Very helpful staff. I was unable to activate my devices from home despite being told by sales representatives on the phon that I could. After being unable to resolve my issues in 5 hours of talking with 10 people, Erik at this store activated my devices and resolved my issues. Very positive experience.

It took over an hour just to buy a new phone. The computers kept glitching or making him start over. His phone couldnt register a drivers license, so he had to go hunt down a tablet after the other technician attempted to help. The server proxy went down at some point. Then the printer wouldnt work. There were only 2 technicians working and over 10 people waiting. Some left, I dont blame them. So, after an hour and 20 minutes, we finally got the phones (with no protectors bc there was no inventory) we had to go home and figure out how to insert Sim cards and transfer data. We still dont have any apps or text messages transferred over. The cherrydale location last time installed Sims and all protective covers. Doing anything for this location would be an improvement, but I will obviously never be back. To be clear and fair, the two men working were very patient and kind. However, we will probably switch networks when a new phone is needed again.

My wife and I had just an amazing experience with DJ in regards to the process of getting our upgrades taken care of. I have been coming to this particular store for the last 3yrs since joining AT&T. I have also had dealings with the store manager each time during this time and he is 👌!! Highly recommend this location for your wireless needs.

Yesterday we visited the Greer AT&T Store and J.D. was so very helpful. He managed to help us with a long held concern and got our family upgraded with the best phone and plan for us. Outstanding service very professional and thorough would not visit any other AT&T store. Every time I to this store the service is above par. No matter who assists me, I always leave with my issue fully resolved. I have a full understanding of my phone, service and benefits and know that I am receiving the best plan and all discounts that I am eligible for. This is a family store, veteran store, covid safe store! If this store is out of our way - trust me its worth the drive!

I went in to get a phone added to my family phone, & switch some things around on my plan.The young man, Raad, knew his stuff, and understood me. He was patient, listened to my questions and what I wanted to be able to do, & found the best, most economical way to do it. He is exceptionally polite and professional. As I think about it, here is the Raad formula:- Know your stuff- Understand your customer- Show that you care about both(I am not a bot, and I am not Raad’s Grandmother!😁)

Associate was friendly, helpful and generally proficient at his job.Rating is only three stars because the entire transaction took considerably longer than needed. Several of the processes used should be reviewed and improved/streamlined. For example: data transfer from old to new phone through the app took several iterations and still didn’t capture everything.Other things as well - in short, if I were managing the place I would spend time sitting through the process with several associates and find ways to streamline. It’s basic customer service and eases the load on associates.

Seriously unhelpful. Kid there with a lip ring has a poor attitude. Came in to get help with my phone that was dropped in a pool. Phone is suppose to be water resistant. Screen wont turn on. This kid just did not care. Wasnt helpful at all. I left and when back to work. One coworker spent 5 minutes online, grabbed my phone, did a hard reset, now it works. The kid at the store didnt even try. Never again.

I wish I could give them a 0! A couple of days ago I went to this location to upgrade a phone for my mom in law. They told me that there was a mistake and that I needed to do a payoff on one of the phones in the account. I called from the store to customer care and was going to process the transaction. The manager (apparently new) came out from the back and complained that he was doing other things in the back, and mind you we’ve been waiting for almost an hour at this point. He was really rude, said that the guy that took my payment had “no idea” where the payment prior to that visit had gone. Then he says that the payoff of the old phone was taken care of, and I was willing to do the transaction of the current payoff. Then he said that I owed him 8 monthly payments for the phone I wanted to upgrade, the same phone that was already paid off. I mean, you’re really an incompetent fool to try to pull this, and charge us for things that were already paid off. Also, how can you try to pull this with my mother in law? Crook, that’s what that manager is. I hope he sleeps well at night. I’ll never go to this location again, he should be fired. It’s a shame because the employees are usually really nice and effective. Never go here!

Going with a mixed review here. Our bill is always correct - no surprise chgs. In-store service, however, is lacking. We asked about the kids version watch/phone/tracker. Their answer was for us to go home & contact customer service ourselves as they use to sell them but thought theyd quit. They couldve made that call but chose not to. The next episode was about call ghosting. I was perplexed at my phone getting a call from ME!! I went to the store - they told me what it was & not to worry about it! When I told them I WAS worried about it they told me to Block the number. I tried while standing there but it didnt work like normal call blocking. I asked them to do it. After a couple tries I was given back my phone & told not to worry about it. At home I did figure out how to do it myself. Also, This store is always understaffed so plan to be there a while.

Went in to get a phone, spoke with the guy that claimed to be a preacher. He wanted to talk more about his church than phones. It dont matter if you believe in Christ or not, you should be talking to me about phone not church. It was quite an awkward experience, I would recommend going to the store on Haywood Road, such a better experience!

Very nice workers, always helping people out and making sure that they can work the current promotions to each customers needs. Only issue is during peek hours you may wait a minute, they try to work with multiple customers to get you in and out quickly, but they simply need more people. Maybe a few part times.

I had a horrible experience today. I had got a sim card yesterday from AT &T and for some reason it was not working on my phone so i went back today and told them it was not working and he said it might not be compatible with my phone and possibly because of that. I requested for a refund which was rejected as they dont give refund so i asked them what can be done so he tried to see whether I inserted the sim correctly and pulled out the sim card holder and broke that as well. I luckily had a second phone and tried the sim in that but even then it was not working rather than apologising for my broken holder he just went off saying there is nothing he can help me with and to call customer care. He was extremely rude, broke my sim card golder which made my mobile unusable and did not even apologise. I did not give a 1 star because the customer care lady was really nice and guided me through on what to be done. Also to note when the custome care requested him for AT & T ID he literally blasted here for talking too fast and not listening to him carefully.

Will not return to this store. Manager was very rude. One guy was carring around a football. I asked why. He said it was something to do when they were not busy. I expect store personal to be adults not a bunch of kids. If you need a good AT&T store look elsewhere.

I went to the AT&T store located at 640 Wade Hampton Boulevard, Taylors SC, 29687 an attempted to make a payment on my AT&T wireless Internet account, around 5:00PM today. There were two male staff working at this time and they didnt greet or say a word to me when I entered the store. I sat down and waited for them to at least say we will be with you shortly at least. Even after I waited 12 minutes they never said anything. I got up an exited the store without paying on the account. This isnt the first time this has happened at this same location. My next step is to switch to Charter.

They are usually busy in this store, do just be prepared. The manager, Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just a suggestion but with the long waits, you might to put in a coffee maker for the people. I have never had any problems in this store and do all of my att business there.

Where do I start. My wife, daughter and I switched our phones from Verizon just to have one bill as my internet and tv are with AT&T . Big mistake.... What we were told was total horsecrap . 3 months and still dont have the discount from them (employment) . We dropped insurance on one of the phones and am still being charged for it. Ive been told that my bill would go down to where they said it would be, but has still been over the quote. Thats before taxes . They give you 14 days to return their phones an cancel their service but take 30 days to send a bill that is double what they say its supposed to be. The manager gave us some credits and made changes in his computer to fix our bill. Of course the next month the credits and fixes didnt show up on our bill. I deducted the credits I was due and paid my bill. Well within a week I was receiving text and letters with cancellation threats. 4 months and still overcharged. I think I will take the 3 phones to the store and drop them all together. Going back to Verizon is a sure fix and my only option.
