My experience at this store was absolutely amazing! Pixie showed me great options for my skin type, and helped recommend products that would be wonderful for me. She was so calm and patient! If you need help with your skin care this is the perfect store for you. Huge shout out to Pixie!

Walked in the store knowing absolutely nothing about the products or what I needed. Pixie was able to pick out exactly what I needed based on my skin type and recommend what would be best for me. She was honest and let me try out each product. So excited to start my new skincare routine. Shout out to you Pixie!!🤩

Anasa is AUMazing!!! Just called to see if they had 1 product in stock before I went to the mall & she told me they could do free shipping in time for Christmas which is so amazing because I live a little far! I only needed 1 more product to get a free little gift box of skin care products! And she totally helped me out with picking what to get which is the new Hello Calm mask which I am SUPER excited about! She was so so sweet to me & so so helpful, seriously amazing customer service.

If I can give the service here zero stars, I would. Today around 6:00PM, my friends and I had visited the store that we usually do for my friend to pick up a few items. As we visited, my friend had recieved an important business call, which resulted in my other friend and I waiting a bit in the store as she was occupied. While standing and waiting, Tabatha (Cashier #:459511) had approached us, not once but three times with a very passive attitude of assuming we weren’t making a purchase. Tabatha was not wearing a facemask which is currently a required policy of Hillsborough County. Furthermore, she had made a very big deal regarding the store’s over-capacity status that none of us were warned priored to. She suggested that her other colleague step out, I made the decision to step out as I believed the situation was ridiculous and the services of these ladies were horrible AND put my friends and I at risk of COVID-19. We still made our purchases and respected the ladies, but this makes me render the chances of ever visiting this location again! These ladies specifically Tabatha needs a lesson on respect and customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with this visit.

When I went with my wife to this center to look for cosmetic products we were amazed at the quality of the products that are offered. My wife found what I was looking for and much more besides the special offers they have are tempting. I congratulate the work team and wish you many successes.
