I bought some materials for a roofing job. We made it clear that we would not do business with them if there was any kind of restocking fee for returned products, and they specifically said there would not be a restocking fee if anything was not used and needed to be returned. I returned several products that were unused and they said they did not charge me a restocking fee, but they charged me a 15% administrative fee instead.

Been getting products from them for over 25 years Jeff is always willing to help and always goes the extra Mile. Thank you Jeff.

Went there yesterday April 30th, 2020 around 9 am. The Man there kept saying NO we dont carry that before he even knew what I need. He didnt seem to be happy to serve customer at all.

Once Mike lemire left that place went down hill. his beautiful smile and charming personality. Makes anyone want to come....to allied! and his hair...Im in heaven

I purchased a storm door from this store ( not sure if it was under a different name) but the handle on inside of door broke . I googled number and call they are still in business and had the part so I has my son get 2, because he searched 2large competitive store but to no avail...thanks Allied for your service!

Nothing...Allied was 5 minutes up the road from a roofing job in Allen Park. I called, spoke with Leonard. He quotes me X number of dollars for 18 square and rooftop delivery. Perfect, price is good next day delivery is good but wait, Leonard says we dont take credit cards over the phone. For f_ _ k sakes are you kidding me I ask? Im an hour and a half away and I cant get to allied by days end, nope he says. I didnt know allied was a fortune 500 operation where they could turn down $1500 orders and not blink an eye. I took my business elsewhere and will never be back. Thx for the inconvenience boys!!
