So I usually come here and the crew is awesome. I had a terrible experience with a newer woman- Heidi is her name. There was a lotion I wanted but it wasn’t opened so I asked her about it when it was my turn to check out. She said “it’s over there” oh…..ok… over where? I was about to walk in the general direction she pointed to without any elaboration. As I was about to walk away, she said “you can’t leave your bag here because it’s not my responsibility.” So I move my bag from the counter to the ground to go and smell this lotion so I’m not knocking things off the shelves. I figured she’d still be ringing up my basket FULL of beauty products. Nope. She had another customer go in front of me with HER basket FULL of beauty products. I don’t know what I did to this woman but she was very unpleasant with the way she spoke to me and didn’t want to help me with anything.

The customer service today was outstanding, @citrusparkmall OMG. They did not have my shade at one store, she was kind enough to call the next store and have them hold my shade there. Everyone was so nice and professional. These people knew their product, they answered every question I had and Im a beginner.Citrus Park Mall JCP Tampa, FL also they aStand alone store thst is located inside the mall. Two stores in one place, it doesnt get any better than that.

Experience was okay. I was the only one in the store and each associate asked if I needed help. Some did it multiple times. I don’t know if I looked confused or if they were expecting me to steal anything. Kind of an off putting vibe. Not knocking an associate asking if a customer needs help but just felt like I was being put under the microscope. I made a pretty big purchase as well.

Molly is awesome! She’s very kind and knowledgeable. I usually dislike like the associates as they make me feel small if I don’t know much about makeup, but that wasn’t the case today. I wouldgladly come back if she’s there as I felt very comfortable asking about product use. She made my experience great.

I like these stores but their mens lines have gotten weak in the last few years. They do keep done good staples in stock though

So sad with the customer services! I received products as a birthday gift and don’t use the brand (they were unopened and in originally packing). I brought the products in to exchange for a line I use- they refused to do an exchange or a store credit. This is the only location that operate this way. I ended up driving 30 minutes to another location and they took care of it with no issues at all.Very sad service and I won’t be giving my money to this location.

Great ladies that work here! Informative, helpful, and always friendly!!! I have damaged hair and use heat as well as color. She recommended I use items from the Olaplex line. They also gave me my birthday gift several months late. The store is organized and they have lots of great products! This will be my go to Sephora!

I always love coming here! Even with new regulations, my shopping experience was excellent. The girl who helped me was extremely knowledgeable on the products!

Usually i get great service here and the workers are really helpful but i went yesterday and i was quite unhappy the Blonde lady with short hair is really bossy. She was not interested in hearing what i wanted and she seemed very annoyed with helping me.

There are alot of different cosmetics, facial creams, a variety of beauty products. Its on the high end price wise. Fun to check out and a very helpful staff.

Everything was explained concisely before I went in and I was able to shop in peace. Loved it.

Customer service is always on point

The foundation that I normally use was discontinued so that was disappointing. (Urban decay all nighter) But luckily one of the girls made a couple suggestions and liked both.We finally picked one but you guys were out of that shade. So she helped me order it online so itll be shipped to my house within the next 3 days the most. She also gave me a sample to hold me over for the next 2 days until it came in. Great costumer service.

I want to say Ladon the manager there took care of me 110% the first time I went there they messed up on my gift certificates and nobody would even help me not even the gentleman that was a manager there. I kept getting the run-around but Ladon took care of me 110%. I was so frustrated and the quality of service and her word made me a happy customer. Great job and thank you for the quality of service you gave me. I wish other managers was like you. Thank you Ladon.

So rude! One of the employees accused me of stealing as I was walking out of the store. She said “you never set back down the lipstick,can you give it back” when she was literally staring at me swatching the lipstick and then setting it back down the whole time. Also this same lady was pretty rude when I first walked in.Go here if you like being accused for no reason.

The customer service is always excellent in this store. The girls are very knowledgeable and help me find exactly what I need.

