I went here a few days ago and there was a poorly kept white or hispanic guy with a terrible odor and beard looked rlly bad, couldnt stop smelling his breath through his mask and decided to just go somewhere else

Gabriel was so patient and helpful setting up service for my 80 year old mother’s iPhone and Apple Watch. The other staff members were also helpful and friendly.
An employee named Gerson helped me out in a matter of minutes with my internet speed. I managed to get my monthly bill lowered quick and simple, and walked out of Xfinity a happy camper.
I went to return my xfinity service rental tv boxes and modem. Very clean, very quick, very professional, and most importantly VERY friendly!
I visited this store to pick up Internet equipment to start new service the following day at the directive of Xfinity customer service. When I got there, the associate who helped me spent the entire time in my presence disrespectfully laughing at a customer he “helped” before me.Upon bringing out the equipment I needed, he informed me that his manager had not gone into work as he was supposed to, so none of the Internet equipment was scanned into inventory. As such, he could not provide me with the needed equipment. He told me to “go home and call Xfinity’s 1-800 number.”I asked to cancel my service entirely and another associate joined in to assist him. They both laughed at the previous customer in front of me. They had no interest in finding a solution to avoid cancellation, either.The first associate said a receipt would be emailed to me. The second said it would not. Ultimately, my service was not cancelled and I called the 1-800 number after all to do so.Laughing at another customer, not having proper inventory that is readily available on-site, and discussing a manager’s lack of attendance is all thoroughly unprofessional. I would undoubtedly avoid this particular location if possible.

Absolutely, positively horrible experience. Ive been with Comcast for the last seven years and the service gets worse and worse. Ordered the One Gig Internet service...Spoke to the staff at store on Saturday. He told me modems would be in on Monday. Today I went in and asked for the modem. She said it was not in on the truck...In frustration I say WOW!!! why dont I go to AT&T next door. She said thats fine... and proceeded to start deleting my account....Unfortunately, I had some homework to do so I took the modem and went home. Will call corporate tonight and try to get it resolved. Otherwise, Ill be discontinuing the service altogether.🤔🤔🤔🤨🤨🤨

Customer Service was well informed and answered all my questions and gave me the best deal and what I was looking for- all while dealing with an endless stream of customers coming in since they are the only store open in a 40 mile radius or more.
My condo board says we have in a contract with them so I should get two free boxes. Went to this location and customer service was great, all went fine until he says We need $100 deposit. I knew that was wrong so I asked to speak to the manager and he said there was no manager in the store. I canceled my order and went all the way down to the Plantation store where all went well and they never mentioned $100 deposit.
Went into the new Xfinity store today to buy a new iPhone, everything went very smoothly! The man helping me out I believe his name was Juan was super friendly and attentive, I was helped as soon as I walked into the store and was pleasantly surprised there were no lines or waiting! Overall great experience at the new store so glad it opened up nearby!
Went here this morning to switch out defective cable box. Went in no crowd, 2 guys were there one assisting a lady and one assisting me. Both were pleasant. Switched out box and shopped for some phones (probably come back for them). Believed cashier name is Lo? Anyway great service.
Clean, curious, and quickly handled my issue. Very happy with the crew there.
If I could give a zero I would at this point I feel like this company is at the least very unpleasant to do business with. The type of unfriendly responses of several dozen employees is just a tip of the iceberg unsatisfactory in all levels and departments of this company. My situation should not have been so dissatisfied I was very happy until I accepted an offer by a salesman that was walking in a Walmart store I actually feel like I had been stalked because he noticed that I had been shopping for the third time and promised me that I would be benefiting from a 30-day trial to try new services with this company I accepted the trial and did not choose to keep the service the day I called was less than 20 days into my trial I called Comcast to cancel the subscription I was up sold I was transferred to technical department I transfer back to customer service and I insisted on declining and canceling after I return the Box to the UPS store 3 weeks later they phone me and tell me that I owe $310 after about two months of deliberating and dialogue in with several dozen representatives of Comcast I still have a Bill of $150 and theyre saying that I breached the contract and I owe this money finally someone told me to buy internet prepaid I buy the box for $80 at boost Mobile it came with gift card for my services for 30 days to enjoy the internet via my Roku TV. It was working fine but up to this point I cannot get my TV working after I moved to another address. I call Comcast prepaid services and they put me on hold for over 2 hours waiting on line for them to answer the phone and they keep transferring me back and forth like ping Pong to internet Comcast department and the payment department and prepaid and service department. like I owe them money!! and I dont !!! .if this is legitimate and legal you got to be kidding me America needs to wake up this is very unamerican unconstitutional someone needs to report them to the FCC

DO NOT GET CELL SERVICE with them. They do not back up their own products - I had a Samsung phone for 6 months the entire screen went blank! Not only am I still paying on the phone, but I pay for added insurance on it as well. Think thats good? WRONG. I was advised since the phone was so new to have Xfinity just replace it BUT Im being told it will take awhile to do that and they WILL CHARGE ME by pro-rating my phone! They said to speed it up I should go through ASSURANT who is the warrantee coverer, BUT that will take longer!! I HAVE NO PHONE, Ive been having car trouble and I HAVE NO PHONE!I have spent 3.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue on the phone, drove all the way to the 5703 University Drive store in Tamarac FL- THEY HAVE PHONES THERE but not for customers! I was told to call another number and theyll send me out a phone. I AM SPENT and need to warn anyone thinking this is a wonderful service !

I went to the Xfinity store for Help with a SIM card that the phone could not read. This person couldnt help me saying that they dont have the technology to help me. And they sent me to some Bestbuy type warehouse. In peak time I could solve it myself.
