Leslie did a fantastic job, not only once but twice. Avery was gregarious and personable also..Leslie will shoot you straight and give all the facts with honesty and integrity! I highly recommend either but Leslie, the store manager went above and beyond to help with all our needs. She understands treating customers the was they want to be treated & was very engaging with my bride and I, which made the buying experience painless!

It’s been time for us to upgrade for some time, so we finally did it. Went in Friday evening to see Avery & talk about it. He must’ve gone over about 5 options many times over, back & forth- helping us to figure out what was best suited for us and our usage. It’s been 2 days & we are loving every aspect of our new services & apple products. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time!

Just left the sprint store purchasing a new phone and let me tell you theseGuys really know there stuff. Avery is awesome helped out 100% No question went unanswered between him and his manager Danny we are very well I formed. Great store and the employees are even better

I highly recommend this sprint store! After being on the phone with customer service all day and going to a sprint store in Spartanburg (because it was on my way home from work) where they didnt even try to help me, the 3 guys that were there and closed at the Sprint store in Greer last night stayed 45 minutes past the closing time to help this frustrated and inpatient girl who was just trying to upgrade her phone. When other people told me they couldnt do it these 3 guys made sure it happened. So props to yall. Yall made my night and I HIGHLY recommend going to this sprint for them to reach your needs! They were also very knowledgeable with great personalities. They sure do go above and beyond for their customers!!

Ryen and Avery were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend. They were honest, friendly, and efficient. Their personal touch is unmatched! Best sprint experience ever!!!

Eric the sales rep was not informative. Leslie his manager was no help either. Eric installed a screen protector and it had some bubbles in which he wanted my daughter to go home with brand new iPhone Max.

The employees will and did knowingly lie to my family and I about many things to get us to sign a contact for service at this location. Which despite what the old Verizon guy claims about Sprints service, its terrible and more expensive than Verizon, T-mobile, At&T, Family Mobile, & Cricket. Which all have MUCH better signal and customer service too. Sprint also had a ridiculous amount of hidden fees to top it all off. My advice, look anywhere but Sprint for your next cell carrier.

I would never go to this store! Employees are nice but not knowledgeable of plans or the perks for each plan. Took 3 hours with the Sprint rep and we had our phones backed up. We went because of the 55 plus plan advertised. Went to store 3 time, Had to call corporate twice and was told to call corporate. Corporate said it should have been handled in the store. We were with Verizon for 20 plus years. Think twice before going to Sprint.

This store is unprofessional. Only one person in the store at 11:36 am on a Monday morning. This is unacceptable for a company with this much magnitude. My mother tried to pay her bill and they wouldnt except her payment because it was a portion of the amount. Im contacting your corporate office.

If this store is representative of the typical Sprint outlet, they’re in serious trouble. Even before seeing this place, we had transferred our business to another carrier because of mediocre cell coverage. This, after over 15 years with Sprint. I’m glad we separated ourselves from this outfit.

Had a terrible experience with this stores customer service. The employees we dealt with were very unknowledgeable about how the trade in program works and gave us completely wrong information and gave us the constant run around. Switched from Verizon to Sprint because of the plan price difference but regret switching after having to deal with employees that had no clue as to what they were doing or how their programs even work.

They could not or will not help me get and new phone going to AT&T see if can Help
