HORRIBLE. I used to like the staff and the service. They have new management and staff now. I have gone in there twice since the pandemic and both times the rude girl with the fake new York accent did not wear a mask. On the second visit, I asked her to wear a mask and she snapped and said she will talk to the customer in front of me with no mask, once she gets to me, then she will wear a mask. These people are putting their customers lives in danger and it is NOT worth it. I walked out because she obviously did not care about me as a customer, my business, or my life. I have been going to that sore for 6 years and will never set foot in there again.

Rip Ass Store Never Go There.......Made A Complaint to Metropcs Corporate..Went In to upgrade to Samung J3 had a number already and was aware of the upgrade fee 15$ so all together i should of paid 88$ dollars but the rep told me their was a 45$ activation fee ..looking on my receipt the rep charged me 45$ for a power bank charger which i did not ask for or wanted..called to complain and the rep said they advised all their customers that their prices are bundle prices which is BS and robbery...i recommend everyone to go to Allcellular which is located 7999 w sample rd coral springs fl where they have honest employees and they dont lie to you...i hope Andres and Joseph close you guys down and Ben should not own any metro stores running busy like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

This store is horrible there customer service is down right garbage. i came in to look into buying a phone and i must have been asking too much question when a clerk said out a loud he is broke and he is not buying anything wow this is customer service. I strongly recommend that no one do business with these people till they learn how to treat customers better with respect.
These people are so rude and disrespectful. It seems like if they arent eating or socializing they are on their phones and too busy to assist customers. The manager just sat their looking miserable and pregnant while her 2 employees carried on a personal conversation about drama on Christmas. No one asked if i needed any help in which i came to purchase a phone for my son. When i did finally ask for help another rude girl says the phones are all out there. When i asked if she had a particular phone that was on the floor she said they aint got that one no mo. I politely left and took my services elsewhere..
Usually its the agents in the store would be responsible for the customers not having a good experience. NOT A THIS STORE the elderly lady who told me this morning that she runs the store shes responsible for any and every negative encounter you receive. I went into the store while my S8 was still under warranty and was told my new phone will be there in 3-5 business days after calling the store numerous times and was told my phone didnt arrive, and maam please dont call back we will call you. Only to find out that my phone was sent back by TRUDY BLAIR after placing one phone call. Now I am required to pay $15 because I am out of the 30days warranty. NOW TELL ME A NUH SUM REAL SCAMMA DEM YAH.
They charge me twice for my phone then they call me and told me to came back or they place my phone in black list so they made me drivs from my house in kendall to this dirty place am really peace off
This people close the door 6;45 even the schedule says 7 on Thursday I want it to ask a question, she look at me and hire so never open the door!! Thats rude to me

Bad service I have been with them for 5 years and I bought a cell phone 4 days ago. When I bought it they told me I have 7 days to return it if I dont like it. I went today which is the fourth day and they did not want to take it on the fly because it turned out that the return is only for new customers. When I buy it the person does not explain to me that when they are existing clients they cannot return the cell phone. It is not the first time that they tell me something and then they say NO. They are also rude especially yoyo or something called the person.
