My appointment was at 11:00 and I did not leave until 12.45 almost two hours which was really to long just for an oil change. And they didnt wash my vehicle like they previously have. Someone should have at least told me they were running behind. But everyone was polite and friendly.

Raffi is the best sales person we’ve dealt with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible, specially with car shortages. He knew what we wanted in our Yukon and delivered 100%. Riley was the one who went over the technology part of the vehicle and she was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and will refer people all the time. We drove an hour to this dealership and will do it again.

I drove my sister to Taylor, Mi to LOOK for a car. We agreed were just looking, we dont have to buy. Dont let them pressure you or sell you on something you dont really, really want.We met with Jim, who had picked out a low mileage used car, beautifully clean, show room new looking and in her price range. He made a copy of her drivers license and gave her the keys. He said drive it as much as you want.The minute my sister drove out of the lot, we were BOTH in LOVE 💕 with the car. It was our dream car. I said, if you dont buy it, I will.When we came back, we told Jim, we wanted the car. It took about 45 minutes for the entire transaction to be completed. My sister had financing approved for 4.98% from her bank, Jim said he could do better for her and he did. The financial department is there in the show room and made that process was easy-easy.She drove the car home and we love, love, love the car.Thank you Jim Sjoblom.

First time at a Buick dealership in many years. Had been getting Chevys for a while. I always would cringe a little each time I needed to go for a new lease, so needless to say, I was again on guard. But I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I did not have to be sure to ask all the right questions, as Nate actually volunteered information. He seemed to have no hidden agenda and seemed to treat me as he would want to be treated. And the day I drove away with my new Encore GX, Dan, the financial guy, was also pleasant. No excess pressure for additional coverage, I actually felt some respect. My previous experiences had been very tense where there was not a lot of trust flowing. But this was just the opposite. So, my first impression of Moran Buick GMC has been that of trust, fairness, clear understanding, and very informative. I am hoping this will be the beginning of a good long term relationship.

My family has now purchased or leased about 15 cars from Dominick W. I dread the day he retires as he is simply the best salesperson I have met. At this point I consider him my friend also. Today I purchased my Encore lease after the 2 year contract ended. As usual, a great experience. Kelly Oneil was also wonderful as my finance point person,, as she was all my other times there. Just a great overall experience. I should add that my family has a connection to GM with my great great Uncle being the first Treasurer of GM and my grandfather a Dealer in Wayne who sold to Red Holman years ago.

The financial part was so easy to complete it was by far more advanced to make things simple. Reilly Kujik made understanding the new vehicle options and how to use them very easy she was awesome very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Jared Owen and the Moran team completely knocked it out of the park for a second time!We leased our “family vehicle” with Moran a month earlier. I was planning to replace my “commuter vehicle” with a specific smaller model that was not GMC/Buick. When I was in contact with another dealership about it, there was a concerning lack of transparency that turned me off of my search. I had a great experience with Jared last time, so I checked in just to see what was out there. He did not disappoint.Jared was super detail-oriented, and was most concerned with finding out what I was looking for (I prioritized safety and fuel economy), getting the best fit within my budget, and giving us several options for how to structure the lease. We ultimately got into an Encore GX, packed to the gills with safety features and with better fuel economy than my original target car. I love this car, and it suited what I was looking for and then some.Kelly and Dan took the time to make sure that I was very clear on the lease terms and answered any questions I had. I was feeling very skittish after the issue with the other dealership, and these two were so patient and went above-and-beyond to be as clear as can be.All in all, if you’re working with Moran, you’re working with people who care about what YOU want. We’ve never felt like we were being sold or pressured; we have been given a wealth of options, and an honest breakdown of all of the information needed to decide what was right for us. Took my truck in due to shifting in my seat when I turn corners. When I received my truck back, it had scratches where they took the seat out. Im sure the technician that did the work knew he did it. It had scratches in two different places. I talked to my service guy & explan what happened. He says he will talk to his boss & get back with me later. I waited almost until the end of the day with no response. I went back up to the dealership to get answers. He then told me they would replace the scratched up part on my truck. I like my service guy, but it seems that every time I take my truck in theres an issue. After this gets fixed Im not sure if Ill return.

I brought my car in for tire (bought extra tire insurance when purchased vehicle from you). I had 2 tire with slow leak. The first thing the service guy said was the I can go to Belle Tire and they would plug them for free. I explained that I had purchase tire insurance and was told i had to make an appointment which was 3-4 days out. I made the appointment and it was determine that I need two new tires which should be covered by insurance. He said they had to be ordered and they could possibly be in the next day by 12pm. Which I didnt think would happen. This all occurred on Thursday. exactly one week later I contacted the service department (they never reached out to me) and was told that my tires were in, but there was an issue payment that had nothing to do with me, and that once it was resolved we could proceed. Finally the following Tuesday I was contacted to bring my car in at 1:30 to have the tires put on.First of all the communication was horrible. Secondly if the issue of payment had nothing to do with me, in my view I should have been able to receive my tires in the interim . In the mean time I was terribly inconvenienced have to fill my tires up with air sometimes twice a day.I understand how thing can become so routine as a worker, but when you have to deal with the public customer service is a big deal. I did not feel important at all. Had I receive better customer service on a personal level, I would not have paid as much attention to the inconvenience of time. The only time I received a phone call was 12 days after the initial expectation the the next day. The only reason I did not give a 0 is because I now one of the sales persons and he does a good job.

