I frequent this location more than others. Damien is what management should be. His knowledge and customer skills are what should be the absolute standard that others are to mimic. Top shelf. Catherine is a great help also. There are too many locations where GS employees lack product knowledge,have bad customer service, poor people skills etc. It shouldnt be that way at all and at this Store it never is. Thats why I always recommend this location.

I was in there at 12:00 pm today. The lady working there was very nice and had lots of helpful info about Nintendo Lite games. She even asked me what my last system was (I am ancient) and what my favorite games were (also ancient). She said how you can download them on (current device we have) and how she loves...and said a few names of games I also enjoyed in my youth. She excitedly shared her experiences with some old games I also loved. She made me feel ok with being an “old gamer”. She also helped me find a store that had the game I was seeking for my kids, I did buy from her also. Thanks, Game Stop! You hire real heroes!

I am so pleased with this store. I called two days before talked with Joshua and he was so helpful pulled the game and I told him I would be in Saturday. I told him I have rewards to redeem but didnt know if I would do it right. He told to pull up the site before I came and he would walk me through it. Today I went in Kristin was working... she pulled my account up as well as I had on my phone. She redeem my awards and checked for anything else. I saved a good bit. Perfect. Before I left she let me know buy 2 get one free til end of December.These two employees are the best. The store is always near and very well stocked. Thank you guys.

I went to sell a game(which I rarely do) and looked up how much I would receive from the GameStop app. The app said $33 for my game and I only got $22 and wasnt told the amount until he put the cash in my hand. Guess GameStop cant afford to keep up with their own app and likes to wait for you to come in to get cheated on what they offer. Last time I do business with this company.

Wow i went in and had a great meal with my buddy 2 gian burritos with side of rice and beans. Unfortunately our 10 dollar burritos and 2 something sides turned into a $50 dollar check! Not sure about their math but whatever.

Understand its the holidays but there where two people working but one wasnt high enough to work the a cash register. I waited 25 minutes in line. Mainly because they where looking for a game they ended up not having for the customer in front of me. Once I got the counter they also didnt have one of my game selections. I left with nothing because what they didnt have was the main game and the rest dlc and bonus games.

Well I ordered a headset to replace one that had a warranty on it and was promised it by Tuesday and now it’s Friday and nothing still and the worst part is they won’t answer the dang phone been calling for 3 days. Just answer the dang phone!!!!

Very enjoyable experience here this afternoon. I had not been here in a while due to a bad experience some years back, but I was able to find what I was looking for and have some great conversation along the way. Kristen was very helpful and down to earth, and offered honest opinions on several of the games I was interested in. Ill definitely be back. :)

There was only 1 other customer there so not busy. My son took forever to choose a couple games but the pre-owned games had plenty of variety. The solo employee was playful and knew his stuff. Good visit.

Generally love this store but went in today to pick up a used game I reserved in the app and they didnt have it and didnt offer anything for the fact that I drove across town to pick it up. Just tried to sell me a new copy at full price.Disappointed in them this time, but generally a good store.

This location is actually pretty good compared to other locations in the chain. If you get a chance stop by say hi to them and youll actually discover better customer service and knowledge.

This is a really cool store I like the way they do things however depends on the attendance that is working at the time of your visit.

Ive been to a lot of stores in my travels, but this is my favorite hands down. The employee Naseem managed to handle a very sketchy situation today very professionally. Coming from a management background, this is the way I strive to train my employees and managers. I hope to come back soon!

My grandchildren love coming here and they just go through all the games that fit the unit that they play and they bring in some of their old games and trade them in its really a neat shop for new and used items great prices

Always find the newest games here

Check your items before you leave. We bought the Witcher 3 just to get home for it to not be in the box. The box wasn’t sealed and there wasn’t even a case inside it. When we called back to the store the lady seemed like she didn’t believe us but told us to bring it back and they’d exchange it. After we drove all the way back to the store they said they could only give us a disc that they had in a plastic sleeve.

This one all depends on whos working. There are q few neckbeards that make you feel stupid for asking pretty much anything... But if youre lucky enough to stop by when theyre not working its legit.

Better(new) staff means better experiences

This is a shop called the Game Cavern, and in general I would say that I have had a good experience there. They seem to take it upon themselves to really try to get a good balance between retro and new (all the way from atari, to Xbox One). However, they do tend to have many games that are all the same when it comes to the older ones, and they arent exactly the fun ones, but hey, 4 out of 5 otherwise.

Too expensive needs a competition to make prices drop on everything so they dont have all gamers by the ballz

Called the taylors store tonight in reference to my xbox 1. Was told one price on the phone, drove the 15 minutes to the store and was told a completely different price upon arrival and also told i needed to bring hdmi cords or the transaction cant be done. So why was i not informed of this while speaking to to the employees on the phone? The person i spoke to in person wouldnt even honor what i was told on the phone. Complete ignorance and obvious lack of training. Video game carvern will get my business here on out! They honor what they say and know their products and prices. How hard is that? Its not. Total fail on game stop!

This location is my favorite. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff and totally saved my life on Black Friday by fairly assessing my trade in, unlike the one in Greer.

This place is lucky it even gets a rating. There is only like 4 employees that work here that arent rude or hateful for no reason. GameStop must really make their employees hate coming to work. I dont go to this GameStop unless I absolutely have to. I live in Greenville and would rather drive all the way to the Travelers Rest location then go here because most of the employees act like they hate their job and are rude to you as soon as you walk into the door. Most of the time there is no Greeting and when you get to the register they act like robots that have to be there and hate it.
