My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday evening and were on a mission to get a reasonably priced full mattress. Joseph greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very personable and professional at the same time. Joseph helped us find the mattress we were looking for ASAP. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes with our new full mattress. Highly recommend coming here for not only mattresses but also all types of furniture. The quality and price of the furniture was very reasonable.

I went everywhere looking for a sectional. Most places were out of stock or on back order for up to 6 weeks. I went here found a sectional and it was delivered the same day. Great price, large selection and friendly staff. Ignore the extra pillows. LOL

He let me know about all 5 rooms and what I would find there… I was mind blown! No one followed me around pressuring me… I was able to explore without a shadow over me. I see a lot of bad reviews so heres my review. My daughter purchased a frame the wasnt what she initially thought. They were very professional and resolved her issue. I was very impressed with how nice and accommodating they were. We did not end up purchasing something this time but I for sure will be back to shop for home furnishings. They had lots of different styles to choose from.As for it being hot in there, well it is a gigantic old warehouse and not the easiest to cool down. So yes, it is a warm building but worth it if youre looking for furniture

I LOVE my purchase from Mattress and Furniture Super Center. My furniture was a SPECIAL order and it took longer than planned. I thought about cancelling at one point, but the issue was NOT the fault of theirs. Other furniture stores posted a leather sectional would take 4-6 months at least, so I would have had to wait with another company. Im so glad I waited for my order from Mattress and Furniture Super Center because I LOVE IT!!!! There were minor issues because I live out of town, but Theresa and Tiffany helped to resolve or offered options to resolve those issues. Most of their furniture is actually in stock (unlike many other furniture stores and online companies we’ve been looking at). Next-day delivery was offered to us, but maybe 20 minutes after we left, they called and said their delivery personnel had an opening and could drop our things off within the next few hours?? The sales people and staff are great! Always helpful and easy to deal with. Prices are good. Could get 5 stars if they would get into the 21st century and computerize the sales invoicing so they can look up your invoice instead of having to go to the paper files.

Updating an earlier review where I was unhappy with customer service for not getting a call back to schedule delivery. My issue was just solved promptly and politely. Im very pleased with the way they made things right and appreciate their concern for keeping me happy as a customer. Robin is awesome!

I ordered a full bedroom set from them and at first it was lovely. They were helpful with picking and assured me I would get it on my move in date. Fast forward two months I’ve been waiting all day for the delivery to get a call at the end of the delivery day saying I can’t have my order. I was told it was mine and the salespersons fault for them not having the set in and then told I could have a refund or pick from what they had in stock. Apparently unless you pick it up right that day they don’t have it. Now my issue with this is four people told me this order would happen. The sales person and manager the day I bought it, sales manager I talked to four days before the delivery date, and finally the lady I called the DAY OF delivery. This also happened after them not picking up the phone or putting me on hold only to hang up on me making me go see them in person. Absolutely an atrocious situation considering all the people involved.

I had a very good experience. I been shopping with them for a while now never had any issues!!

Awesome deals! Got an Ashley Sectional for a lot cheaper than at the Ashley store. The sectional did take 21 weeks to arrive, but I know that was mostly due to Covid since other furniture stores had delays too. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and will continue to buy from here.

I purchased a sectional and bed set from them a month ago paid in full and setup the delivery for 7/1 and was ensured that I would get my furniture on that day with no problems… 7/1 comes around and guess what not call no show and I even called and thee rep who picked up just said they will call me 30 mins prior to showing up and guess what… got nothing at all and I am highly upset with the customer service because they should have at least called and said they couldn’t make the delivery date and be professional about this situation I mean after all I spent $2000 and here I am with no bed to sleep on and no sectional couch because of a failure to communicate with the customer (Me).7/2 UpdateRobin called and apologized for the inconvenience sincerely and explain the error that happened and that I will get my delivery today and also a higher up manager will be calling to compensate for it as well so I do show thanks for that all being done to fix the issue.

Izzy took his time letting me do the talking. He did not try and force a sale on me he let me customize my furniture order to my liking 100%. This place is an excellent place to buy furniture. They have a huge selection of different brands all new. If they dont have it at the warehouse, they will look and see if they can order what youre looking for. I furnished and apartment and still have this same furniture 6 years later and just ordered a sofa and loveseat for my mother in law. Go check these folks out if youre in the market for furniture.