Mike Bazzi is the best. I’ve been with GM for 5 years and he is the only consultant I will go to. His professionalism and kindness doesn’t go blindly. Went to dealer at 9AM when they open and boom I was out by 11AM with the new car. He makes getting new cars easy and convenient. All the staff at the dealership were welcoming. It is clean, they have a large variety of inventory and always most importantly the best deals. Won’t be the last car I get from Moran Taylor if anything it’s one of many cars. I constantly refer people to Moran because the customer service is just absolutely astonishing. Highly recommended 10/10.

No one but this dealership has ever touched my vehicle. Every oil change, every bit of maintenance, even new tires were done at (Zubor), now Moran. Came in for an oil change on Wednesday June 30th. They tell me my oil drain plug was stripped. He sets the plug on the counter to show me. The first thing I notice is, it looked bent. Someone has obviously put it in crooked and over torqued it. I tell Chris Hamilton they did this. He says “no”, the parts wore out. Well, if they did, you did it. 14 oil changes on an expensive car and they wore out. Don’t think so. I am not done with this matter, your dealership did this. You know, I know it, anyone that works on cars know it. Do the right thing.. $2779.83 is a very expensive oil change. You’ll never touch my car again, nor will I ever purchase a car from this dealership again.

I normally don’t do a negative review on a business but there’s always a first time, I was shopping for a used vehicle about a month ago and I came across a used Buick SUV online that was listed for sale at this location so I went there to look at it, when I got there I was approached by a older man asking me if he could help me so I told him I wanted to look at the vehicle that I saw online, he then proceeded to take me out back to see the vehicle and told me the car wasn’t prepped or cleaned and I couldn’t take it for a test drive unless I gave a deposit so it could be inspected and cleaned right away.I thought that was so unprofessional of the salesman to ask me to put a deposit on a vehicle that was already listed for sale and told him that I wasn’t gonna put a deposit on the vehicle that should already be ready for customers to look at and test drive. I started getting aggravated and lost my cool and told him that asking me for a deposit to do their job is just wrong and he proceeded to tell me that other customers have already done such and I wasn’t any different, I asked for the manager and he told me that the vehicle shouldn’t have been listed for sale because it just came in and he was sorry but they still insisted that if I wanted to take it for a test drive I needed to leave a deposit.I also have a 2010 Cadillac SRX that I wanted to trade in and asked if they could give me a price on what they would give me, they offer me $2,000 in which that was a insult because of the high demand on used cars at the time. Moral of the story is I am usually a real easy guy to get along with but this guy really got under my skin so bad that I will never go back there. Rule #1 in sales is customer is always #1 and you have to make their experience as good as you can so this doesn’t happen. 🤬

I waited almost 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.When I arrived at the dealership there was already 5 people waiting I made 6.There was no attempt to to disinfect or at least wipe down areas after people left.I have been to a Chevrolet dealer for the same service and had it done in less time and they at least tried to set up their waiting room for social distancing and keep it wiped down.

I dealt with Jared after speaking with an internet person from Moran. My daughter has been looking to lease a car and so we filled out something on car direct so we could see what she could qualify for and what make would give her the best deal and what specials they had going. Well, every single dealer that called me wanted me/us to come in and wouldnt really do anything over the phone... except Moran and the internet advisor I spoke to from Moran (sorry I cant remember his name) but this gentleman was very helpful over the phone asking me questions and answering my questions. I told him what type of credit she had and my self if a cosignor was needed. I told him what type of payment we needed and he took it all in and was very helpful. He then transferred everything to Jared who was the actual person we ended up dealing with. At first, he said we couldnt do what we were looking for but he said let me dig deeper and see what I can do. The next day he congratulated us on a new car... he was able to work it out with our terms pretty much. The following Monday we went in to sign the paperwork which was all ready for us and the car was ready to drive off the lot... it was the best experience and least amount of time that I had with a dealer in my lifetime... why cant they all be willing to do more over the phone/online, it would sure save alot of wasted time at the dealer. I may go back there when my lease is up.

I called the Moran dealership service department early in the morning, and was advised that they could fix my Chevy Tahoe in half the time of the dealership across the street. Naturally I arrived minutes later at the service department. The entire service experience was excellent. John Kujik from Sales was recommended to discuss my immediate vehicle needs. As it was still early in the morning and the sales staff was not in, I took time to walk the parking lot looking at new vehicles. I settled on the GMC Terrain as my best option. John arrived before his starting time and immediately greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. My request was for a new vehicle within hours, and John made it happen. All paperwork, prep work, and delivery of the vehicle to my home within 3 hours. Excellence during and after the sale. Plate and registration next day. The Service department promises my all weather floor mats, and cargo liner in two days.Again, the Moran dealership has provided the best customer service experience possible.I thank everyone involved at the Moran dealership for getting me back on the road --- continuing my work as a manufacturing plant manager in Detroit.Sincerely,Ed Rader

It’s interesting how this dealership has so many 5 star reviews but if you look ar the profiles of the people giving these 5 star reviews.. they are not even real people... They only each gave one review and it just so happens to be for Moran? The people giving the real (bad) reviews are actually real people. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. Are they just making fake accounts to make fake reviews so their corruption is not exposed. This dealership is corrupt to the core. If you want to get ripped off go for it. Well, unless you’re white. They seem to like white people.
