My Favorite Grocery Store, very very clean and a vast array of goodies to meet every taste. A bit upscale and a little pricey on some things but when you are a foodie like me, it is a treat to bring home a few new items to try that you just cant get at your local Grocery Store. Everything is so neatly displayed, always looks so fresh and tasty that you seem drawn to purchase. Gorgeous meat selection, equally vast cheese counter, fresh salad bar and more. I love to stop in when in Tallahassee and bring home my newest food treasures to try and it is probably a good thing financially that this Whole Foods is an hour and half away, Im addicted, lol!

Every time I order delivery we get old food. It seems as if they just give you what is expiring. This time around we got 4 day old sliced deli cheese and all of the bread expired the next day. Our produce was also moldy after a day. As much as I love the convenience of delivery I don’t like paying for food we will not have time to eat.

I had not bee to Whole Foods for awhile. Last time I was there, early on in their national rollout, it seemed to me that the prices were very high. Today though, prices seemed comparable to our local Publix. And there were so many interesting products. Definitely worth the trip.

Nice to have it in Tallahassee. Prices could be better though, especially in meat and fresh produce sections.

I love making cheese boards! I come to Whole Food because they have an excellent selection of cheeses, meats, spreads, nuts, breads and pickled fruits and vegetables to make all my cheese board dreams come true!!! The staff in the cheese department are all helpful and knowledgeable. I always grab a glass of wine at the bar to accompany me on my shopping trip!!

Love this location, always clean and stocked. The Heirloom tomatoes seems to always be soft and bad 🤦🏾‍♀️ besides that I love it here

Very friendly employees everything is stocked everything either organic or natural and they have very good coffee and pizza verities of cheese and fresh products also Im on keto diet and thats where i shop i find everything for it here 👍🏼

Do yourself a favor and order the Chantilly cake from the bakery for a special occasion or just because. it is delicious and soooo pretty! You wont be disappointed! And you cant beat the price - way less than a supermarket cake!

Certainly a bit more expensive than a Publix, but youre getting higher quality and more extravagance for the price.

It’s a clean establishment! Their staff is very friendly. A good variety of products. They have a lot of organic and natural products for every need. The only downside is the price. However, I really love their bakery products. Delicious cakes and pizza! Their Tres leches cake is awesome! The best I had until now!

Somehow, and I dont know how, Whole Foods is actually a cheaper alternative to the local grocery chain, Publix. It is mind blowing.

QUALITY and CLEAN!!! This has to be the cleanest grocery store I have ever seen in my entire life. Features a ton of amazing products. Produce department it is neat and orderly. Indoor/ Outdoor seating, Hot fresh food ready to eat. Completely blows away the competition!!!!!!!

Excellent atmosphere as always, friendly staff. Was there to p/u an online order on a Saturday. Still only waited extra 15 mins. Cant beat 10% off for Prime order!!

It has a lovely produce and meat and fish selection. It has many unique organic items. The aisles are pretty wide. You can buy ready made things to outside. Endless display of waters and drinks. Everyone wears a mask. The prices are high.

I was only here for one thing and that was ChocZeros. Thankfully it was in stock. Well laid out store. The staff was friendly.

Whole Foods Tallahassee is my GO-TO for many must have pantry items. As a healthy minded senior and former chef, I shop Whole Foods aisles for vitamins, supplements, dry goods, wholesome organic foods and hard to find gourmet foods. Whole Foods fills the bill. They also have wonderful precooked meals for busy days and terrific bakery goods. If you are on a budget careful shopping and comparison shopping with the Amazon discount will net you a bag of financial goldminds! You cant beat the health benefits of eating well, eating local, eating organic and eating Whole Foods!

My daughter had delivered to her father: steaks, potatoes, broccoli, shrimp, cupcakes, a pie, etc. for his birthday today.The bone-in ribeye we fixed was so tender and flavorful. The thin-stemmed broccoli was so fresh-tasting! Everything was delicious!What a great surprise!

Very well managed with Nice produce and items we cant get at Publix. Price is a bit higher but we enjoy the experience and its relaxing.

So many options! Love the kombucha and cheese selection.

Whole Foods always have fresh produce and the store is clean. The vegan section does not have as many options. The olive bar is pretty cool. My favorite is the sweet olives with cranberries. Overall, its one of my favorite grocery stores just wish it had more vegan options we drive over an hour to shop because the stores where I live are limited as well with vegan foods.

The grocery, produce, meat, deli, he k all the department selections are great. The Amazon return drop off is pain free!! Great service feature!!

