So we had an issue with our couch which was replaced with no issue (get the insurance trust me) so Jesus the assistant manager took care of everything for us with perfect customer service. This was a very clean store and we will be back to buy in the future due to the kindness that was given it truly goes a long way .

We had a problem with a mattress purchased at a different American Freight store and needed to do a warranty exchange. This American Freight store, at 8245B N Florida Ave, was very helpful and worked to quickly get us another mattress even though the situation was a bit complicated. The store is very dated looking. It looks more like a used appliance store and does rent to own. If it says the appliance is out of the box, someone has rent to own and didnt pay it off.

Used to be my place to go to buy appliances. You used to be able to buy a open box appliance with the Sears quality and with the warranty of a brand new on a good price. But not anymore. The place now look kind of deserted and the price of the appliances now dont merit for the dent and damages they have.

Our sales lady was kind and informative but most importantly....... NOT PUSHY!!!! She helped us make the right choice for what we were looking for and got us out the door quickly. Great selection and phenomenal warrenty options.

Recently went looking for a new sofa but had no idea what I wanted. The sales personnel was super patient and helpful through the whole process. Couldn’t be more pleased with my new sofa and the store staff!

1st off... the lady that I assume is new needs to learn what products and sales they have. My 1st and last time purchasing and visiting this location. 2nd they over charged me $150 and had to refund me. 3rd I had to wait a week to get my furniture for the dresser to come damaged. They had zero in stock. I was only given the options to return it pay $100+ more for a different bedroom set, get a refund...or heres the kicker use my warranty to have it repaired. Why the hell do you feel its OK to tell me to use my warranty for something that came from the store damaged. I was not offered any form of compensation other than you can have your money back or spend more money and wait another 8 days before we can bring the new furniture out. Overall completely dissatisfied with how this was handle.

I used to love this place because you could snag a good deal and who cares about a little dent here and there? In the past year, the market has changed. Nowadays youre lucky to pay less than retail at these stores - IF they even have what you need. Check Home Depot or Lowes because they might actually have something cheaper and NEW or hit up the little used appliance stores right over on Nebraska for crazy deals. Middle of the road here probably not worth your time.

Manager was not understanding, rude, and embarrassed me in front of my children. I will never return. I sent corporate an email a couple of weeks ago, and still no reply. When I call there customer service hotline, they constantly apologies and told me to send another email and that they cant do nothing over the phone..Management and Corporate do not care for there customers..Places like these need to be boycotted.

Bought a couch and loveseat online at the American Freight website & was delivered from this store to my home in 2 days. There was an issue with the loveseat being bent & not reclining and after a quick phone call to the supervisor we had a new one delivered and the broken one taken back. Very pleasantly surprised with the service. Our couches are great so far no complaints!

I call ahead to make sure the appliance washing machine on sale was there. I drove 50 miles enter the store looking around then ask about the item we just as sold it.the sale lady said on the phone earlier we have two.lairs

Terrible. They are not honest when selling a wrong item. The mattress that I bought wasnt the same than the one in the showroom and they didnt want to solve my problem. Definitely I wont NEVER return to this store.Edit: after a complain at the store website, the customer service manager contacted me to replace my mattress. I asked to change for the one in the showroom to ensure that I wouldnt get another soft mattress. But the problem was solved because of a external person, not by the manager of the store.

Great price, not sure if they have lowered their standards from Sears. Bout a bunch of stuff here over the years, but the dishwasher I bought works but surprisingly really beat up inside. Great bargain and their website has improved.

Try not to ask for help at the store since you wont get any. They wont even bother checking the stock if you have a question about the availability of an item.

Horrible service. Lady that waited on me gad no clue as to what she was doing. Had to repeat myself several times on questions she asked. Very slow. Then if you dont pay the item off in 101 days they put the interest rate up extremely high. Got same product elsewhere w/o any problems

Didnt know Sears Outlets were still around. We found this store after speaking to a couple at Lowes. If youre looking for great prices on slightly blemished appliances, this is the place to go! Got a nice Whirlpool refrigerator for about 65% off retail.Staff was friendly, store is busy. They told us the store name will be changing soon, but discounts have been getting even be better.

Very good deals on scratch-and-dent fridges but insane warranty pricing could virtually wipe out any savings you came here for. Bargain hunters and risk-takers who skip the warranties will land significant savings but if you must, the $600 protection youll be shelling out for a $1000 bang up model here could be competitive to a new one elsewhere with a warranty 1/3 to 1/2 of the price. Do your research.

