The staff was very polite & accurate with my order.

As a vegetarian I am SUPER upset as I could not have repeated myself more times that I did NOT want bacon on my sandwiches. I purchased 2 for $6 and the girl who took my order even repeated NO bacon and we talked about which way worked out less expensive to ring it up and she said ehhh it’s all the same and just rang it up the 2 for 6…but I made sure to repeat MULTIPLE times no bacon. Then when the cashier said 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, I said NO, no bacon. JUST egg and cheese, please make sure and he went oh ok. I paid, got home, and of course there is bacon on both sandwiches which means we can not eat either of them. I called to ask for my money back and I got a voicemail not even stating it was Dunkin’ Donuts, just a generic leave your message your party is unavailable. I tried calling 3x and no one answered. What is infuriating is that not only can you not get ahold of someone but they literally just did not care about what I paid good money for. When you tell someone 5x and have to repeat and confirm and re-confirm your order and it is STILL wrong which leaves two people without lunch it is just awful- and then no way to even get ahold of them. I am 30 min away now and can not just go back. Shameful

I typically come to this DD, everyday and the customer service pretty bad... today 8/27/2021 the drive through line was really long which it gets like that in the morning. So I decided to go inside. However the doors were locked. And there was no note saying the inside was closed. The workers on the inside just stared at me but said nothing. It was then in that moment that I decided Id rather not spend money there if they cant do the simplest of things such as provide customer service.

I hope this place closes down because of their lack of both service and integrity. If you cant unlock the doors at 5 when you open you have a serious issue. Incompetence is no excuse.

I am a regular custom of this Dunkin Donuts. Went on 8/16/21 for coffee and bagel. Paid for my order and was then informed that I couldnt receive my bagel because they has a 20,000 sandwich order. Asked for a refund and was told all the managers are on a line making sandwiches come back tomorrow. Went back 8/17/21 for coffee and bagel that I didnt get yesterday. The girl at the window was very snitty and rude. She made some sort of comment that she didnt really believe me but snidely said that there was a 20,000 sandwich order yesterday for catering. If you are in the business for catering, that is fine but serve your regular customers or at least be pleasant. What did I expect for a $10 an hour employee??

We went for a Charli drink and some donuts. Unfortunately one of the staff member was too loud and he used bad words with his coworkers while I was with my 9 years daughter taking breakfast. I know it is about a staff member and not the whole business, I will go back again no doubt but probably using the drive through.

I come here everyday before work and what use to be a great DD and Have told numerous people, Has turned into horrible experiences after horrible experiences!! Very Slow service And rudeness depending on who’s there and thats just to boot !! I’ll be avoiding this DD from now on !!!

Great store, new and modern inside, conveniently located. Perfect for on the go ordering with the app and even provided the receipt without me having to ask for it. Coffee was standard for Dunkin and they have wifi here too!

The staff got our order wrong. It took way too long. Not many sprinkles on my sons donut. They missed one sandwich and I had to ask again for the cold drinks. Time for new staff here.

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered bacon roll ups, they were so hard and burnt I could not eat them. I tried to call the store and no answer. (Bad customer service.) This is the 3rd time this has happened where my food was overcooked or I got the wrong order. They need to pay attention and get someone who will take the time to cook the order right. Now I have to drive back there because they do not answer the phone. Last time I come to this DD, I have given them plenty of times to get it right. On a positive note, the customer service is good.

Worse location, always out of things and more expensive then all the other Dunkin’s in the area. I wrote a review several months ago about how I had tried 3 times to get a chicken bacon croissant but every time they were out of croissants. Today I decided to give it one more chance and I was told they had chicken, but decided not to prep or cook it so it would take 20 min to get my sandwich. This is a franchise obviously with an absentee ownership. Won’t be going back. Not the employees fault, they always seem friendly.

