This is my second car purchase from Nyle Maxwell and I have only good things to say!The whole experience was a breeze from start to finish and I have Jose to thank! I actually had stopped by the dealership weeks earlier looking for a Jeep Wrangler. To anyone thinking about getting a Jeep (or any other vehicle,) I have been a customer of Nyle Maxwell Taylor since 2011, when I purchased my first Jeep Wrangler from them, and they have exceeded expectations ever since. Last week, Marcus at Maxwell Taylor called me with a reminder that my 2-year service warranty (on my second jeep) was ending in a few weeks, in case I had any issues to fix before it expired. I took it in a few days later and Marcus met me at my jeep as I pulled up. The service guys ran it through their diagnostics, changed the oil, downloaded an update (that I had missed or ignored,) and replaced my back windshield wiper, while office staff answered my many questions. Everything but the wiper was still under warranty, saving me big $$$ with one phone call. I will never go anywhere else.

Preston Rhoades at Nyle Maxwell in Taylor, Texas took excellent care of us through out our car purchasing experience. He stayed in constant communication with me while our vehicle was being built. This was by far the easiest trade-in experience I’ve ever had. Their dealership was the only one in the Country that would work out a deal on my special vehicle order - so I happily drove from Tennessee to Texas to make the deal. Once I got there, their professionals had all the paper work ready, we swapped keys and I was out the door in a new ride in less than an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat!

I was very pleased with how helpful and went over everything and answered all my questions that I had. This was possibly one of the best auto dealer service departments that Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The repairs were completed quickly and I was kept informed of the progress. The service advisor Preston Brenner went above and beyond by assisting in filing a claim with my insurance company for the repair. The service manager was also great. He personally checked on progress throughout the repair.

I had a great experience at this service. My agent was Preston. Preston was very professional and was very informative and kept me apprised of everything going on with my vehicle. I took my vehicle to another place twice for the same issue but Nyle Maxwell Taylor got it done.

Preston was very friendly and courteous. He tries to resolve a previous problem I had with my vehicle . I bought the Jeep new in June of 2019. The first oil change in March was free. I also had two other issues at that time. The start stop option did not work any longer. Also the front windows have a lot if wind noise. I was told then they were ordering seals for the windows. The start stop button was not fixed. I have not heard anything about the seals for the windows. Yesterday the oil change and tire rotation was $96.00. I think this is ver high and unfair.Both if the previous issues have not been resolved.

Yesterday afternoon I had my 2020 Ram 2500 6.7 litre Deisel pickup towed to dealership due to deisel fluid leaking from engine area.This morning, the shop checked out to find cause was a loose fuel filter housing cap. Not sure how it came loose but service department was understanding to the fact that filter was changed over 12k miles ago so not sure how it came loose suddenly since I noticed leak had just started. They corrected problem at no charge.I appreciate their quick response to the matter since no loaner cars were available and rentals are scare and expensive.They also took care of scheduled oil change while it was there which freed up my Saturday.Also, did front end alignment and rotated tires during same one day service.Finally they provided me a courtesy shuttle which picked me up from my residence and took me to the dealership to get my truck!Great service experience!

Visited this dealership yesterday to get my state inspection done and change my oil. The employees were very professional and got the job done. It took a lot longer than I expected, however, I found out that while working on my vehicle, they noticed that there was a recall for something in my car. I had no clue about this, but they fixed the problem and documented the update, which was good. Hopefully, thats one less thing I have to worry about.

Best Service I have ever had. Took My Jeep there because the A/C had a leak. They fixed it under my extended warranty with no hassle. The people were so nice, Especially Brian. When I picked it up I asked if they could do the two recalls I had on my Jeep. He responded with, they already did it. They took the initiative to make sure not only that the A/C was fixed, but that the Jeep was safe. They may be a small dealer/service department, but by far the best I have ever dealt with.

Update to a previous 2-star review! I was contacted by Jose (the same salesman I had worked with previously), wanting to start all over from the beginning. Jose was extremely understanding of my situation and we were able to work a fair deal between me and the dealership with no issues! Since I live 200 miles away, the dealership was being flexible to when I could pick up to truck and even offered to deliver it. I elected to pick up the truck, it was 100% ready to roll when I got there, full of diesel/DEF and had been detailed. The finance guys were able to beat my pre-approved loan and worked through the headache of getting the truck titled/registered in my home state of Florida (Im active duty military). All in all, I couldnt be happier with the dealership and the truck!

I bought my two previous suvs here but I will not return there again. I just had very bad experiences with both service department and the sales department. The service department said they could fix my window for under $200 but when I went to pick it up today it was going to be $360. My husband found the part and put it in for under $100. The sales department said that they had two Jeep Cherokees I could look at but when I got there they had neither of the two I found on the website for Taylor. They promise things but they dont live up to their word...very poor customer service.

Salesman was super nice but it’s a typical dealership in 2021. They listed a 2021 mode as new but it was a loaner demo with nearly 8000 miles on it and they were firm on the MSRP. Drove an hour to check it out. Then they offered my 3k less on my trade than Carmax or Vroom. I filed this experience under “upsetting but not surprising”.

First time at this dealership, and was completely blown away with how everything was handle! From the very first interaction till the last! Jose was very informative and Helpful and went above and beyond trying to get me into a vehicle I loved! Definitely 10/10 recommend this place! You will not be disappointed! :)

Nyle Maxwell was the first dealership I went to when looking for a new vehicle. I worked with Toa, who was very sweet and very aware of what I wanted. With it being my first solo purchase, I was hesitant to jump right it. I wanted to browse around and I was not pressured into my purchase like most would be. They gave me time to be sure about my choice and she did an excellent job getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were determined to get me on the road and that they did without making me feel like I was not able to due to little to no credit history. I really appreciate them giving me the opportunity to work with them.

Dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic at 10AM. I was told it would only take a few hours. Around 3:30PM I still had not heard back. I called and after waiting on hold for 20min, was told it would be another 30-45min and they would call me back when done. I saw the dealership closed at 7, so I called back before then only to find out the service department had closed at 5:30PM. I was not planning on leaving my vehicle overnight (they did not offer a rental). I called at open the next day and was told it would be noon before I could pick up my vehicle. I gave two stars because they did repair a recall issue, but there was no communication about that whatsoever, I only saw it on my receipt. It was really the lack of communication and setting of expectations that led to this review.

If you like salesmen and financial people that lie to you, go to this dealership. They knew after the 1st credit app ding I wouldnt qualify for the truck I was attempting to get. They ran it 4 more times after i told them to stop. They told me that it only leaves 1 hard inquiry no matter how many banks they run it through. I told them they were wrong and they continued to try to tell me lies. I sent them a picture of my credit proving they were way wrong and havent heard anything back. Go anywhere else!I bet youd love to try and help. Help your employees first. Horrible customer service. Had a guy tell me yall did the same thing to him. Been sending my county people to other dealerships to buy and will continue. Will also file with BBB.

We were able to get a great deal and the process was pretty simple compared to other dealerships Ive dealt with. Preston was our salesman and Id go to him again if I was looking for another car. Surprisingly the service center was great as well which isnt normal with a dodge dealership.

Had an awful rattle with Sun Roof drain valve. Preston identified it immediately and had the vehicle fixed and back to me the same day.
