Just got my phone upgraded at the metro store on commercial and 31st Ave. I was helped by Brendell.. This guy really knows his phones.. he helped me choose a phone that fit my needs and even transfered my contacts and apps. Its so rare these days to find good customer service and Brendell goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for all my cell phone needs

The Manager Camisha at this store is true a Super Star! She was very accurate and helpful making sure that we got the best deal with the iPhone 6s Plus and LG Stylo 4 phones. We happily ported over our lines from boost Mobile after dealing with boost mobiles lack of voice over LTE support ( meaning you cant talk on the phone and surf the web at the same time using data) Metro PCS supports voice over LTE and more.She even worked in quality cases and screen protectors to make sure our phones were protected. My wife and I both feel helped and satisfied with their friendly advise and helpful customer service. Thanks

I visited on 3/11 after my phone had been lost, and found by someone refusing to return it. Yasmin/Tiny tried everything, even contacting her Manager Tenisha in an attempt to locate it; unfortunately, it couldnt be.I couldnt afford an upgrade at the time, and had to resort back to the phone I upgraded from, but when Im ready I will return to this locations! Thanks for everything...
