My experiences were very pleasant at this Cricket. Felix is knowledgeable, respectful, a good listener, and even very friendly. He went above and beyond when attending to my and my wifes needs as new customers. He didnt make much money by helping us, because we had already joined Cricket at a different Cricket store; and that proves that hes not giving customers five-star treatment only to make money. His personality won me over. He will help you if he can, thats his personality, and hes good at showing you what can benefit you. I dont usually take the time to leave a lengthy customer review, but Felix is worth it, and Crickets service is good to.

They sold me a phone without a sim card and when I went back to see why my phone didnt hold much, they charged me for what shouldve been a free sim card because it had been too long since I bought my phone...

Once I arrived into the store, I immediately recieved great customer service. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable with his products

First and foremost, I would like to start by saying that I’ve never had a good customer service experience while at any Cricket store. Now that I got that out of the way.. this has got the be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Cricket location. Neither one of the two representatives were even remotely interested in helping me or my family. Eye rolling at every possible chance and even transferred my number to another persons account all the while saying “it’s not a big deal” and shrugging their shoulders. Unapologetic and uninterested. Both should be fired in my opinion. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Worst customer service ever experience anywhere.
