From the start of the bathroom remodel to the end, Whitney at S & W Kitchens took a dream of what we wanted our bathroom to be and made it a reality. Our bathroom was original from 1988 and needed to be completely upgraded! At the start we scheduled a visit with Whitney and laid out the parts we needed and wanted to incorporate into our bathroom. Whitney then helped us to pick out a color scheme and quartz countertop, tiles, floor, lights and accessories. After about a week, Whitney drew up a CAD design to show us how the bathroom would look like and showed us. We immediately loved it and signed the paperwork to get it started. Because of the pandemic and wood shortages, it took about a month to get all the supplies together for the bathroom (Still good if you ask me) and then they delivered them to our garage for safekeeping. Mike, our foreman, met with us to lay out the work schedule for the remodel and set a demo date. Mike was attentive to our work schedule and our concerns of making sure our cat did not get out. Therefore, Mike made sure to let us know when people would be coming so we could put our cat in a room. All of the people who came to work on the bathroom respected our privacy of not going in the doors that was marked that our pet could be in. Over the 6 months of the remodel (This was finished on time), Mike and Whitney were available for any and all questions, concerns and gave updates on everything. Our bathroom exceeded our expectations on how it was going to be. The new shower is roomier and awesome, more cabinet space and the countertops and sinks are spectacular! We both are very impressed with Whitney and Mike at S & W kitchens and without hesitation will use them again in the future!

I contracted Victoria at S&W Kitchens, South Tampa location and they did a great job with a tub-to-shower conversion at my condo.The planning, coordination, order of things, supervision of staff, inspections, and professional visits were well-coordinated and planned around my familys needs and schedule. This was totally a 5 out of 5 stars aspect of the project.I highly recommend master designer Victoria for families and anyone looking to complete kitchen or bath projects. And, as a matter of fact, already have referred a family that may use S&W in the future for a kitchen project.I look forward to working with the S&W Team in the future as the opportunity comes up. This was a very professional, turn key service. They guided my through the whole process by starting out with in-depth design sessions and material sampling. Everything was specifically chosen with expert advice from the wonderful Lacie, who has an amazing talent of extracting exactly what I wanted from my brain and a few pictures. However, you WILL pay for this turn key service. Overall, the prices are not for the faint hearted but the experience made it worth it.

Having our kitchen redone with S&W Kitchens has been a complete life changing experience. We own a 100 year old bungalow that had an original kitchen with granite slapped on top of the teeny tiny dollhouse size cabinetry. We knew when we bought our house we would redo the kitchen, but had no idea with whom. We stumbled upon S&W online and read through the reviews. Larissa designed us the kitchen of my dreams, within our budget, while thinking of every detail and how we could maximize storage and obtain the aesthetic and type of environment that were so important to me. Our superintendent, Christian, was excellent through the entire process. The amount of time and effort he put into the construction of our kitchen totally surpassed by expectations. If you are considering a kitchen reno I highly recommend S&W for the job, and HIGHLY recommend specifically working with Larissa, you will not regret it.

We are so pleased with the total kitchen renovation we recently completed with S&W Kitchens in South Tampa. We literally demolished our original kitchen, removing walls, going all the way down to the studs and built a brand new kitchen. Our designer, Larissa Hicks and her design assistant, Gina Cerimele were able to take our basic kitchen ideas and design the perfect kitchen for us. The design process was very collaborative and at the end they were even able to come up with some creative solutions to keep our project within our budget. The construction phase went very smoothly. When we came across a “load bearing beam” in an unexpected place, the team quickly adjusted the design plan with minimal cost incurred. Mike Frary was our construction supervisor and he did a great job keeping us informed and the job on schedule. I highly recommend S&W Kitchens and designer Larissa Hicks for anyone who is doing a kitchen renovation.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lacie at S&W. She helped us to transform a dated kitchen into a modern beauty. There was a lot of dead space and Lacie was able to utilize and maximize the area. She helped us make selections that fit with the style of the house and offered options that we had not considered beforehand. The work was performed in a timely fashion with very few surprises. The work area was kept clean and everyone was very professional. This was the second time using Lacie (and S&W) and we were equally as satisfied, with this project, as we were with the first.

Rosemarie Szedula was the best designer to work with! She did a fantastic job of designing and seeing the project to completion. I can HIGHLY recommend her.

