A couple of years ago I purchased my 2017 Tournament 234 from Family Boating Center and it was purely a great experience. Since that time I have had a few unfortunate instances where things would break or stop working all together, and their staff has been nothing but excellent to work with in resolving the issue. They have always gone above and beyond to help me resolve, repair or at times replace the item without question or issue. Businesses who stand behind their product or workmanship are at times hard to find. Family Boating Center is one of those businesses. Thank you for all you do and continue to do, we appreciate you.

Dealt with both stores so leaving 2 - 5stars. My rep was at west shore store but the boat I wanted was at Anderson. The communication between the 2 store is second to none . When I called the Anderson store my rep at the west shore store would check on me. While Brian wasnt the guy who sold me the boat you would have never known it . This guy took the timeTo explain the boat and we did our splash test with him. He even took the time to show my 16yr old daughter all the features since we are both 1st time boat owners . Andrew always checked on us with phone calls and even offered to meet me close to my house to drop off a part. Greg the finance guy was very persoanable as well as the owner . Yvette stopped what she was doing to help us getOur paperwork done same day. All these people provided us with great customer service I remembered their names . Truly a family boating center .

I have been doing business with Family Boating Center going on 10 years, the owners and staff are always polite and they always have exactly what im looking for in stock. Not to mention they sell all if the top boat brands. Family Boating Center is a one stop shop!

Be very careful with these folks. Put a $1500 deposit on new boat. Canceled order the very next day and Family Boating did not refund my deposit. Fighting with Visa now to get my deposit back.
