I had a great experience with Joey. I go there often and always am offered to become a part of the pro rewards program which I decline. But Joey provided a level of customer service that won me over. I have witnessed this store go through 3 managers within the last 2 years that I know of, but I will say, Joey was great! He is a keeper and a great add to the GNC management Team.

Great service! John was very helpful in teaching me about various supplements. He spent at least 15 minutes with me, and was very knowledgeable.
I walked in and a guy at the register greeted me and after that there was no help. There were two guys at the register just counting money and I was in there for 5 minutes and no one asked me once if I needed help or anything it was pretty sad and I walked out and they said bye. That was it!
Stephen was extremely helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.
Love coming here, the employees are knowledgeable and always have new products to sample.

If there was ever an award for the most unethused, apathetic customer service in any establishment, this place would win by a landslide. I bet that if I walked into this place naked, on fire, screaming at the top of my lungs, the guy at the register still wouldn’t acknowledge me.

The employees are arrogant, commission grubbing meat-heads. Their only concern is to sell you as many worthless products as possible, making the whole experience very pressured and uneasy. Somehow, they do not understand, that being friendly could maybe help their commissions...
Over priced 50 percent
They had just what I was looking for.
Protein here for 89.99 (member price) when you can drive 10 minutes down the road to the vitamin shop and get it for 49.99. Everything is overpriced, even as a member.
