First I want to start by saying the customer service is impeccable. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and also that I was taken care of. My phone was completely demolished and he was able to repair everything like brand new in a timely manner and for that I was very grateful. I highly recommend this company they have never let me down and always puts in the extra effort to keep a smile on your face.

Really wanted to take a moment and say just how awesome Matt at Wireless Proz truly is!! Earlier they year he revived my daughter’s iPhone display issues and now it works perfectly. Went back today because now I started having display issues with my older iPhone 6. Mine was a bit more challenging but Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and repaired perfectly! I’ve been going here for a while now and yet again. Wireless proz did an amazing job repairing my phone. Screen was destroyed this morning and 20 minutes later it was perfect.If anybody needs a phone repaired these guys are the spot for affordable and fast repairs.

Changed my screen to another bad screen and the scratched frame to another scratched frame. The excuse was he only noticed it after installing but he thought I’d be ok with it.

I wasted 3 days in a row to fix my phone and he put back a bad scratch frame and bad screen.I must say he apologized but he couldn’t not give me my time back. 😞

Total RIP OFF, I have been taking my phone here for nearly a year . He replaced battery, screen and charger port. My phone stopped charging recently and he stated that it was due to the charger port, I reminded him that he was the one who replaced the port . He refused to fix the issue . Even though he tells his customers if any issue please come back. DO NOT BRING your phone to be repaired here. He is very dishonest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went in with a cracked screen and they fixed it for the best price around. Five weeks later, the screen stopped working and I took my phone back so they could look at it.The technician told me it was past the warranty period (4 weeks) and there was nothing he could do about it. He was going to ask the store manager if they would install another screen and I would only pay for the part. They would call me back.Its been 2 weeks, no one has called.Next time I have a broken phone Im certainly not going to waste my $$ having it fixed!The manager read my review and called me up. After I explained the situation, he asked me to come in and hed get my phone fixed.Turns out that the warranty was for 90 days not 30 and the screen was OK, except it needed to be reset on the phone.The phone is working perfectly now and I appreciate how prompt the manager was with this whole issue.For that Im increasing the rating from 2 to 4 stars.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung S5 and I dont have insurance on my phone so I called around to check prices and came across this place. The experience was great and they were able to fix the phone for me the same day within a couple of hours. I even received a free case with them fixing my phone. Extremely QUICK!! I called in the morning to have my screen replaced on my iPhone 6 (it was extremely shattered) they took me right in and my phone was fixed in under 15 minutes! I thought my LCD would be broken also, Matthew took a look at it and said only the screen was cracked and that would save me money. It was an affordable price, cant beat it! Very honest customer service.

I had a BAD experience with Wireless Proz. I went in to have my camera lens looked at since every time I took a photo with my iphone, the pictures looked a bit hazy when pointing at bright objects or taking pictures at night while looking at bright objects like shiny lights. My other iphone (7 plus) looks great. There seems to be a spec of glue on the camera glass which is causing the issue. I took it to Wireless proz and they also mentioned that there appears to be a bit of glue and that they would replace the camera, tighten some screws and fix it all up. I received the Iphone a few hours later and they charged me $70. My back glass felt a little rough (perhaps the glue used and now it always feels this way). After taking it home I began taking pictures which again showed up with a hazy light around it. I called Wirelss Proz and they mentioned to bring it back and have it unlocked. You dont need to have the phone unlocked to take photos and check them but anyway, I wiped the phone and drove to the store at 11 which is what the store front mentions they would be opened at however that day there was a written note outside mentioning that the store would open at noon that day. No problem, I waited all the way to 12:30 with no one showing up. I finally drove home. I called later and the guy mentioned he was tired and couldnt arrive on time to open. I drove back to the store, and provided him the phone for fixing the camera lens issue. A few hours later went to pick back up and I tested again, same effect, hazy around bright objects (like Christmas trees, TVs with content, bright lights have a rainbowing effect). The guy mentioned the pictures look exactly like their iphone xs. I couldnt believe it. I went home disappointed. I called back a few days later after more testing and they didnt answer. I left a message asking for it to be repaired or my money back. I waited, no reply. I finally decided to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Save yourself the trouble and take your money somewhere else.

The experience was superb from the moment I entered the store. I came in with the expectation that my repair would take about 1-2 hours. They got it done in less than 7 minutes and with great quality work. I was extremely surprised and absolutely satisfied.