The location is wonderful, the girl, Casey, was so personable and knowledgeable on the phone, she understood everything I was feeling and even thought to hold the items behind the counter, but when I got there (It was my first time at this mall) I got lost. So I tried to reach Casey again but she wasnt there so I talked with another girl who said she didnt know and asked someone else, then she said to go through Macys and through the food court-which I never saw) and keep walking you cant miss them. Well after walking, walking and walking which seemed like an eternity, I finally found them. These people need to be educated on how to give directions. Then when I got there to pay and pick up the items, and the cashier was anything but friendly she didnt even smile or look at my face and acted like she couldnt wait to shoo me out, I couldnt even ask if I had rewards points because of her attitude. I came here in the first place because the other Sephora was snobby, they cater to the Buccaneers wives, if you dont walk in wearing Gucci handbags or Fendi glasses, they treat you accordingly. I thought this Sephora would be a little bit more down-to-earth. The store itself rocks! It has everything and then some, but they need to hire better sales people. I was really disappointed. 😢

If you want to be treated like your money is worth nothing, go to this Sephora. A simple question posed to the associates will prompt an answer, but they will immediately walk away afterward to continue their conversation with their coworkers. This is not their first time they treated customers so poorly. Id suggest a quick walk over to the store in JCPenny if you want to be assisted.

I lobe getting my perfume samples so I know when I buy a 80 bottle I love it

Ive never seen so many young unmotivated employees just watching the crowd more than interacting and giving customer service. Shame on you.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I went in with intentions of buying several products and was excited to try a few new things I had researched, I also needed my regular go tos. I walked in and there was an employee who looked at me but did not greet me, literally not even a good afternoon welcome to Sephora. I had my baby with me so I felt like I got that dont come in here look. I started to browse around, not knowing where some of the products I had in mind were located, and walked around a few times. Another employee with a tablet in her hand looked directly at me and said nothing, she almost looked annoyed that I had a small stroller in her store more than anything. Then yet ANOTHER employee was stocking the shelves and looked right passed me as he walked by as I have a puzzled look on my face. By that time I was highly frustrated as I have never experienced this at ULTA or any other Sephora I have been to. I had to play scavenger hunt for the one thing I absolutely needed and went to the register. I expressed my frustration to the lady at register who never even asked if I found everything I was looking for like any other place would. I had to bring up how nobody, not one of the several employees who were available, decided to ask if I need help and consult me on products. They were annoyed and did not want to be bothered. I went to ULTA across the street when I left and they were AWESOME! I was greeted immediately and left with some amazing products they took the TIME to show me. If you are going to spend the money on these products, there should be a pleasant experience to go along with it.

I like this location, but I do agree with previous comments where it says they answer your questions and go back to talk to their coworkers this accurate. My problem with the location is that they NEVER have sample to give with your purchase and if you look at sephora rules o benefits thats on of them. Yes, you can do a sample of anything but i still like to get surprised with something in my shopping bag. Call me complicated but thats me! :-)

Horrible I’m so glad someone else posted their experiences here, I’ve been here a total of 3 times and after today I will not return EVER. I don’t care if they carry the last of the product that I want and longed for I’ll just wait for a restock I don’t want to support this particular store and make their sales go up because I am a VIB ROUGE and if you’re a Sephora Gal then you know this means I’ve dropped some DOLLAS on makeup..anyways I walk into the store and immediately I can SENSE the resentment and feel as if I’m being watched, they had a buy 3 minis get a bag free sale going on today so I had 3 MINIS in my hand nothing that would need a basket as soon as I picked up the second item I was asked if I wanted a basket I replied no and didn’t think anything of it UNTIL I was followed by two team members with purple and gray hair. To top it off when at the register I was asked to show my I.D. MIND you I’ve NEVER been asked for as long as I’ve been a shopper here when I told her they’ve never I.D. ‘d me before she tried to make up an excuse that the other close store (INTL MALL) was supposed to but they don’t when I listed a few of the stores who never did either she said she’d be calling all around time as far as Orlando (c’mon I’m the customer don’t disrespect me) I almost forgot to mention when I went to ring up I said something funny as a convo starter because at the other Sephoras everyone helps and talks to you she didn’t respond so I said that it seems like the people in this store don’t talk. Nothing I said was rude or meant to get the reaction that I got. I must mention that I was wearing my Jesus Is Dope tee maybe this is why. If you’re in the area just Go to International Mall the girls there are so helpful and sweet!! (Or literally ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THE CITRUS PARK MALL ONE)

They should consider cleaning this place periodically. Dust on everything, dirty containers, air vents have never been cleaned.

I dont know why they have such a bad rating when every time I come in here I was treated well and people greeted me nicely and helped me find what I was looking for.