We used S&W Kitchens for our total kitchen and foyer renovation. We literally changed everything from our floor to ceiling in each room. S&W handled every aspect of our remodel. They handled everything from demo, plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceiling removal and all of our kitchen cabinets are custom made perfectly for our kitchen. Our granite is absolutely gorgeous and looks like the ocean it fits perfectly with our home decor, colors, etc. Each employee who came into our home were very nice and respectful. They cleaned their work space every time they worked at our home and also sent a cleaning service into our home to clean any dust that built up on our furniture during the demolition. We have 2 dogs that loved the employees as well and it made the process even more enjoyable. Our designer, Lacie, was absolutely in tune with that we wanted and was patient as we took our time to pick out each piece of backsplash, tile flooring, granite, lighting, etc. We are remodeling our dining room next and we are 100% sure we are using S&W again for this renovation.

S & W kitchens did a wonderful professional remodel job after we had damage from a roof leak in my bathroom. Every sub contractor that was involved did a very skilled job removing my countertops and cabinets and reinstalling new ones for us. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a job done the right way and in a timely manner.

We contracted with S&W to assist us in coordinating a tile wall in our kitchen. Overall we were VERY please with Lacie, Mike and Charles attention to our concerns and satisfaction during this project. We would have been lost without Lacies design insights. Mike was great getting the process coordinated timely and making our project move smoothly and efficiently. And Charles attention to detail and his expertise while installing our tile was more than we could have prayed for!! Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Thank goodness for S&W Kitchens! My husband and I had had bad experiences with renovations and contractors in the past and were beginning to think that there was no such thing as a good contractor. My husband and I found S&W Kitchens on a Google search. We had 2 bad experiences in the past with remodeling projects and were very cautious about choosing the right company. Whitney Ruthledge with S&W Kitchens contacted us and from our first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. We worked with Whitney for several months planning the remodeling of 3 bathrooms. After the first meeting she had preliminary drawings and great suggestions for tile, cabinets, hardware, etc. She is incredibly talented and has a real gift for design and color. We absolutely loved the plans she did for the bathrooms. She had a range of product suggestions and did an excellent job working within our budget. We started construction in October 2018 and Mike Fray was our Construction Manager. Mike did an excellent job keeping us informed of the process and updated us immediately with any changes. Both Whitney and Mike were at our house frequently checking on the progress and they were both always easy to reach if anything came up and we had questions. All the contractors worked under Mikes supervision and we did not have any problems at all. The bathrooms were finished within the time frame they planned and we are absolutely thrilled with the work. We were so happy with S&W Kitchens and Whitney and Mike, that even before the other bathrooms were finished, we began working with Whitney on remodeling the master bathroom, as long as we had Whitney and Mike back on the project! We had a little trouble getting the permits for the master bathroom and Alison Hamilton at S&W Kitchens worked with us the get the situation resolved. Alison was as easy to work with as Whitney and Mike and we were so impressed with her diligence and hard work. We can’t say enough good things about S&W Kitchens, and Whitney, Mike and Alison and highly recommend them!

I bought a house on bayshore 2 years ago and decided to totally remodel the whole kitchen. After interviewing a few designers, we settled on S&W. This is a totally honest review and anyone is welcome to come see our amazing kitchen. The design of the kitchen was amazing. Wolf and Subzero appliances, great layout, beautiful counters, cabinets and flooring. Its been a year and we are still amazed at how well it came out. Larissa was our designer in the Tampa office and she is totally gifted. Our foreman was John and he kept us up to date through out the project. The subcontractors were pros as well. The price was agreed upon upfront and that didnt change even though there were some changes along the way.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lacie Rice and the team at S&W Kitchens. We engaged them for a full kitchen renovation – they exceeded our expectations. Seriously, how often do you get to say that? Our project was delivered on time, within budget and met all of our goals. The design was thoughtful and creative – the cabinet quality was excellent and the craftsmanship outstanding.

We started out with the intention of hiring a contractor to perform a modest kitchen renovation (replacing cabinet doors and countertops), but even that proved to be daunting as we needed to manage and schedule each trade separately. Then we found S&W Kitchens. S&W acts as the general contractor and handles everything from design to renovation and appliance installation.Our modest kitchen renovation mushroomed into a whole house makeover – we replaced everything in the kitchen (including the appliances which we ordered through S&W), added new wood flooring throughout the house, renovated a bathroom, added crown molding, built out a new pantry, and more.Lacie in the south Tampa office was fantastic throughout the design and construction process. She spent countless hours with us not only in her shop and in our home, but also accompanied us to our numerous visits to varied locations to select our countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, etc. Eric was the construction foreman on our project and was likewise great to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would definitely recommend S&W to anyone contemplating a home renovation project, large or small.

Victoria can’t seem to get it together. I just wanted a quote on some quartz my wife already picked out using my kitchen cabinetry drawings and it was too much to ask for a quote without doing a design consultation...