These guys are the greatest. This is my go to spot for cracked screens seeing I have 3 teenagers I am here often.They are super quick less then an hour.. mostly below 20 mins.I always call ahead, they tell me if they can do it right away.They have a huge supply of cases to choose from if needed also.

These guys are amazing! I used a Groupon to get my 6s screen and LCD replaced for only $59! It was the best deal I found in the area and it only took them 10 minutes to do! Then they gave me a screen protector for $10 and put it on for me and it’s been great. Definitely use a Groupon deal if you need to fix your phone!

UPDATE: I placed the order in July, complaint, got the BBB involved in November, got my refund in December after much arguing. BTW Doing the right thing and refunding people for services you charged and did not provide DOES NOT entitle you to request for me to remove a review, reviews for services are exactly that, if you do a good job you get a good review, it is quite simple. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They sent me the wrong case, as they requested I sent it back and they NEVER replaced it with the correct item and on top of that they kept my money.

WORST place to get your phone fixed, a total scam. Went there to fix my iPhone 6 screen and LCD. After I went to another place for a second opinion and they told me 6 screws were missing from my phone. Also, shortly after going there I noticed my phone dies extremely fast. Not only they stole my iPhone screws but also my perfectly functioning battery. Thank you Wireless Proz for being a pro in SCAMMING people! Great job!

I have had them fix about 4 screens and 1 connector in less than a year. 4 kids each needing a new lcd and glass. I originally found then on Groupon but I go to them directly now. Best prices around fast service. I did need warranty on one of the phones called in and they said bring it in and had me back up in about 2 hours for a connector job. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have never had worse customer service. I brought my I pad in last Thursday, and I was told to pick it up on Friday. I called Friday and was told that the courier never made it over with the part. I then called on Saturday to see if it was ready, and I was told that the LCD did not line up (whatever that means). I told the technician to put it back together and call when I could pick it up and take it somewhere else. Never received a call. I then went in yesterday to pick up the I pad just to find it was still apart. The technician then handed me the screws and asked me if I needed a bag for them. I was mislead by the reviews I read about this company. After reading the reviews closer, I found that the best reviews are written by there own employees (Kham Brown). I hope that this review is seen by customers who are thinking of using this company.

Great Service!!! Hidden Gem! I was worried at first reading some reviews, then but decided to go to this place trying to get my screen fix, I love their service, and the employees are great. Shanice helped me and she is so sweet. Great customer service. My phone was done within a day. Plus after that I was able to buy my boyfriend a Iphone 5 from them the next day. Just left...Matthew was fast but as I left and sat in my car downstairs...the glare of the sun revealed that the screen that hed just replaced actually had a hairline crack in it!He said there was nothing he could do and that I cracked it when I put the case on. Never cracked a phone putting on a case that is covered with silicone lining!!! My mistake was not throughly inspecting the phone prior to leaving!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! NATHANIEL the OWNER lost my phone! While having several other phones fixed and wont even replace my phone! He handed me a track phone and asked me for $20 after loosing my phone that it is not his fault he only owns the shop and has employees run it. I have been coming to this shop to fix my phone since they opened and their products, screens, phone cases, are all FAKE. they are made to look like the real otter boxes and iphone screens. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am meeting with my lawyer about this Tuesday morning!

Purchased brand new S4, after 8 mos, problems started developing. Had taken it in for repairs 2 months ago. Every time I call the tech is out, waiting for tech, he is sick, do not have part, owner building his house, the excuses are endless and contradictory. Would not recommend this place for anything! Buyer Beware! Recieved my phone end September, it was returned as fixed with no antenna, which means it is inoperable.

I brought two devices to Wireless Proz at McNab Road in Tamarac ( I-Phone 6 and I-Phone 6S ) to fix the screen and one of them the back camera and because of the Hollidays I left the phones there for a little while. When I went to pick them up they told me that one of the phones I-Phone6 had a code error that could not be fix. I decided not to fix any of the phones because it was getting to expensive and they are only spare phones. I pick up the phones and decided to have a second opinion and a another store, they told me there was some parts missing on the I-Phone 6 ( front camera and microphone )Wireless Proz STOLE front camera and microphone from my I-Phone 6 and as a excuse they told me there was a error code so I dont try to go fix itBe careful with the company Wireless Proz they Still parts from your phone
