Greeted by a kind competent front register employee. Asked me if I needed help. Told her I was essentially hopeless. She smiled and Directed me to the aisle that held my oddball flexible pressure line. Stated: head on over to aisle 18 I will send someone over sure enough. Help arrived. Odd ball part secured. On my way in 5 minutes or less. Old school service and competence. Locally owned. Everything which justifies my choice to support this local Ace.

Ive always loved hardware stores. So fascinating. And ACE always fulfills my needs. Whether its one little bolt or a package of velcro picture hangers, ACE seems to have everything. The staff is helpful, offer their services on almost every aisle, and genuinely friendly. So glad ACE is located in my neighborhood.

Worst service of any ACE I have ever experienced and limited inventory. I will NEVER go back. Big fan of ACE but not this one.

This store has a lot of things, the prices are decent, and lots of helpful staff. Ill be happy to come here over Walmart any day.

They had everything I was looking for, and, some items were BOGO and on sale! Everyone that works there were helpful and friendly! And, they seem to know the first names of customers that must shop there often.

I mainly go to this store to purchase their square bale hay. Its about a 60 mile round trip for me, but its the best hay I have found.

They followed mask mandates and sprayed lysol over stuff. Signs were handmade warning against bringing in backpacks, returning things without a receipt, 10/10 will visit again.

They usually have what you want for a price but each time I have gone there the staff I interacted with had no basic knowledge of hardware. Eg...had to explain what a square nut was, and they did not know they stocked sheetrock mud, even when they stocked the shelf with it. I had to explain what it was and what it was used for. Moral: know your products, especially if you are the customer!

The staff efficiently made some duplicate keys for my daughter and programmed them for her car. This type of customer service is why I will always prefer ACE Hardware over the big stores. We are so happy we stopped here! We had questions about a hot water heater element and a faucet fix. Matt had us helped and back to the register in 5 minutes. He told us what he would do, what we needed to accomplish the job, and how to go about it.Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and willing to help! It was a very nice shopping experience and I would definitely recommend it! 😊

I relent, I am very happy with my local ACE store. My local ACE has just about ANY but and bolt combo I need for any job. The staff are courteous and willing to help, unlike big box stores they dont run and hide when a customer needs help. Thank you ACE you have helped me save the day on more than one occasion.

ACE usually has great customer service. Today, May 4, 2020 around 1:20pm, it was pretty bad. I needed some wood stain tinted, but the man at the paint counter was helping someone else, so I set my can of stain on the counter and told him I needed it tinted so I was setting it there. He said that was fine. When he finished helping the lady before me, he wandered off, started stocking and doing other things, walking around several aisles away while I was making eye contact, waiting for some sort of acknowledgment since I just spoke to him 5 minutes ago. The cashier was busy playing on his phone to acknowledge me either. So, I had to driver further to give Lowes my business. Very disappointing.

I called around 10am to see if they had any A/C Units for the window. They had to go check & come back on & said they just sold the last 2 yesterday afternoon! Not even 15mins later the same guy called back & asked if we just called about a A/C Unit & just found last one. Yes Ill be there soon! Thank you!

If you need a quick fix item for your project, they probably have it, but you may have to pay for the priveledge of convenience. I have been there many times, however available staff knowledgeable regarding your project or questions may not be as knowledgeable as you would like them to be. They do have regular sale items that are available on various seasonal items.

This is my community ACE store. I am so very THANKFUL. They are wonderful to me. They are more than helpful. As soon as I walk in the store, they welcome me and ask me if there is anything that they can do to help me. They are so kind and very patient. Im so glad that they are my store.

Rude employees and gave me wrong information. Had a picture of item I needed, employee asked what it was, my daughter read description and employee answered my daughter by saying well thanks but I think I can read. Very upsetting!!!

Came in today and bought 4 ft of small chain. i saw no sign and cutting pliers were there so i cut it myself. the young woman at the register was very rude, talking on a phone call and talking past me like i wasnt there. when i asked for a bag she snidely said that next time i should ask for assistance. i have a better idea, next time i will drive right by your establishment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to stop here and be in and out quickly. Large selection of parts and accessories, many of which are not always available at the larger hardware and home improvement stores in town.

The reps were extremely helpful not just in helping me find what I needed, but also coming to the rescue when my car battery died and needed a jump. I have to say I never expected such kindness and going above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I could thank them more.

These guys do a good job asking if you need help and letting you do your own investigation in the hardware aisle. They really know the things they have in the store, and seem to take note of how other customers have solved problems even if it isnt their area of expertise. If you need brass fittings this store stocks a good variety.

HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE!!Long story short I traveled to this Ace for three days after work only to NEVER get the service I needed, which was a copy of my car key that has a chip.They offer a service they can provide and the Manager is always missing or out! I can say one person there (Haven) great person and service the rest...ha.

Ill go there to not only buy things I need for a project, but to ask and make sure they are indeed the things I need. They are always incredibly helpful and I only wish I could buy more there rather than having to go to Home Depot or Lowes for the bigger purchases (appliances, etc.) that Ace doesnt carry. Ace is always the first stop unless I *have* to go somewhere else. Keep it up!

I had a BIG problem and couldn’t find what I needed to fix my issue. I went to the big box stores (Lowe’s & Home Depot seeking help ~ NONE! I am a vendor selling Sculptures & Art. The tent I use for my shows got damaged & I was unable to find a replacement part in time for an upcoming show. Frustrated that I would have to spend additional dollars for a new tent, I stopped at Ace Hardware. I came across a very helpful man name Mike, and with his help was able to find a solution to repair/fix my tent. I can’t thank him enough for his creative idea. So, a BIG Thanks to Mike at Ace Hardware store in Tallahassee on the parkway. 😊

I went to buy a Christmas tree and the staff acted as if that was preposterous. They all seemed to have attitudes. Rude. Aggressive. Unprepared. It was as if they hoped the long wait, prices and poor service would detour me from buying the tree. They were stand-offish and literally had NO idea how to handle the sell of the tree. They didnt want to load a tree that was unwrapped because the wrapped trees were easier for them to handle so I had to take the gamble and hope the tree was in good condition. I got home to find, it is not. There are gaps all around and I had to practically shave the whole bottom myself. As a kid I worked at a Christmas tree shop and luckily I remembered how to make it look acceptable. I feel bad for a regular person or family buying a tree there. I wont be returning.

Can always find those household items quickly...a garden hose, a scrub brush with handle, etc.

I recommend Ace Hardware Store opposed to the larger stores like Lowes and Home Depot because of a more personal feel as for customer service being provided and its easier to find items. They may even carry a few things that the bigger box stores do not carry!👍🏾

Problem was that NONE of the employees were wearing masks. Lots of customers and few of them wearing masks, not the stores fault, but still, the store could set an example and have the employees wear masks.
