Arm Aluminum did A screen porch enclosure I had water pouring through my walls afterward, the enclosure was not properly sealed by them, they came out to fix it and put lime green fascia, my drywall is pulling away from door frame from all the leaks, Riley seems to always be busy and won’t return my phone calls. This is A brand new condo and I feel like Riley ruined by new home

Riley and his crew replaced our cage after Irma had her way with the original, and we could not be happier. They suggested a better design, and the crew showed up and worked diligently until they were completely finished. They paid excellent attention to the details, and there have been ZERO issues in the two weeks since completion. Thank you to ARM Aluminum for living up to, and exceeding, their promise!

Lanai was build and finished within about 2 months from first quote. Price was good and it turned out great.However we have a water drainage problem, contacted Reily multiple times and he never came back. I hate chasing people. You had one job and is to make you client happy, well this client is not happy.I wouldnt recommend the company as the owner ia not taking any responsibility after the work ia done.

Have been waiting for 31 months for arm aluminum to fix the poor work they did on my screen room and still have no results. When I call the owner Reilly is either on vacation or says it will be done in 2 days. That has been going on for 11 months now. I am in the process of selling my home and continually get feedback at how awful my screen room looks and Reilly simply says, Tuesday, next week, its all good if you can find him at work or you are able to get him to do work, its not bad, but very poor customer service. Never completed job, even after involving the BBB.

ARM was great Riley is a joy to work with and all his guy did a amazing job on my screen room. ARM Aluminum Inc even let me pay a week after they finished.

After reading all the negative reviews I have to honestly say that was not the case for me. Riley was awesome I explained what I wanted . He gave me a quote. Which I found very reasonable he submitted all the permits and got them approved. His guys came out very professional in this Florida heat and did an A1 job. Thank you Arm aluminum our family will enjoy our beautiful lenai.

Horrible company. I asked for a security screened in balcony and a security screen door for front door, July 2019. The balcony is great. The screen door doesnt close, not square, and has a pool screen door latch that doesnt work. They installed a barrel bolt, upside down, and drilled 3 holes for the bolt to go into. None of the holes line up for the bolt. I have been promised over and over and over again that this would be remied. NOT!!! Even the auto door closer is not lined up correctly so we cant even use that. Just a mess.

Riley and team is absolutely amazing!!! They are honest, highly qualified, sincere and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. They are extremely reasonable and do an impeccable job...There is no one else I will use again in the future or recommend! I am writing this review from the absolute positive experience that I have had with them. They have been doing this for over 30 years and boy does it show... they recommended the panoramic view and at first I was skeptical and I put my trust in Riley and wow my Husband and I are beyond happy with our experience!! The screen is spectacular. Thank you ARM!!

We contacted Austin from ARM Aluminum to get our screened patio done. We finalized the design and we even showed him a sample patio from our neighbors unit. He confirmed the design and assured us that it would look exactly the same. However, the final outcome was shoddy. The drain pipe was haphazardly attached to the roofing. Austin assured us that he would take care of it but it has been 3 weeks now and he hasnt responded to our calls/text. We regret contracting with ARM Aluminum. Don’t believe what they say, absolute waste of money. They are much better contractors out there.

How amazing, we lost a screen panel from our lanai Sunday - Thanks to IRMA. Today, Wednesday - a rep from the Riley company came out - fixed - perfect - great job. During these trying times - coming this fast - was a wonderful surprise. I will use their service from now on. Was a lot less money than some others who just came to quote and did not give a specific day when they would show. It is true - The early bird gets the worm.....Happy -

Absolutely horrible customer service. Calls not returned. Emails not returned. Not sure how they are still in business. Got quoted on a job and they never bothered to get back to me to schedule install. Don’t waste your time.

Cheapest out of three quotes, but not worth it. Horrible communication, took 6+ months to complete, finished the lanai before the concrete people came out to cut the concrete (which they werent even going to do), dust on everything and they did not clean up anything, aluminum shards everywhere, failed county inspection 3 times, tried to get us to pay in full before inspection, sprinkler guy that came out afterwards said sprinklers not dealt with correctly, etc., etc. Basically not worth it... Id pay 1,000 AT LEAST to go with someone else.

