Excellent costumer services, the lady was really nice and fix my glasses in less than 5min.I highly recommend this store. The best warranty ever.

The old guy at the vision center has such a terrible attitude. It was my first time looking at ordering contacts and it was the worst attitude andcand service I have ever experienced. Just tried to ask a question about ordering contacts and the old mans terrible service and attitude made me never want to look at Walmarts vision center for anything. Made me leave thinking Walmart has the worst vision service ever.

Just visited Walmart vision center for a new prescription. The optometrist was covering for regular optometrist and was very nice and thorough. Myself being in medical field I knew all the tests she was doing and honestly, she was doing a good job at it. She was very detailed and took time explaining all the steps she was doing (until I told I was a resident, after which she explained in medical terms). Would definitely recommend this place if able to visit her again. Economical for prescription needs. Though i would not buy glasses from here as they run on the pricey side.

Wonderful staff!!! I didnt have an appointment but they accommodated me. Dr. Zeitlin was great very nice and thorough. The entire Vision Center staff Stacey, Amarillis, and Alissa was very friendly and extremely helpful. Alissa was extra helpful by finding my insurance. Then I was able to purchase glasses and get the second order for 20%off. All of them had excellent customer service..I highly recommend this Vision Center.

Dr. Andrea Zeitlin is very sweet, kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all the questions. Thank God I found her, I highly recommend her, she will not disappoint you! Also, the staff in this place is always friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend them at all. The Doctor was too rushed and impatient. The equipment it is archaic to say the least.The staff was not pleasant or helpful. The girl actually told me I did not need glasses. The Doctor told me I only need reading glasses but I cannot see.Please go somewhere else.T. RyanS. Tampa

Most unhelpful customer service. Tore my trial contact lens that I picked up two weeks ago. When I called to ask if they had more, I was told we cant check now, we can check when you get here. I explained that Id have to leave work and drive 15 minutes each way out of my way and asked again if they could check. The answer was still no. Wont be returning.
