Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable as well. I’m happy I finally found a T-Mobile store that actually cares for/about their customers! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible service! T Mobile offers already spotty service and slow data speeds, although they claim it is 5G. The customer service reps are cordial but they nicely make you wait long times, hang up on you or tell you to contact customer service yourself in order to help you because the stores have limited capabilities. Yes, the service is very affordable but the clerical errors due to incompetence and the quality of service justify paying for a better provider like Verizon. I am glad I left T Mobile and regret ever switching to them because now I have to deal with the mistakes they themselves have caused. I reccommend staying away from them or any of their other brands (Metro and Sprint) if you have the means to do so.

Since I was not able to fix the problem of unblocking a number I previously block while on the phone with t mobile. I went into the store and within 10 mins I walked out Happy and problem solved.

Poor service, lack of concern for your customers stood around for someone to help getting t mobile gift when she could have. Just hand it out to 4 people multi-task and get the people out of the store. Need better management here. They draging there feet on everything will not recommend this store for service

The store is usually busy, but they really try hard to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Some clients take longer then others, but you just need to be patient. I have always found the employees to be helpful and cheerful. I have no problem returning to this store when I need assistance...

This store deserves more than 5 stars. They were super helpful and thorough explaining and comparing T-Mobiles plans. They made sure I left the store happy and satisfied (which I did). The reps are all super friendly. Robert was a great help as well as the store manager. Very happy with this store.

I went in today looking for a new phone. I’m so pleased with costumer service in this location. They actually took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I understood my new plan. Everyone was very nice and polite and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, will definitely go back!

I went to this store a few days ago and was so happy with how I was treated. I made sure to ask questions and every question was answered with no problem, and everyone had so much patience. I’m definitely coming back soon to go through with my new phone plan and will use this as my home store, even though I live a little further.

Jose was super knowledgeable helping my mother and I with new iPhones and our monthly bill. He had great patience and kept a pleasant attitude the entire time. Thanks again, Jose.

Very disappointed in this store with the sales rep and manager. Of course this store is franchised and honestly needs to start keeping up with what corporate stores are able to do as in discounts or anything else to ensure that their customers are getting things they need for the upkeep in their phones. I have been to many tmobile stores but this one is honestly by far the worst.

No space in there and horrible customer service!!

We went to this store after the previous TMobile store told us we can do a transfer of accounts between phones by dialing #611. I dont understand why they couldnt do this at that other branch. Needless to say, this branch was very courteous and professional. Always calm and collective. They handled our transfer of accounts with ease and accuracy. Highly recommend!

What has happened to this store?This is the worst experience I have ever had inside of a T-mobile store. The new management staff is absolutely clueless. I usually go in and get helped by either Dante, RJ or Kierra those are usually my go to people because they actually know how to help. I walked in there hoping to see one of them but sadly they were all off that day. As I’m getting “helped” by one of the employees I overhear the “managers” Amanda and Jose freely using the N word while speaking Spanish. I felt so uncomfortable. I never expected to walk into a business establishment and hear employees speaking like this. I hope T-Mobile does something about these employees because I will never return as long as they are employed there.

I recently needed to add a line to my family plan. I orginally opened my account at another tmobile store which they lied to me about how my $40 screen protector works. Long and short of this story Jose assisted me until I felt more than happy enough to overlook my 1st bad experience with the company.

I have to begin by saying that I normally go to a Tmobile location by my home but today I decided to stop by this store on my way home from checking in on an elderly family member as a result of this pandemic. I thought it would be a nice idea to bring some joy to my children and upgrade their phones. I’m beyond glad that I stopped by this store instead of my regular Tmobile store. The staff was kind and beyond informative, I have never left a Tmobile store so satisfied and comfortable as I have today! I will definitely continue coming to this store from here on out!

BEWARE!!!!!! Stay away! They are a third party authorization store. The employees at this location do a lot of FRADULENT activity to keep their commission numbers up. PLEASE go to a T-Mobile CORPORATE store to ensure identity protection. Do NOT use this store to open new accounts. If they have your social security number and decide you do not want service, you’re screwed. They will ADD lines to your social security number behind your back to show they’ve made a sale to get their commission sales. The Store Managers are even aware... Adrian.. Juan. They’re ALL in on it! STAY AWAY and go to a Corporate store... I’m fighting this case to the top! Shame on ALL involved.

The customer service was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend the service. The Reps had me in and out within minutes and fixed all issues I had making it a smooth and simple process 11/10

This has got to be the most rip off service that I have received. Signed up my mum and daughter for a single plan and when I got the first bill, they had signed me up for two separate service on one bill. Plus they added an additional service for extra speed that I did not request. Had to go to a real TMobile store to get it rectified. Note that they are a third party store. I have done tons of reviews and have almost never give a 1 rating, so that says a lot.

Poor customer service. What a joke. Came in to ask about my phone battery and the guy (shown in the first group of pictures here) talked over me and wouldnt let me even finish what I was asking. He then proceeded to tell me I needed the wireless charging mount, which was 50. When i told him I didnt need the mount because I already have one and I just wanted the car charger he literally turned around and started helping the next customer. Didnt seem to care. Went down the street to the coral square mall and the guy directed me to what I wanted to buy. Guess what? Still spent the 50 but got what I wanted! Tamarac lost my sale!