My wife came through the drive-thru this morning to order my kids breakfast this morning. She had asked the female working the drive-thru window for a strawberry refresher, to which the employee replied, “we do not have iced drinks.” and then my wife had asked for a sweet tea, in which the Manager named Garnett started flipping out over the speaker and yelled at her that we don’t have any ice in an extremely rude manner. The manager should have started her greeting with, “Welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts! We are currently out of iced beverages.” My wife tried to explain to Garnett in which she had thought she was talking about.” I mind you that my wife always comes to this location frequently every week and donates to all the charities that this location is collecting for, including one recently for an employee who had a car accident, which probably wasn’t true. It seems like every week, they are asking for donations, which I am genuinely questioning the causes. It’s quite evident with the yelps reviews and google reviews that the service here is terrible, and corporate should seriously take the time to train all the employees on the standards and hire employees who want to come to work and help their customers with a smile, especially the MANAGER, who should be a role model. How can you hold your employees to a higher standard when you have a manager who is rude and nasty? If the manager had taken the time to come to the drive-thru window instead of hiding around the corner to apologize for her actions and the miscommunication, I would not be leaving this negative review. Thank you, Dunkin Donuts, for making my wifes day horrible and upsetting me!

Came in for my coffee this morning. Noticed they were short staffed. I come here everyday I know these people very well. This is my home store. I still got the smiles that I see everyday. management has improved in this location. I have seen so many changes. I hate seeing people complain about them because it’s probably not brought to their attention on how to solve the problem. I know I talked to the managers and they resolved my issue this is why I became a loyal customer to the store.

They were messing up orders left and right even tho there were a bunch of people working there. It wasnt even that busy....

Food was ok and it tasted good, but it was dumped in the bag and there were no napkins. I asked about the hashed browns and the cashier looked at me and was a bit upset that I questioned the small amount of hashbrowns at the bottom of the bag. I asked for a few more and he showed up with one additional hash brow in the gloved hand that he had been using to collect money from customers with. I told him never mind.

Best Dunkin me and my friend go to, this one is for sure our favorite. The hashbrowns and drinks you guys make here hits different than the rest thank you guys for making my bad days better lol

They do not care about you if you arent in the drive-thru. The woman in charge of taking in house orders would take on order, wander around accomplishing pretty much nothing until that one in house guest was gone before taking another order. We waited 15 minutes in line and there were three people ahead of us when we walked in.

Everytime I come to this DD, I seem to have an issue. They either dont pay attention when you are ordering or simply dont care. I never get the correct order. I stopped by today before work to grab a quick ice coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They told me that they dont have cheese or cold brew. Which is fine, ended up getting something else. Then they had me pull up and ended up with waiting for 15 minutes until I had to go in. Asked for the order and had to wait until they remade it, and still end up getting the wrong order, but with cheese. Every time. Definitely avoid this DD if you can.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is constantly happening at this dunkin donuts. It was 9:40am not rush, maybe 4 people in the drive-through, I always prefer to go inside, wearing a mask. There were at least 4 employees. 3 at the drive-through, 1 at the cash register in front. 2 minutes after I arrived someone in line left without ordering. It took 10 minutes to get the woman in front of me 2 drinks, a sandwich, and some donuts. Then I watched the worker put something from her ipad into the register and walk away. I had to leave without ordering for work. Worst managed dunkin Ive ever been to. It always takes forever and they always have plenty of workers and only 1 handling in-store customers.

Same as many have posted. This place NEVER gets the order right. Ive probably been a dozen times, every time thinking theyll have it together, and theyve gotten it right maybe twice ever. This time through:-didnt give me a straw for the drink until I asked-forgot two donuts-got the two donuts wrong when I reminded them about them, then argued with me about them-forgot to charge me, then asked to run my card again (when they hadnt run it yet to begin with)-got my sandwich wrong, which was the only part of the order I didnt check until I got home, had to drive all the way back to get it fixedAlmost every time goes like that... Im going to start driving to the one 3 miles further away on Race Track. They actually give me what I order..

I order a latte with an extra shot of espresso, and get asked ro wait in the parking lot for someone to bring it out? I wait 5-10 minutes walk back in to ask where the latte is. They pretty much just gave me warm milk. 10 minutes for hot milk.

