I showed up early on a Saturday morning for a cracked iPhone screen. i was in and out within about 25-30 minutes. The phone with badly broken screen now looks brand new again. Excellent workmanship! Will highly recommend this place to others who need screen repairs.

I brought my sons iPhone there because it would not charge. The gentleman repaired the charging port and the battery and the phone was good as new. They fixed my phone in a timely manner and were very helpful. I would bring my phones there again.

Bad experience,They have no idea how to work with customers. 1st time I went to replace my screen protector, it doesnt last even a week, the new screen protector installed by them has air bubbles... I went back requesting warranty and they are charging me again for a new screen protector... not recommended at all.

These guys are awesome! I came in for an emergency my phone broke and on New Year’s Day and every where is closed. These guys here were open and they got me going again they even called metro to transfer the number for me! I just sat down and they did everything! Bad experience. Told the digitizer on my phone needed to be replaced(the screen was not cracked nor broken). They ordered a screen replacement and after 3 weeks and numerous date pushbacks, i just went back for my phone with the original parts reinstalled. I turn the phone on a few days later it is working but they damaged the volume toggle and the front facing camera is atrocious. You may be better off paying the extra and going to ubreakIfix.Live and you learn i guess.***update*** I am not going to go back and forth with you over a review forum. I am sure most of these other folks had good experiences but the above is MY experience and is 100% factual. In fact, had I not picked my phone up MONDAY, I would have been waiting for a part for 3.5-4 weeks. I also gladly paid the $15 time and labor fee.

Needed a water damage detection sticker installed in my iPhone 8, called several different places in the area with no luck, then found this place. Dropped off my phone, and 30 minutes later I had my sticker. Affordable, quick and painless. Will be going back if I ever need any additional iPhone repairs.

I have had Phone Repair Guy replace both my battery and my screen over the past year. RJ and Amar replaced the battery in my Pixel (2016) about 30 days ago. It is like new again. I am not ready to get the phone go yet although it is a few years old. I am very happy with the service and knowledge of the Phone Repair Guy(s) and I have now sent 2 other friends there with cracked screens, both being very happy with their experiences too.

Went there today with an iphone x that would not charge. Metro said there was nothing wrong with my phone, just got a bad cord that they would not warranty. This gentleman knew what was wrong right away. I couldnt believe the debris that came out of the charge port. Then he blew it out. I wasnt there 5 minutes the phone charges perfect and he refused to take a penny from me. He could have sold me a new charge port and labor I wouldn’t have known the difference.. Great service and not expensive either

Its very easy to set up an appointment; you can book online or just go in person (though I recommend making an appointment to make sure youre seen first). When I made my first appointment, I was quoted $85 to fix a broken iphone X screen (which is almost half of what anyone else charges, so its a really good deal!), and was told 20-30 minutes. When I got to their location, I told them I had an appointment made, and I was told it was an hour wait because there were other phones in front of me. Unfortunately, this location is in a strip plaza with a publix and a few other shops around, but nothing to occupy myself for an hour, so I initially left. I got a call about an hour later from the manager, RJ, who apologized, said the employee wasnt aware I had an appointment, and offered to ensure my phone would get pushed to the front and taken care of. I rebooked an appointment for two days later, and they completed the fix in 20 minutes. I really appreciated RJ reaching out and Im very happy with my repair! I would definitely recommend this business!

Unprofessional and unresponsive. I was charged $48 for absolutely nothing. They had my laptop for almost two weeks and kept telling me the parts had not arrived. I had been told my laptop would be ready in a week. I never got a courtesy call letting me know that the parts were delayed. I was the one who had to continue to call and check in with them. When I said I needed to go pick up my laptop because I work from home and I couldnt waste anymore time, I was told that I had to pay $48 diagnostic fee. This fee was never mentioned to me prior to me saying that I needed to go pick up my laptop. I was told that I had signed and agreed to the diagnostic fee, which was a bold face lie. I have the yellow receipt that they give when you leave the device with them and theres NOTHING on the receipt that mentions a diagnostic fee. They told me that they would not give me my laptop if I didnt pay the $48 diagnostic fee. So I ended up paying it just so that I could retrieve my laptop and take it somewhere else.
