Fantastic job! Dr. Sabin was thorough with everything. I enjoyed the walk through of the eye mapping. He also saved me money by finding out I was the same rx in each eye for my lenses. For years I was told by my old optometrists they were different. I put the new lenses in he provided for me and clarity is perfect! Thank you Dr. Sabin and team!

Dr Sabin is a living Angel. His Staff is just as kind and caring. I would not hesitate in going any where else for your vision needs. He identified an issue within my eyes, before I even knew it to be an issue. The practice makes things so incredibly simple and convenient!

We have been waiting on my wife’s glasses for an additional 2 weeks after I received mine. Called and was told they had to order another pair because the lab broke them. If I could take mine back I will. No follow up with either one of us. My wife called today and she is still getting the runaround. Makes no sense. Maybe we should look for another place to get glasses from.

Having to deal with insurance companies, rebates etc can be frustrating, but this eye doctor and their staff went out of the way to get me the contacts I needed even on a tight timeline! Can’t say thank you enough! They are competent, efficient and well worth a visit!

Due to an accident several years ago, I need a custom hard lens for one eye. I went to Opt-ism and had great experience. Everyone was friendly and I got the best fit and best vision that I have had in years. And the prices were very reasonable. These people are the real deal.

Fantastic experience! I travelled 2 hours to see Dr. Sabin for my eye exam . He was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail, yet was friendly and made me feel right at ease. Very high tech diagnostic equipment was used during the exam. The office was extremely clean. I loved the large selection of designer frames to choose from and appreciated there was no pressure from the staff in selling. The office staff was warm and welcoming. I loved the ease of scheduling my appointment online. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sabin and will definitely come back for my eye care needs!

I was a couple of years over due for my eye exam, in part because I wanted to be sure to find a quality doctor and business. After stumbling across Opt-ism I decided to give them a shot. Yep, that was a good call on my behalf. Dr. Sabin was extremely professional, nice and caring. On top of that, when I was looking over the selection of glasses, by no means was I under any pressure with a salesperson breathing down my neck. I was completely at ease and free to ask for assistance at any time. I will definitely return for my next pair and will also recommend them to my family and friends.

I love that they utilize technology and focus on convenience. I can make my appointment online, get electronic receipts, text message alerts (reminders, order status) including being able to text any questions I have (which is my preferred way to communicate). The convenience and technology is also integrated into the appointments. Dr Sabin uses new technology to make appointments faster and overall more pleasant. He’s always on time and ensures that I am in and out of there quickly and that I have products I actually like and that work for my eyes. I’m more of a contact lens person but when I do purchase new glasses I’m always able to find what I like because the have lots to choose from :)

These guys are AMAZING! Patient, caring, friendly, and so much more. I finally have glasses that I can see great out of! I had two exams and glasses from another place that didnt work. They answered all of my questions, got to see what my eye looks like inside and assured me they werent nearly as bad as the other place I went to said. I tired on at least 20+ different glasses and they werent annoyed or tried to rush me, which was awesome. In the end, if you need someone you can trust, that acknowledges your concerns, and just great all around Opt-Im is the place to go!

They were great about helping me to get the best deal with what my insurance sells and not just up-selling me to make a profit. Very happy with my exam and ordering contacts. They were really great! They were quick! I was in and out. Really friendly atmosphere and actually talked to me. Didnt feel like I was there for an exam at all. Nice selection of glasses and great prices! Catered to my needs and wants as the customer. I really appreciated the fact that they were so chill. I use to go to Visionworks, but honestly I dont see myself going back there. Opt-ism is definitely a great place for all your eye needs! 2 thumbs way up!

Im very picky with my doctors and I do a lot of research before picking a doctor to visit. I researched dozens of eye doctors in the Tampa Bay Area before deciding to visit Dr. Sabin here at OPT-ISM. WHAT AN AMAZING CHOICE! Dr. Sabin was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with any and all questions I asked before, during, and after my eye exam. The same goes for his assistant Andrew, who diligently helped my boyfriend and me pick out new glasses after our eye exams. Neither Dr. Sabin nor Andrew rushed us along. On the contrary, they were conversive and took their time helping us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book your next eye exam here!

The appointment process was easy and the staff were very friendly. Ive never had an eye exam before and Dr.Sabin was very knowledgeable when I asked questions regarding my prescription. The best clinic I have ever been to!! Dr. David Sabin and the team were super laid-back, nice, and knowledgeable! The clinic was spotless and they use (what I believe) is the latest technology (No puff in your eye!)!! Would recommend 100% without hesitation!

Beware of scam or incompetence. Asked for eyeglass & contact exam for wife and I. They didn’t record contact lens for my wife...she doesn’t wear glasses! Tried give them another chance, scheduled an appointment and they made us wait 45mins after scheduled exam and wanted another $80 co-pay... seems like both a SCAM and INCOMPETENCE! Need to have some better service and communication skills. What is wrong with them? No apologies either, this business won’t last too long

Great experience! I went in for my annual eye exam to get my contact prescription renewed. Great selection of eyewear and sunglasses. Will def be back to buy lots of glasses in the future. Staff was wonderful! Moral of the story this place is the best!