The place was clean and organized, the employees acknowledged me when I walked in, but the choice of music and the volume was totally unacceptable! I met with a person there to talk about a possible job offer and we had to raise our voices to hear each other. A few couples walked in with the probable intention of sitting down to enjoy what they bought, but none of them stayed, everyone that was a walk in, walked out. The music and its volume need to go or be toned down, its a place to enjoy your food, not a dance hall, too loud and obnoxious!

Ordered a pumpkin iced coffee with only cream. Guess they only heard cream since my coffee is essentially only cream. Dont know if they were having a bad day or upset because I didnt want to donate to the 5th place that asked me to donate that day. Not coming back to this dunkin again

This has happened 4x. I ask for my bagel to be toasted. What i get is a completely untoasted bagel with a mound of cream cheese.

Me and the girlfriend go here all the time which I cant figure out why we keep doing it to ourselves because the service sucks and the coffee is always nasty honestly I think were just going to start going back to Target to hit Starbucks next door. Its just a bunch of teenagers work in the kitchen that really dont care about their job and quality time and effort put into the food they make youre better off hitting another coffee or donut joint down the road

Very disappointed because I was really excited to have a DD close to home. Typically use the drive thru but last visit I went inside for my order. And I am glad I did because after that I will not be going back. Employee had on visibly dirty gloves and was handling money and the register with those gloves on (which I can only guess are used to handle food as well). That was all I needed to I see to decide I won’t be going back. Also the counters and coffee service station were pretty dirty.

Stopped in today for 2 small coffees. 1 hot, 1 iced. Asked for napkins and was told: Sorry we actually dont have any napkins. Really Dunkin? How can you be out of napkins. Who is in charge of supplies? 😒😧🙁🤔🤨

Horrible place. I have given up on Dunkin Donuts in general. Their food is good, coffee is good, but ALL of their locations have horrible service. I was just at this location and they were out of ham. Then I found out they stopped caring certain things. I placed an order for two sandwiches, three hash browns, 25CT munchkins, & large iced coffee. Mind you the sandwiches already arent what I wanted originally. Well I wait and wait and wait. Finally after many many people who ordered after me get their orders and go I finally get mine only to get home to no hash browns and cold sandwiches. I could let this go but almost every time I go to Dunkin you guys make me hate you.I was hoping this location would be better than the Sheldon&Hillsborough location. Well I was wrong. After this experience, I give up and believe all locations suck.

They provide awesome customer service when you walk in. Coffee and doughnuts are great and delicious. I like the quiet atmosphere and the place looks nice. The place is very tidy and clean.

Waited in the restaurant, along with another customer, while the clerk took care of car after car after car in the drive-thru. He acknowledged us standing there then said “I don’t know where he is”. We waited again as several more customers in their cars were served. We had no idea who “he” was but the other customer left and so did I. Waiting 10 minutes at a Dunkin Donuts counter and never being served is ridiculous. The clerk should have taken our orders in the absence of his co-worker.

No better way then starting your morning off with a good breakfast...Came by this Dunkin Donuts yesterday because I was craving a croissant and cream cheese. When I ordered the woman cashier asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes please, she was very nice and gave great service....once I drove off, of course my croissant was cold, not toasted and barely had any cream cheese on it. Great way to start the day 👍🏼 Something so simple...on top of that they were completely empty and employees all hanging out by the drive thru window. One thing is if it were busy and oops they got my order messed up but when business is dead whats the excuse then?

This is the worst store that have ever been, the customer service is really bad, I asked for 2 multigrain bagels with cream cheese, but they only had one left, so they offered me a plain one instead, I asked them If they can cut them in half, they said no, I will give you a knife, when I got to work 2 minutes away from them, the bagels were oughfully cold, plus they barely put cream cheese on them, no knife was on the bag, plus they didnt give me a receipt, always an excuse not to give you one, I will never return to this location !

UPDATE: (3/6/2020) ordered 2 iced matcha lattes. What I got were 2 cups filled all the way to the top with ice, barely any matcha. They don’t put anywhere near this much ice in their iced coffees, why the matcha lattes?Wish I could post a picture. Ordered Halloween donuts, asked for a mix, they gave me all “spider” ones and they don’t even look like spiders. No eyes and only have six legs. The legs aren’t even where the legs should be. Looking like 6 legged octopuses. Couldn’t even fool my 3 year old son. Opened the box for him and he immediately said “octopus!”