I found everyone there to be very customer oriented, i.e., patient, easy to talk to and answering questions even if it seems foolish. Also going beyond to assist in every way possible. My daughter and I really appreciated their help. Thanks to Danny, Johnathan and Juan

Went to the store yesterday, I was having all sorts of issues with my phone. I just wanted it fixed I was getting ZERO service at my job. The manager was helping me & looked at my account told me I was paying way too much money. At the time I was like here we go dude is going to try and sell me something. Well, he fixed my phone 1st ( so he said) then gave me the break down of my bill. I left with a new phone and a tablet & still paying about 50 bucks less. New phone has had no issues at work today have been on the phone all day. Thanks Again!

I understand the holidays was crazy, but you guys were off yesterday so there shouldnt be the attitude as if u dont want to be at work. The girl Nicole was rude and even though I had to wait 30 minutes to be acknowledged she still couldnt even say sorry for the wait of how can I help you, she said what are u here for and was not in a nice way, more like annoyed that she had to be at work. I told her what I needed and she said oh well thats all we have, an then we simply asked if shes sure there isnt any in the back because she didnt even check, she got even more frustrated she had to ask someone else and then she goes do u even have a tmobile account. I told her to have a nice day.

Unprofessional staff and zero customer service.Traded in an Iphone 8 and purchased a Samsung galaxy note 9 at this store yesterday. After leaving the store, I realized most of my contacts were not transferred to the Samsung phone. I contacted the store this morning, looking for a solution to this problem, and trying to facilitate resolving this matter for both parties. The manager basically said it is my responsibility to know if contacts are transferred to the new phone before leaving the store, obviously I don’t know all of my contacts by heart and is humanly impossible to identify if contacts were missing.Without any guidance or suggestions from the manager, I proposed to return the Samsung and purchase an Iphone to back up my last Itunes back up, in order to retrieve my contacts, and after that buy a Samsung again, to properly transfer the contacts to a new phone. However, the manager said he would have to charge me a restocking fee, I requested the restocking fee to be waived, since this was an issue caused by an inexperienced sales associate. But to my disdain the manager just kept on repeating that this was my responsibility for not noticing contacts were missing while still at the store...completely ridiculous and unreasonable.People go to the store for things to be done properly and effectively as well as obtained guidance from them, they are the experts.So far, no one at the store offered any resolution to this matter.I strongly do not recommend this store. This store is ran by a bunch of untrained little kids including the manager. Ive been a T-mobile customer for a very long time and I am extremely disappointed to the type of treatment I received today. I am yet with missing contacts which is damaging my business.

This location, & Tmobile as a whole, FAILED me in customer satisfaction and proper communication etiquette. I purchased this glass tempered screen protector, which was defective, in that it cracked in under 48 hrs; just to be unprofessionally told by sales rep ****927 that it is not a Tmobile issue if/when a defective product is sold, when I returned to the store, under the false impression that this store & Tmobile stood by the products they shelve ...buyer BEWARE purchasing this product, especially @ this particular store, as their sales tactics are less than honest.

1.0 star rating10/15/2017I have never been treated with such a lack of disrespect and disregard. I went into this store for help due to multiple issues with my monthly bill. The two representatives that attempted to assist me were Juan and Danny. After explaining and viewing my billing information and seeing that I was being billed in advance for services that had not yet been rendered, I was told that I SEE YOU LIKE TO ARGUE, with an attitude, and that I should call customer service. They acknowledged the double billing, but since they had a store full of customers they disregarded my concerns and issues and said that it wasnt their problem and needed to contact T-Mobile Billing myself which I had already done month after month. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer and would never advise ANY friend, relative, or a stranger on the street to visit this store. Steer clear of JUAN AND DANNY theyre only interest is to customers making new purchases and not to help any current customers with other issues.Store location is 5773 University Drive, Ste 32, Tamarac, Fl 33321Store# (2041)Would have given a -0 if possible !!!!!

Service is horrible at this store. Theres a little Jamaican (BOY) with glasses and slicked back hair that works there and he tried to pull one over on me! I already had a micro sim card and when I was getting a new phone he tried to be slick by taking the new sim card from the phone purchase, when I said why are you taking that/ he said if he didnt, that he would have to charge me for it.... Fortunately for me I knew better... I told him that whatever is in the box that I was (PURCHASING) is a package deal and that it doesnt matter what I already have/ and that its irrelevant to him.... I also said- if I had (EARPHONES) would you want those also? Then he tried to justify it by asking how I have the sim card I had.... I told him he should have asked me that before ANYTHING else took place. I told him Ive had T-moble service for a very long time and he is the first FOOL to try this BS. We went back and forth with why and why not.... It ended with me telling him to cancel the sale/ Ill purchase it someplace else and call T-moble to let them know about him. He replied- Ill (LET) you keep it!!!!!!!! Then he said your welcome 😕 as if I said thanks. (NOT) Lol lol lol. There also a girl that works there... She sits at the back and doesnt do much. She doesnt know much or just cant be bothered. The only thing she is actually willing to do is take your money... Save the headache and go to any other T-moble store over this one. Save yourself the trouble. Dont go here.....

I was in the store today with a broken screen, was helped by the mngr Surin. He was very helpful and professional, best experience at a T-Mobile store in the area. On a side note they may refer you to a repair shop in the same plaza, Hotspot Wireless, do not go there. The owner Miguel Beltran is very unprofessional and confrontational when you question his work. See my review on his page and my wifes on Yelp.