Very poor customer service! We had an appointment and they did not show up or call to let us know they were not coming. I called the office the next day and spoke to sales person Austin who was very rude. I asked him what happened and he said that I should have them called to inform him his workers didn’t show up. That obviously I have never worked with contractors. That he didn’t know what was the problem if they were there now. I explained I was not able to be there and he said no one need to be there for them to work on my house. When I asked him for the owners information he gave me someone else’s number. This company must have so much business they don’t care how they treat the customers. I am filling a formal complaint with the Better business bureau.

We contracted ARM Aluminum to replace our lanai. The work done was superb and completed in 2 days. Austin was easy to communicate with, and the process was simple to set up.

Worst contractor ever. Terrible communication, lack of follow-through, and full of LIES. Started the job without notifying me and destroyed my neighbor’s yard by working on the wrong place, even though I clearly explained to tell me before work started. Never got the building permit approved and then repeatedly lied about it for over 8 months. I had to take care of it myself, which they were paid to do. I could keep going. In summary, I hope they go out of business. Riley is a simple minded, uneducated piece of garbage. Trust me, there are better options out there with a more professional owner.

To the owner, based on the reviews on Google and Yelp, I decided not to even call you guys. something seems very wrong with your customer service.I had to rate you to leave the post, I figured a 3 was neither positive or negative.

Riley had the best price around! His communication is not always timely, I guess he is very busy. They did do a quality job and went above and beyond to make our screen room exactly what we wanted! Thanks !!

They installed a screen enclosure over our new pool. Riley was professional during the whole process. He provided a quote based on a blueprint for our new pool. Once I signed the contract he immediately pulled the permit. We were then waiting on the pool to be built. After a few months I contacted Riley to let him know we were ready to schedule the screen enclosure. He set the dates two weeks out. (Which was not too bad since we had just gone through Hurricane Irma.) The crew showed up as promised and did a quality job. Riley called in the inspection and everything passed. I was very pleased with the service & workmanship I recieved. I would highly recommend them.

Very bad customer service. Never answered properly and always passing the calls to different people. Had the lanai work done in backyard but the concrete washed off in rain. Left the project half way and got most of the money paid still waiting for it. The sales person (austin) we try to talk was rude and hang up the phone in midddle of conversation. Not happy and still waiting for them to schedule for skim coat done inside and outside of lanai. Very poor job.

Initial contact and installation was good. However, one of the crew members was rude to my spouse. On a positive note another crew member corrected him and took care of the situation.They failed to caulk all the way around and some of the mounting screws are not secure and hanging out.What is really bad is they have yet to come out to fix the mounting screws even after communicating with them at the end of July (2 1/2 weeks ago). When he stated he would repair, yet he has yet to show up or to communicate with me.Would not recommend them.

Im updating my rating to reflect that after this review I was contacted by ARM and they came and fixed the issues no charge.Was not impressed. Poor communication, hard to get a hold of, and messy. Left lots of metal shavings, clippings and screws in the area. The work also isnt pretty. Gobs of caulk and a big gap between the addition they installed and the existing cage, which kinda defeats the purpose of the cage. I had just installed a fancy new snubber on the existing door (which they reused) and thats gone now, they replaced it with a regular one. Maybe they had a reason but they didnt tell me, and I tried contacting them to express my dissatisfaction before writing this review, but my calls and voicemails are still unanswered.

Riley is horrible and dumber than a box of rocks. You can tell him something half a dozen times, but he will do it his way and completely ignore what you said. There are much better contractors in the Tampa area that will actually listen.

I hired these guys to install a couple of screen rooms onto my home. They started early and finished everything in one day. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

ARM Aluminum installed a screen room for us in January 2016. It has leaked since the beginning. To date we are still trying to get it fixed. Riley has been extremely dismissive of our concerns. He promised it would be fixed by November 1st of 2017 and we are still waiting. Riley has complained that the required fix is expensive.

Terrible experience with this company. I didnt pay a dime upfront or I probably would have been ripped off. The screen they installed was horrible. It had a powdery look and depending on how the sun was hitting whether we could look out or not without seeing a haze. We went to where they get there supplies for installation and was given a sample of what he claimed he used. It is not the same product. We gave them every opportunity to make it right and they failed on every level. Buyer Beware!

Quoted the best price on some work I needed done on my pool enclosure. Was worried the quality would suffer but everything went fine and I’m glad I chose this company.

Installed a new screened in patio outside in my backyard this summer and they did a great job. Friendly guys and didnt take long to finish.

Mom always said, if you have nothing nice to say...…Well, I cant do that! Shoddy workmanship, Lack of communication, Dope smoking while on the job and arrogant attitude. Stay away!!!