Ryan, store manager, was a rock star Saturday morning! Although we were the first customers through the doors, the store quickly had many customers all pulling on him with questions. Then the computer system went down, all within 30 minutes of opening and before his other employees arrived. Ryan managed to accommodate everyone and deal with the IT issues, never losing his cool or smile. Thats a man who understands the world of business, Murphys Law, and great customer service. Oh, yes. This place has made my life a nightmare. Bought a double wall oven/ convection oven about 3 weeks ago. came to pick it up during business hours and they said their loading dock was closed. Hired someone to come pick it up. Installed and built my cabinets to fit this exact dimension. After installed and put in place, it wont even turn on. Three weeks later Sears sent two technicians come out to have said the exact same thing...it doesnt work. Now I cant even get them to send someone out to remove it and refund it. Its just a giant joke. Randy, the ASM is impossible to get ahold of. No one has solutions and Ive been without a functional oven for almost a month with no resolution in sight.

Very enjoyable! It was clean, the ones waiting on is were very helpful and polite. I would encourage others to shop there too.

Honest folks. I ordered a scratch and dent fridge from Sears Outlet online. It shipped to the Tampa store from out of state. Prior to sending it to my house, I received numerous phone calls from this location alerting me to the seriousness of the scratch and dent and inquiring whether Id first like to see the fridge. Sure enough when I got there, the fridge that I had ordered was super neat up. Terri, the store manager, was completely understanding and worked with us to pick out a replacement. In the end, we got a better fridge for about the same price. These were some honest folks. If you are on the fence, give them a try. You wont find better deals out there.

Have been in here a few times and the staff is aleays helpful. If your looking for a discount on appliances chairs or beds you might find what fits you. We found a bed we liked. Really hope sears does not disappear it is part of America in my opinion. Hope that something will turn the brand around.

This is a horrible place to do business with. My first review was a 5 star (they ask you to do the review in store before you leave). They told us all the appliances are put through test to make sure they are in good working order. Once we got our refrigerator home it wasnt working right. We bought the 5 year warranty. We called to see what we needed to do to get it fixed. The store told us to call the warranty department and the warranty department told us to call the store. No one wanted to help us. The store finally sent out a 3rd party tech who said the fridge needed a new computer board, the freezer fan was shot and it was leaking freon. It was be 14 days before they could get the parts. So we decided to do a exchange for the same fridge. Jesus (worker) helped us. We were upset at this time and just wanted a working fridge. He told us it would be 4 days before they could deliver the fridge. We set a time of after 4pm for delivery. Jesus said it would not be a problem. They also use a 3rd party delivery company. The delivery company called me a 8am to deliver the fridge that day. I was already at work. They said they will have to reschedule for 2 days later. When I called to talk to Jesus about the wrong delivery time he was very aggressive and claims he made no promises. He was no very kind on the phone. Thank goodness this store just got a new manager Burt. He fixed the whole situation for us and got everything squared away. Burt to the rescue.

I met with Jesus today. He was extremely polite and courteous. I explained what I was looking for and he quickly gave me my options. When I asked him for the model number of the range i was interésted in because I wanted to check the prices online. He quickly went online at his computer and showed me the Lowe’s and Home Depot prices where $250 more. Then he was able to arrange next business day delivery. It was a pleasure. Definitely would recommend checking out Sears Outlet for scratch and dent appliances!!

I was looking for a refrigerator for my new house, there was not a good selection, but staff explain that they were waiting on their supply from a vendor. I hope they get some soon, because I close on the 12th of November. Overall the staff was very friendly.

Ryne and Jesus at Sears Outlet were great in helping me find a washer and dryer set! A lot of their inventory is new and in boxes so it is not all used or returned/scuffed items. The prices were very reasonable and they also have a lease option! I would def recommend to anyone looking for appliances and more!

1st order talked to rep at the store and within 5 minutes of him saying it was there and in good shape, I ordered it online. 2 hours later got an email saying someone bought it before me. Bought another at a different sears outlet (online), this time got confirmation was there to be picked up. Called a day later and they said it was gone... I think the outlets are no longer Sears which wont be long before theyre gone as well when operating like this!

Good experience with the store and employees. I did not find what I was looking for as far as craftsman tools but my wife bout a new freezer for her business. We had been pricing a few over the past few weeks and did not find any worth paying for. Ryne and Jesus explained their leasing program and won us over. My wife was thrilled hearing that she only had to put a down payment. This was great because we did not leave with empty pockets. Thanks to this place we will continue to shop for our appliances.

We went in looking for a built in oven. Terry not only helped us find the perfect one but (when asked) helped us find a refrigerator to match. At all times Terry and the other employee ( I forgot his name, sorry!) Were very friendly, helpful and helped us find what matched our needs and budget. We ended up with a Kenmore Elite oven and fridge at a very good deal!

Ill never buy retail again! Over the past 8 years, I have purchased a washer/dryer, mattress, stand up freezer, stove, and dishwasher from here. Their customer service is great and I always feel like I get the best deals off their scratch and dent items. Most of the stuff is in near-perfect condition, and you can get an amazing deal if youre not worried about a couple of scratches.