Clean store, helpful employees. Im an Amazon Prime member, so I found some good deals. The produce, meats, cheeses, and bakery items were very fresh. The store was also very well stocked. I only found one thing i was looking for that i couldnt find and that was Swerve cookie mix.

Bought their sockeye salmon. $30+ is ok until you open it. The taste is ok when you cook it, but... The structure is ruined, probably because of the packaging and whatever is there to keep it fresh and frozen. The almost no fish smell from the fish is concerning. The color is too unnatural even for the wild caught fish. Cutting in pieces almost impossible. It just falls apart in your hands. Really, Whole Foods??Some time ago, in their other store I bought the bar of chocolate ($10) with a life worm inside of it.You should really do something about the quality of the food.Go to the Freshmarket instead. They are so much better for the same price.

Excellent, the only place we can find organic cottage cheese. Its a shame we have to drive to Tallahassee to get it! Oh well. Thanks Whole Foods for stocking it. While we are there we find other great fresh foods.

I have been a fan of Whole Foods forever. While on a road trip, we located a Whole Foods to make a stop at for a hot meal and snacks for the road. We ordered burgers with fries, and the kids got fresh pizza. That is what I love about Whole Foods, quality options at similar prices to other fast food places. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Hard to find items in health and beauty. Called and they came but still had trouble locating.

I always find what Im looking for.

I approached the store to get one item before the store closed. I held my phone in my hand showing 8:58 to show the young woman who was there to lock the door. She locked the door in my face and turned away as I knocked lightly and attempted to explain that I just needed one item. She walked away without ever acknowledging me or the situation. I have no intention of ever shopping here again.

Whole foods anywhere is nice. I didnt give five stars because they tried to make me wear a mask, but Im not religious. It was okay though, because they didnt require it.

Went in to get coffee at 3 pm. They were no longer serving coffee.

I love there selection for fish during this lent season with great deals starting Wednesdays.

Their fresh food selection was mediocre....I visited this store around 1130am.

It was fine. Didnt have what I was looking for and should have just asked would have saved Me a lot of time but the Young Lady was very knowledgeable about the section which was good to know for future visits.We did however make our way over to the Seafood department and the Young Guy was quite nice and fileted our fresh Snapper for Us. Good to know i didnt have to cut the head and do all that extra, He saved Me a lot of time.

Neighborhood grocery. The 365 store brand stuff is good and good value. Meat selections are really good with some good deals. Overall, great store and people seem to enjoy working there. It is not our regular choice for big grocery shopping as average prices are higher than Publix, but we make quick trips and are always satisfied. Hopefully they will keep sustainability at the top and will help influence Amazon. Also like that they are taking the pandemic seriously. Some places are obviously not.

Organic is the way to go & Whole Foods has an amazing selection, though it is a bit spendy still well worth the trip!

Whole Paycheck, am I right? Nahhh, with the prime membership its not as bad as it used to be. Plus these types of grocery stores are great if you have a specialized diet like gluten free or vegan. Their junk food selection is expensive but very good if youre into that sort of thing. Good wine section, good beer, and as far as I know, one of the best selections of hard kombucha available. Maybe just all kombucha, hard or otherwise. The hot bar is very good but can be expensive if you dont know how to fill your box right. I doubt this review will sway you one way or the other from going here.

I enjoy this store! The prices are higher because the food has a better quality! They have food that is already cooked that you can take home or eat in store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are always willing to assist even over the phone.

My first time there and I liked it a lot

I went to Whole Foods Market in Tallahassee to get a flower arrangement for my office. The associate, Bailey was kind, listened to what I wanted and made me a beautiful arrangement! I got stopped at least twice before ever getting to my car being asked about the flowers. I also had multiple people at the office ask me where I got them and who did the arrangement. I will definitely be back to see Bailey in the Floral Department at this store!

This was my first, & probably last time Ill ever go. I just wanted to see what all the hoopla was about.Let me state that I dont usually buy organic food. Its just too expensive. When you have 2 kids, & living paycheck to paycheck, I cant afford to buy more expensive food when I can get it cheaper elsewhere.I will say I was pretty impressed with the actual store itself. I loved how they had the dry beans & sunflower seeds in a self serve unit on the wall. The price for the sunflower seeds was actually not a bad price. My daughter got some.I love cheese. I mean.. I LOOOVVVEEE CHEESE. I was very impressed with the cheese selections they had. Cheeses I have never heard of! I thought I had died & went to heaven!Finally moving on from the cheese 😓we come up to a salad bar. A freaking salad bar!! It really looked amazing! It looked very scrumptious. Had we not ate already, we would have had to try it. It seriously looked that good.Also, if you are a prime member, you get like an extra 10% (I think its ten.. Could be five, but I think its ten) off! Too bad I was not a prime member at that time.I would definitely go back.. If the cost of organic food wasnt so high.

