I had my eyes checked by Dr. Sergio Pradilla. He did an outstanding job and fitted me with the new multi-focal contacts, which allows me to discard my reading glasses. He did a great job explaining the differences and pre-cautions. I would highly recommend is thorough services!!!!!

The entire staff was great! Dr.Sergio was extremely patient with my youngest child and Vanessa took time to work with me and my budget! I will continue to come here for our Optical needs😍

I take my brother who has Down Syndrome and Alzheimers here. The staff are wonderful with him. The doctors are very kind and thorough. Also, Vanessa was very helpful when selecting glasses. Additionally, they keep you moving so you dont waste time.

Today was my first visit at the W. Kennedy Blvd location & I must say it was the best eye experience Ive ever had. Monsetta, Vanessa & the Dr. were very pleasant, professional, attentive and answered all of my questions. The whole facility was clean and the lobby was socially distanced etc. I was in and out in an hour(or less)...which included eye exam, choosing/ordering of frames etc. Im really glad I chose this office through my insurance. I look forward to seeing the staff in the future & cant wait for my family to see them as well. Thank you for an awesome visit!!

Ive been taking my family and myself to Optical Outlets for years over @ the Folwer Ave. locationBecause of their reasonable prices and great selections. But as the years went on the service @ this location became unbearable to deal with so I stopped taking my family and myself to the eye doctors. 3 years have passed and my family definitely needs exams and new prescriptions and I dreaded calling making an appointment. While searching for their number other locations popped up and I call the West Kennedy location.Best decision I ever made. I should have done this years ago. They run the office like a well oiled machine. The whole staff is knowable, quick, and informative and the doctor deserves 10 stars she went above and beyond to make sure she had accurate information. Ive found my new eye doctors. Optical Outlets West Kennedy location you guys rock.

They have a very reliable customer service, very friendly, most of their staff is Billingual. And theres not much waiting time.keyri was very efficient in giving me different options.If I had a Store I would hire her for her sales and customer service skills, I definitely recommend this location. Great location, nice office, and really sweet staff. The receptionists were all bilingual and were very kind and attentive. The office itself was very bright, clean and despite it being busy when I came in, there was ample physical distance between patients, my eye exam and dilation took under an hour.Dr. Ramesar was really informative, did very well to explain what she thought of my vision and gave helpful recommendations. They took my temperature when I came in and adamantly cleaned everything before you needed to touch anything. Really pleased with my visit and will definitely be coming back!

I went, and when I received my contacts, I couldnt see through them and they re-did the exam and sent me another pair. They were really never right. I also got my glasses there, and 6 months later went to a retinol-gist for another problem. When I looked at the chart through my glasses, I COULD SEE NOTHING. I panicked, and the Dr. told me that it was not my eyes, but the glasses. I just went to another doctor and got the right strength for both contacts and glasses....after having spent over $500 at this awful place, I had to spend more to fix their problems..

During my visit to the optician it was a fast and very sterile service. Its been 11 days and you cant tell me why my glasses are not available. They also dont know how to tell me when they will be there, but they charged me well for consultation 104 and prescription. The glasses with transitional and insurance $ 583.50. They do not have the manufacturer in Florida, that is the answer and, in addition, they cannot tell me when it will be ready. I do not recommend the optics.

I came here and the staff was very friendly, super nice and helpful... Vanessa help me with all the right steps and made me feel comfortable and happy.. I came back after 4 years and they have the same doctor and she is very informative and friendly.. I recommend anyone to come here and have a great time..Restrooms are clean. Staff is super attentive.

This was first going to an Optometrist. Eileen was very kind and made me comfortable while checking my eyes. Eileen was professional and great. After seeing the Dr. i was paired with Carla who was informative and Very Knowledgeable. Carla went above and beyond to assist me with any question I had. Carla also provided me with detailed information about my Insurance. Kudos to Optical Outlet for having Amazing Staff.

I was attended by a young lady named Vanessa. She was very helpful and positive in helping me decide on what pair looked nicer on me. She was also bilingual. I recommend her to anyone.

My experience was amazing. My doctors was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The lady, Carla, who helped me out, went over the top helping me out. I came in for a pair of glasses and an eye check, and ended up leaving with a pair of sunglasses at a very affordable price. Happy is an understatement with my visit and experience with Carla.

Went in for eye exam and contact lens fitting. I paid for the services but never actually got a contact lens fitting. I was told they would have to order trial contact lenses and they would ship to me. Then I would call to schedule an appt to have them show me how to put them in and make sure they fit right as well as check my vision with them like every other doctor. I scheduled the appointment and went in then the nurse told me that I dont need the appt and that I dont need to see the doctor. I called back the technician on the phone then told me they would order new trials and call me when they arrived so I could go in. A month later I got the trials in the mail no call no help. I recommend you avoid this place if possible. No help from anyone at all.

She helped me put in my first contacts and assisted in reassessing my new preset option. The store is very nice and clear. Easy to make and change appointments. Highly recommend!

If they had called 3 weeks later after the eye app tthat would have been appreciated.If I could have made an appointment to pick up my glasses would have been great.Waiting 2 hours to pick up isnt going to happen when the bus is an hour and a half.Eye exam and a month later no help except waiting the amount of time as the eye appointment itself isRidiculous.PS. They dont carry these glasses either in the picture!I love not paid limited choice Medicaid glasses too :)So appointments are recommended but not given to pick up is a problem for me Sadly.

This was a Great place to get not only glasses but to have your eyes checked. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything. Then I went to check on glasses and this great young lady Vanessa helped me with the purchase showed me different ways of purchasing she was not pushy so I ended getting the glasses saving like 300.00 on them. I will be back again.

I went to the optical outlet and Kennedy and they was awesome and not to mention in was in and out within 30 min or so. Big shout out to keyring for making this process nice fast and easy. I will be back here for more visits and to bring my son as well. Again thank you for making this process easy