I don’t know who was working today in late afternoon on 9/12/19 but whoever it was they were the kindest Dunkin workers my boyfriend and I have ever come across working the drive-thru. This has always been my personal favorite Dunkin in the area and once again I’ve been proven yet again that I cannot go to any other Dunkin but this one 🙌🏼

I have gone to this location 6 times and they can not keep the stock up. They are constantly running out of bagels. It is unacceptable and something should be changed. Step up your game!Update: 2/22/2020 I have tried them again and wish I didnt. It is impossible to expect them to have the item you want or get an order correct! I was litterly served raw bacon. Absolutely gross! This is the worst dunkin donuts by far!

The absurd incompetence of Dunkin donuts staff at virtually every Tampa location continue to disappoint. I rarely see the same staff in one location for more than a few weeks. Quality of food has dropped as well. Allof this since Dunkin donuts went public. Disappointing to say the least. Ive started going to Starbucks and Panera more frequently, and avoid Dunkin donuts now whenever possible.

Not the biggest or the nicest Dunkin Donuts Ive been to, and they were out of the chocolate covered chocolate donuts I like. The woman behind the counter did offer to ice one of their regular chocolate ones for me, and their dark roast coffee is pretty decent.

I just picked up a special order that was called in yesterday. When I arrived, the manager made a loud comment about my being an hour and a half late picking up. Then she proceeds to tell me she only received 20 of the 24 donuts I ordered. Not buying it. Im sure her store ran out of my donut about 10am (as all dukin donut shops do with the popular donuts) so because it was after my pick up time she gave them to customers. Fair enough, IF she had told me she would only hold my special order for a period of time. Im a working Mom with a million things to do on a weekend. Picking up donuts on time was NOT top of my priority list. I will drive over to RaceTrack for my donuts from now on. Hopefully they can at least be honest to their customers.

Was excited when this opened because of proximity. They started out great! Maybe because corporate/or owners were still watching over. A few weeks later, I had an employee tell me that what he gave me was the right order when it was obviously wrong. I let that pass, still got coffee there every day. Same order, all the time, was too tired to notice but i just realized today that my total was never the same. Same order was 26 cents more than yesterday. I asked the drive thru cashier why, her response... Hmmm interesting then walked away. I dont have time to argue over 26 cents. Its not even the money, its the principle and the attitude. Retrain your people.

Google says they are open 24hours however I showed up at 9pm and they informed me they were closed and unable to help me. Every light was on, and in the drive through as well. Very disappointing. Will never visit this location again!

If you want a bagel that looks like a basket ball come here and are hard as a rock. We live less then a mile away and have dunkin donuts bagels every Saturday religiously but we drive out of our way for bagels that are actually bagels

This Dunkin is the most God awful in terms of customer service and satisfaction. Literally horrendous and it literally takes a lot for me to get to that point to say that because I work in customer service and have since 2011.I dont think Ive ever left a review for food-based customer service that was ever bad but my *multiple* bad experiences here finally prompted me to leave this review.No. One. Knows. What. They. Are. Doing. Here.Horrible staff, Ive not once seen a manager there. Terrible management and operational functions. Horrible interpersonal skills by staff. Food quality is okay here IF they even have their menu items. 6 times in a row now: oh we cant make that our machines are updating or we are cleaning our ovens and everything is down or we are out of all hot food items.Ive not once ever experienced this at any other Dunkin Doughnuts and I can definitely tell that this place seriously lacks leadership and direction.

Today was the third time I went to this new DD location and right after leaving, I knew I had to say something more. On my first visit, I tasted onion flavor on one wake-up wrap and not the other. At that point, I felt that they are not cleaning their utensils properly. Second visit, there were poppy seeds ALL over the INSIDE of my wrap (at first glance it looked like rodent droppings or even fell on the floor!!!!!). And this last time, both my coffee and donuts order was wrong. Strange, because the guy who took my order repeated what I told him, but somehow it was very wrong. I dont typically write reviews, but this morning was the straw!