The entire store is infected, masks to shop inside SMDH. If it’s mandatory to wear something to shop in an establishment then that establishment should supply the coverings. CDC guidelines are NOT to wear masks UNLESS you are infected. There’s a shortage of respirators, cloth covers do nothing. Well fresh market and Whole Foods are both staffed with infected people if mask wearing is mandatory. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this virus filled store.

Disappointed that there were no bulk dried herbs but only expensive small amounts in glass bottles.

Great place to shop for healthy, wholesome food without chemicals. Grass fed and free roaming. No antibiotics. Might pay a little more but well worth the price. Also taste better

Wonderful experience. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. There is never a very long wait to check out. The staff will help you find specific products. I love sampling around the store. The store also smells great, not just like a store. The hot food bar is a definite perk. The coffee shop is helpful. And I didnt get to try the bar, but they had a great variety of options.

Sad time. No buffet. Pizza already boxed so if you want a slice you dont see what youre buying. I was able to get Oyster Sauce here for the Egg Fu Yung Im now cooking at home. And cookies from bakery but so many layers of packaging it makes me cringe for the environmental damage.

Their food is the best in town. So are their prices. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. Their customer service has been consistently top notch since the day they opened in Tallahassee...especially when you are a regular customer - they treat you like family! Whole Foods is the best thing to happen to Tallahassee and sometimes the only reason we go into town.

Whole Foods promoted a 50% sale for different cheeses. They called it 12 Days of cheese. Well 12 Days of cheese just became 12 Days of sadness. We stopped around 6:00 pm to purchase the cheese that was promoted for today and they did not have it. The cashier called the manager but the manager was not willing to give us a rain check. We also found out that another cheese that is listed for one of the days coming up, will not get to the store on time. We love Whole foods and buy ALL our groceries here. They have excellent customer service and wonderful organic products. We were really looking forward to this event. It was explained to us that it is a limited sale. I say this: if you do not have enough of a product, or you do not have it at all, you should not promote it. Your customers will feel like they did not get a present because they came to the holiday party later than anyone else. Not nice, especially during the holidays.

I really like this store except they recently stopped letting people purchase bulk goods in their own jars. That was the whole point of going to whole foods for me so I could avoid extra packaging. Most other stores with bulk goods allow outside jars to be filled so I dont think the explanation of it being a sanitary concern is valid. Also, I dont think this is a policy in all Whole Foods stores and the cashier even thought it was silly. Mostly, Im disappointed and hope this policy changes so I can shop at whole foods again, but for now Ill bring my business elsewhere.

Whole foods market offers you an insane amount of healthy grocery foods and products, its pretty amazing how inexpensive there prices are as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and for a grocery store its very well kept. Even at about 5pm it doesnt take long to get what you need and get checked out, they are very well staffed.

Every time I come here it’s a great experience .Mrs.Katrina, in the Bakery, was super helpful and polite . I came 2 hours for the Chewy chocolate cookies and there were only 1 left .She suggested she would have them out as soon as she could. I appreciate her hospitality and kindness . 💙

I love Whole Foods Stores. Wish we had one In Valdosta Georgia, or Lake City Florida. Being a whole plant base eater, it is hard to find food close to Jennings Florida.

Love this place, staff very accommodating. It is pricey for me but On my birthday everyone was very kind and cool. The cheese section allowed to have small variety of cheeses, I was able to taste the beer before making my selection, I just which the pizza could be little bigger but love the dough. Oh meat and fish section did allowed for small but array of fish fillets..Great store little fare but appreciated....

Good stuff, but premium prices. If you know the price of what you usually buy, the markups are a little outrageous.Instead of $1.70 somewhere else, its $3 here. Instead of $3.50 somewhere else, its $5 here. Instead of $14 somewhere else, its $25 here.

Great atmosphere, easy parking, fantastic choices in todays world of minimizing choices.

Its been a year since I visited this store. The employees were better. They still need improvement. The employees need to be more attentive to the customers. After all the customers pay their salary. Employees you are not ENTITLED to a job. There are other people looking for work.

Very disappointed that this store doesn’t allow customers to bring their own jars for bulk goods. Their reasoning is “cross-contamination”, but this isn’t a policy amongst all Whole Foods. Stores can pick and choose and if want to allow it, which is absurd. I bring my own jars to reduce my waste so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until they change their policy. Such a disappointment because it’s a great store otherwise.
