Great experience with the staff at this store. We were greeted immediately and was approached right away to see what we needed help with. They made me feel like I was important and worked on my IPhone issue until it was resolved.

Store hours posted as they are open from noon to 6pm today... It is now 2:30pm, lights on, tvs on and not a person in sight... Called the phone number, no answer... Waited half hour at the golden crust next door... No one ever came... Ah well...

Ruben was excellent, helpful and patient. He was by himself and there were about 4 groups he was assisting and I never felt neglected or waisting my time. He was attentive to all. Very happy. !!!

Please note that I am so sad to see Anderson depart from your organization as he added a lot of dement ion to you office. Polite . Knowledge and a willingness to help and last but not least a great smile one of those great personality so rear and hard to find should you ever get a request from him never ever give it a second thought. Very sad, unfortunately I have been with att for 15 years and they just cant fix a small mistake that they made there. Had an upgrade in July 2020 and was told with the upgrade will be a $300 credit over 30 months with a trade, yet to see a credit on my account. I have called several time spoke with Ruben the manager and junior who was handling transaction in person and over the phone nothing has been resolved, all I get is the run around., they say they will call back yet to gey a call back.I was promise back in Janbuary that I will have the credit still nothing. I hope someone from @att will see this and fix a simple mistake they made. I have been very patient and understanding but its sad that I can not get a response.

If youre expecting any service from this store. Be prepared to come with low expectations. This store lost out on a new customer and a good sale as I needed 4 phones. Too bad, business taken elsewhere.

This store is managed by some kids with no customer services knowledge, worst AT AND T store in broward County come on people you can do better

OMG. When you are a Senior Citizen and need help with paying your AT&T payment. Please Please go to these 2 offices. 1. Inside The Boston Market Plaza these Young Gentlemen thatwork there are very helpful in taking care of you with no problem very polite. 2. Inside The Wall Mart Plaza on 441 & Atlantic these 2 Young Gentleman also are very polite and helpful when paying your bill. They dont point you to a machine to help you out. I love these 2 AT&T Stores. Kudos Kudos to both Stores. Excellent Stores and Staff.

The guy had the door locked a very strange attitude and you know what, I will go to another store. He didn’t get out of his chair to explain or show me anything. Don’t come on a Sunday. I was willing to get 3 lines.

The greatest customer service I ever had, if you happen to stop by that location ask for Andre. he takes his time to make sure he solves your problems and get you the greatest product available. The manger manni knows his stuff too. highly recommend this store!!!!!!!

Manny and the team were awesome. They solved my landline porting problem and saved $$$$ quickly and easily after everybody else I talked with did not! I recommend this store for anybody who needs help with their telecommunications challenges!

I had a very frustrating experience online and at another store who could not resolve my issue. We went to this store as Angela was so helpful. She dealt with the situation and after 2 hours, resolved my issue and my husband & I walked out with 2 new phones and also changed our service from U-verse to Direct TV. The professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond was amazing.

Absolute best store around. Had a minor issue and the staff were so helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be visiting this store again

Stopped into this location 2 or 3 times in less than a year and everytime so far they did not have what I needed in stock and they are my wireless carrier. Referred to Best Buy. Really??

100% excellent customer service. Terrance the customer service rep was great. He helped with in upgrading my iphone 6s to the iphone 7. On top of that, he helped me to get my boyfriend his birthday gift without even knowing. I walked out of AT&T today a very happy camper. I highly recommend that Terrance gets promoted, a raise, the best of everything. I was so comfortable with him that call me crazy but, I left my debit card and cell phones there with him while I had to go back to my house trust is the key word. This 3rd party retailer store for ATT does not know what customer service entails.They promised me so much when I traded my Note 3 and I had a difficult time getting products promisedThe store manager is difficult to deal with and the sales team turn over is high so theres no continuity.
