Apparently it’s impossible to find a competent person working in a hair salon. Called, made an appointment, drove all the way there to be told when I walked in that he (stylist) didn’t have any availability. When I told her that I made an appointment she said she’d made it by mistake and that I could come back tomorrow. No, In fact, I can’t, because like most people on a Monday, I work. I asked why she didn’t call me before I drove all the way over here, and despite having given my phone number twice, she had the wrong number.This is literally why I called before coming all the way up there - to make sure there was availability. If you don’t know how to operate the computer, ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP.

I just talked to the regional manager about a position and I have never spoken to someone as rude as she was. I told her I loved working retail, she instantly got a snotty attitude and asked me if I was going to cosmetology school why wouldn’t I want to work in a salon? If she had let me finish my sentence she would have known I was going to say I’d love to do both. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence before going on to the next subject with an even worse tone. I had to hang up on her because I had never been treated so poorly while just answering questions. I was talking to you about a job, not a crime someone committed. I will definitely make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go here.

I went there a couple of times with my mom to buy hair products that she needs for her hair and there was this beautiful tall chubby brunette with green eyes and few tattoo dont know her name but i think it was Jocelyn if Im not mistaken but i find her to be very attractive, i think i have a thing for her; wonder if she is single, because Im single also, by the way i love her smile it brings the good in people she even brings everybodys dayjust like mine when i went there on 10/14/2016man I wish she were my girlfriend

This store sells fake Moroccan Oil. It never goes on sale and they sold it half off. I got it home and its not the real product, have been using it for years and its totally fake.

Such a nice staff. They have every deep conditioni g treatment you can think of. They are so nice and professional. It was an accidental find but I am glad i found it. Had a conditioning treatment and a cut. They are consevative but will not let you leave unless ypu are satisfied.

Wayne is a great hair stylist!

This place was recommended to me by a friend but the stylist was unavailable the days I could go so I asked who else was great with a razor: I love the razor cut and thinned look. They person they suggested was very rude. After she cut it, she styled it in curls (weird in and of itself) and seemed to get mad when I asked if she could just straighten it so I could see the actual cut. When I saw how long it was without the curls I asked her to take it up a bit at which point she yelled to a person on the other side of the room that she had to do a whole re-cut and she wouldnt be done for at least another half hour. Finally, when I asked if she could razor thin it (the whole reason I went there) she said that her thinning sheers were really good ones and they would be fine... Overall I was told I would get a great razor thinned haircut and instead I got a mediocre (not razor thinned) haircut with a lot of attitude from the stylist. I will never go back and discourage anyone else from trying it out.And I am still in the market for someone that can actually razor thin my new but not complete haircut.
