never had complaints about quality.

I really love the deals they have on meats pick⁵ pick⁶ come check them out you wouldnt be disappointed 😊

I noticed while I was shopping in Piggly Wiggly, most of the employees were wearing their Mask below their Noses! This is not right! The Nose should be Covered also. You can still spread the Virus or catch it through your nose. A customer spoke to the Manager about it. He did nothing. Please correct this please.

Shelves always stocked. The meat department could have more meat out to make the shopping just a little easier. Cashiers are great and friendly due to the attitudes people have when coming thur the checkout lines. Some cashiers can use some people skills. The most important thing is if piggly wiggly could make more space for more cashiers would be the greatest. Move the items near the fruit area to make more space for more cashiers.

Busy area but was able to find what I was looking for an spend least then what I inspect to spend.

Great store. For handicap parking should make one entry only sign more visible. That way the rude sherif that works there doesnt harrass your disabled patrons for going in the wrong entry. He is a little over the top.

Excellent place to shop, not too busy! Lots of fresh vegetables and fresh meats. They also had the blue bonnet margarine! Clean store and friendly and helpful employees work here!

Decent produce.Love the small pharmaceutical shelf near the registers that helps me remember when I need to buy cold medicine or ibuprofen for my kiddo, and its extremely reasonably priced.Cooler doors break all the time. The bathroom is clean.Overall, a decent place to shop.

Went grocery shopping for some fresh veggies to go with the many items we picked up from Revels Meat Market. They had lots to choose from. We basically got 1 of every vegetable. The store was super busy but fully staffed. All the areas we stocked and cleaned. The stock crew was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our visit. Come here for good veggies, desserts and nice prices.

First time ever been there and heard of it. My friend took me there who I was visiting. Meat is so my h cheaper there. Chicken only 39 cents a pound. All the time.Im thinking about no ing down there. Traffic is crowded and fast but I would like to move in with my friend there. He has 10 acres. So quiet. Awsome puppy.

The store offered the items i was looking for at a reasonable price. The ratio of cashiers to customers was way off. I suggest the store either hire more cashiers or schedule the ones they have to accommodate the rush.

Not a big fan of this place. Went in to get some fruit. Most of the fruit was bruised and rotten.

Excellent store located on the south side of town. huge parking lot with an AutoZone in family Dollar as well as an Asian hair store located next door. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. The store is fully stocked and I always get what I need.

Lots of people diss this place, but you just cannot best the prices. Staff is always friendly, and even though they may not have the big brands all the time, you can get some hard to find items and bulk size items as well.

Bought frozen ribs and when I do have a chance to cook them even before thawing them they where sticky and slimy. How do you get sticky slimy frozen meat? 😠😠 Will never stop here again ‼️ thanks but no thanks ‼️

Affordable, traditional grocery store. Walmart is further so I go here for quick grabs and good prices. They dont always have everything you need, but a good staple grocery store.

The store had an amazing fruits and vegetables area and display. We found most everything we wanted.

Friendly, helpful staff and clean. Cheap prices, but the store lacks a lot of common brand names that would be found in most grocery stores. Great selection of fresh vegetables at a low price.

People were outside panhandling. Then putting death hexes on the customers for telling then no. People who work there were on the inside trying to witchcraft on people for telling on them..they had witches working there who helped them steal.

Some stuff here is way more expensive than elsewhere - I saw a bottle of XTRA laundry detergent for almost $5 that you could buy for $2-$3 at a dollar store.Meat is cheaper and they have a decent variety of cuts and types. Milk is cheap. Eggs are more expensive than other places.TONS of snacks/junk food and other dry good.There is a hot bar (was closed out when I was there just now (6:15pm).They also had a beer/wine section that seemed to have a decent selection. I think produce is more expensive than some other places depending on what you’re getting.Checkout line moved super fast and the cashier was quick and polite.

Best grocery shop around, amazing prices and awesome staff.

They have great prices on items. Went to check out the cashier had no customer service at all no hey how are you doing or Hi did you find everything you were looking for. Rang up my items didnt even tell me the total I had to look at the screen to see my total. She handed my change back without telling me the change amount and never got a have a good day or nothing. She literally didnt say a word.... Surprised she even has a job where customer service is valued.

Worst quality of meat in town..Chicken still had feathers as if it still wanted to flap around the kitchen. Made burgers from what was supposed to be ground beef. The meat never browned nor did it taste of ground beef. It tastes like liver and produced a lot of water not grease...never going back!

The cashier was extremely nice. I was shopping for my son going back to FAMU. She talked to him about school, knowing how to cook for himself and being self sufficient. Very wonderful lady. Prices were unreal. I love in Lakeland and I also shopped for mysef to take some meats back home.

Maybe I went too late in the day. The meat section was disappointing. No oxtails...

I was too early for Delis hot food and waited outside for 30 minutes and inside for about 15 to be given blackeyed peas from somewhere else other than the main serving pan? I questioned and then asked if I could at least get some gravy from the displayed pan, then I was given a spoonful from some other container on another counter, not from the pan.I did not receive what I asked to eat and did not purchase. BAD BUSINESS
