We used PGT Cabinets for new cabinets when we completely remodeled our kitchen. Our experience with Gary was awesome - we found him to be patient, fair and honest as we worked through the details of our design. He kept us informed and communicated well throughout the entire process. The installation team knows what they are doing and take the time to make sure things are done right. We are very happy with our new Kraftmaid Cabinets, and PGT quickly handled any issues we had. We couldnt be happier with our choice. Bottom line - we will be back at PGT for cabinets again when we remodel our bathroom.

We are very happy with Gary at PGT cabinets. We ordered the Mid Continent Cabinetry cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms. Our contractor and Gary worked very well together with the design of our Butlers Pantry and a special cabinet for out bathroom. I had an idea to replace our existing built in pantry and they did the rest. We could not be happier with our project. We would recommend them to anyone. The cabinets are well made and beautiful.

Had a great experience with this Company. Gary did a fantastic job of explaining everything and took lots of time and effort making sure each measurement was perfect. We havent done a lot of renovations in the past and he was patient working through all of our questions and concerns. Gary has a good team working with him. From the demolition of our old kitchen, the counter tops, fixtures and lighting, everyone he suggested, did a great job. The cabinets are of high quality and we will be using PGT Cabinets for any and all future renovations.

We are second owners of a home in Seven Oaks. The kitchen had nice maple cabinets with the cheapest doors. Luckily we found that PGT carried the same cabinet line and was able to match the color and upgrade us to solid wood doors with a great design. They even recommended a solution for our oven/microwave combo that gives us two ovens and a microwave in less space than the original unit (and were able to add another drawer for us)! Their installers were fabulous and fixed mistakes made by the builder installers. Id recommend them to anyone who needs to upgrade or redo their kitchen. And they are local!

We had the best experience with PGT Cabinets. Gary is great to work with and explained the process of our remodel down to every detail. Gary answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions which made our kitchen remodel very functional. The schedule for the remodel went just as Gary detailed. Gary is always available through the entire process and followed up with us . The Kraft Made cabinets are great quality and are known for their great customer service. We did have a few unexpected issues but one phone call to Gary and the issues were resolved. Gary helped us find the sink, the hardware I wanted and suggested a plumber that he works with. The plumber and granite company were awesome . We plan to have Gary remodel our master bath. We highly recommend PGT Cabinets, you will not be disappointed not will you be stressed out over details

Gary was the best to work with. He helped us with our wine room project from start to finish. From getting the cabinets and arranging the quartz counter tops, through delivery and installation he always returned my calls promptly. We are going to use PGT to remodel our master bath and kitchen. I highly recommend them and I have very high standards.

We used PGT Cabinets in the fall 2018 for a kitchen remodel and we still love the results and modernized kitchen. PGT worked with us on selecting cabinets and quartz top, Gary provided us with several options to work around an unusual angle in our kitchen and made sure we got the most storage out of our cabinet. Our floor plan is partially open so is visible to most of the house and has become a beautiful centerpiece.

I started off my kitchen remodel at a big box store. I always get multiple quotes on any major project that I do. I found Gary at PGT cabinets, who not only corrected errors on the big box store design but suggested some big improvements that made our remodel come out much better. In addition the quality and price was better than the big box store. The installers that Gary used were excellent. Gary also recommended were to buy our quartz for the countertops and where to have them fabricated. BEST decision that I made.

Gary and PGT Cabinets has done my kitchen, my sons kitchen and baths, my dads kitchen and baths and my dads office. Also, did a clients kitchen prior to sale of his villa. He is willing to provide different options according to your budget, time frame and end goal. Out of all the projects he’s completed, only had a couple of defective doors which the installer noticed immediately and was quick to reorder from manufacturer and I did not have to worry that he would get resolved in a very timely manner! Great experience with every job Gary completed for me!

Gary was very professional and yet it seem like I was working with a friend through the whole process. I had my kitchen done in June 2019 and came back and did my master bathroom in January-February 2020. I was very happy with the work done in the kitchen and I am very happy with the master bathroom. Good experience working with Gary at PGT on a recently completed kitchen reno. Gary was easy to work with throughout the drafting process, keeping true to our vision but offering suggestions along the way. We ended up going with Kraftsmaid cabinetry as I liked the idea of the lifetime warranty. The install guys were top notch and the kitchen turned out magazine quality. Went to the store for scheduled appt to look at cabinets and come up with rough quote. Quote was based on pictures I had on my phone of my kitchen and rough measurements done by us. When I called and asked if he would come to my home and measure so I could have firm quote he refused unless I would commit to buying the cabinets and put down 1/3 of the total cost. I did not like being put in position to commit to a estimated quote. Nor did I like being put in a position where the only way I could consider this company for the job was if I committed before I had firm quote. No other cabinet company has done their quotes this way. EVERY other one has come to my home for consultation and measurements.

We were very pleased working with Dave of PGT Cabinets on the installation of our Kraftmaid Sedona cabinets and Pompeii Quartz countertops. Dave was easy to work with, professional, timely, efficient and kept us informed during each step of the process. Dave handled the demolition of our old cabinets and soffits as well as the installation of our new cabinets and countertops. The demolition costs were very reasonable and the cabinet costs were exceptional. The cabinets arrived on schedule and installed in two days. Measurements for the countertops were then made, cut to specifications and arrived in two weeks (my only criticism is the length of time it took) and installed the same day. Daves installation team was very courteous, professional and efficient. The final look of the kitchen far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Dave and PGT Cabinets for all your kitchen needs.

Carrabbas is one of my favorite places to eat, but this one had sub-par food and an aloof staff. When we pointed it out the manager argued with us before trying to make it right. The Carrabbas at SR 54 and the Sunshine Parkway is the best around...great staff. Food always fantastic.

Purchased a full Kitchen from PGT American. Biggest mistake for our home renovation. Salesman / Owner Gary. Is selling Kraftmaid Cabinets, that are sold as all wood and are not. I have had issues for almost five months! Have dealt with a Kraftmaid Regional Representative completed walk throughs, even with their contracted repair Vendor. Received 10 of the many chipped, warped, unfinished doors and drawer faces. White glove treatment / Inspection before leaving factory was told to us. Even then many doors/ drawers came as flat panel when we have purchased Recessed Paneled. The replacements came in worse or just as bad as the originals. Purchased All Plywood Construction but they are not, almost 6 months of this without a Kitchen or Main Floor / Guest Bathroom due to non receipt of Bathroom Vanity. PGT American Cabinetry is to blame they installed the cabinets knowing of the issues. Still have no usable cabinets! He placed the name of an Independent installer in the Contract, then sent another so called independent Installer when it was time for the install. Turns out he owns that company too, the so called owner of Modern Cabinetry let it slip when we were discussing the poor quality of the cabinets that were installed. Gary confirmed this after I confronted him with what I had learned. My experience wit PGT American has been less than a Zero on a scale from 1-10! Deceptive sales, still have not received Bath Vanity, nor Decorative Panels for Kitchen Cabinet.Be aware before purchasing from PGT American. Almost 6 months without a kitchen and he wont even reply to an e-mail.Blames all issues on Kraftmaid, quality is their issue, but dishonestly installing poor conditioned Cabinets is all on PGT Cabinets and Modern Cabinetry and Millworks. He has not stood behind his product at allQBuyer be very aware!

I dont typically give reviews but the service is amazing the salesman is not only very witty and good-looking he has the best designs for kitchens. The renters I have in there now love the kitchen and I was able to retrieve top dollar for my rental because of the upgrade that this company did for me .
