I have been severely burned in the past when I have gone to in pre-owned and new car dealerships. I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL and different Hill Country is. We were searching for a truck for my husband and they went above and beyond to not only help us find one, stayed late to get our deal done, AND repeatedly made sure everything is in top notch working order. These guys are phenomenal. Michael and Josh were friendly and so helpful from the very start. Definitely go see them! I know we’ll be back next time we want another car!

Never by a car from hill country.

Run!!!! They have lied many times left me stranded car caught on fire after i bought it. They said thats my problem!!!! Then they want to fix it and charge me!!! I just bought the car and it caught on fire. Please learn from me do not buy from these people. They do not have your beat interest.

Great dealership. As a family we have purchased a fourth vehicle from them. Service is always great. We will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from this dealership. Josh is always helpful and stays late to help us get in a vehicle when I know he doesnt have to. Thanks to all of you for all of your help.

I wish I could give this car dealership 0 stars. Car I bought is falling apart and they will noy do anything about it. They are not honest at all. Please run the other way. I would hate to see good people get taken advantage of in this pandemic.

You will not find a more honest and straight dealing pre-owned dealership. The folks here are friendly, extremely helpful and will do everything possible to get you into the vehicle you want. I strongly recommend going to see them if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.

Sold me a car with a bad motor, I gave them back the car after a couple of months! I returned the car immediately. Then after I returned it they ran toll bills up cause they never changed the title back into their name now years later they have hit my credit AGAIN! Save yourself from these crooks!!!

Michael and his team at Hill Country Autoplex are top notch. We traveled 12 hours, so it was very important to have as much information as possible before traveling so far. Michael spent time on the phone describing the Sequoia in great detail. When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described. He was trustworthy, professional, and went above and beyond to make our car buying experience easy.

My husband totaled his car a few months ago, and we have been in the market for a new, used car since then. We looked on Craigslist several times, and nothing seemed to suit what he was looking for. I looked Hill Country Autoplex online yesterday morning and viewed their inventory. We found a car that fit all of our parameters. When we got to the lot, we were greeted by Micheal, and we told him the car we were interested in. It drove wonderfully. Once we got back, we told him how much we could pay, and he met our price. I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE TEC WORKS THERE IS VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE CAR HE EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON AND THEN HE TELLS YOU TO BRING THE CAR THERE SO HE CAN TAKE A LOOK AND THEN HE FIXED. This is not my first car through this dealership but most definitely the last. I have never had so many problems trying to get my a.c. working . Ive been here 6 times and its still blowing hot air. My son cant even ride because its so hot and he suffers from bad nose bleeds in this heat. I have dropped my car off with them 5 weekends in a row, I have rearranged all kinds of things to get this a.c. fixed and I cant even get a call back from the owner about anything. I dont understand. He clearly doesnt care about the customers or whats going on. Im told to wait another week for some machine that I cant get the name of to fix my a.c. This all has me so frustrated. I cant believe Im going through this at hill country. Guess its time to start looking for another car somewhere else.. I cant do this anymore ...

I found a van on CarGurus that Hill Country Auto happened to be selling. As I know most folks are, I am very skeptical about used car dealerships. I had an excellent experience with Hill Country Autoplex. Spoke with Michael on the phone once, who was very professional and polite. After that, I linked up with Angie and she towed the same line. Incredibly friendly and personable. The van was in great shape mechanically and body was straight. It may have come that way when they purchased it, but I believe its also a testament to their onsite mechanic/s doing solid work. Overall, fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another used vehicle through Hill Country Autoplex. Great team here, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. They sold a lemon to my husbands grandmother and when i stalled going 60mph on the highway they refused to offer a tow truck or a loaner vehicle to get her home safely. Mind you it has only been drove in taylor until today. She has had the car less than 60 days! It drained all water and coolant and is atill stranded in austin this is the most pathetic company you could ever buy from. Sad they dont even care if she has a pacemaker and high blood pressure no help offered what so ever! I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!
