I had a great experience today with Jen at the Greer T-Mobile store. She is very knowledgeable and helped me transfer lines over from Sprint and helped me pick out a new phone that is right phone for me. The entire visit was seamless! Great customer service! Highly recommend ☺️
This guy did not want to be bothered.He actually said, Idk what I did. I just tried a few things.Seeking help for no internet connection, in only seconds, this guy says I need to buy a new phone. (Just purchased it 12 weeks ago). Before he finishes sentence, hes like, oh its ok.Stupefied, I ask what was wrong... he says I dont know.Wow. Just wow.
Dont know why they even have this store. Stock is minimal at best and customer service is far below other locations. Even though its less than 1 mile from my house, I will travel to other locations for future assistance

Was looking to switch from AT&T and to upgrade our phones. To be eligible for an iPhone promo I was told I should fix the cracked screen. I was unaware that an old screen repair shop won’t cut it and that you really need it to be done by Apple to protect the water strip. This is key as trading in a device you can’t have any water damage. Needless to say after spending money to fix a cracked screen only to find out the water strip was removed we weren’t happy. Jeff the store manager followed up with me with a plan to solve the issue. This is refreshing coming from AT&T and happy to be making the switch!

Great Service!!!! They fixed my phone when location in mall (were I got my phone) would not! Very friendly service! Made my wife and I want to stay with T-MOBILE as customer! Tiffany was amazing, She done great job and was very nice. I highly recommend this location!!(STAY AWAY FROM THE MALL LOCATION)

I went to the Wade Hampton store today to ask how to prevent roaming charges because my husband and I will be cruising in two months. The store employee was very helpful and gave us a quick and easy solution to the problem. I had delt with Verizon before and it was a long process. She certainly had a quick shortcut to the problem. Will be returning to this store for my next phone.
We were able to walk in an immediately get help. The agent verified my ID, which I greatly appreciate, and I received two notification on my phone as changes were made to our account.
Workers are extremely nice and personal. You can find awesome deals here sometimes. I got an Otterbox for my LG G5 for just $10.50 after taxes, regularly $49.99. Plus its T-Mobile, so every Tuesday you get #Thanked with the T-Mobile Tuesday app, should you so desire to download the app to your phone.
I really like this store..however, I did really enjoy doing business with Ortiz, after my purchase, I called and left several messages and no return call. He also misplaced my SD card and never returned my calls about that issue either. That SD card had memories and important docs I cannot replace. Unfortunately, some of the last pics and docs I had on the SD card never backed up/synched to my Google account. I was under the impression he left it in my old phone..but no such luck. Not to mention they also try to discourage you from returning your phones. Phones today are too expensive to get stuck with a phone that does not w ok to for you.Its a shame because I happened to like this store and the staff. But now they have some new employees.

I walked in there, two employees working never greeted me when I walked in and never acknowledge I was there. One employee was standing there talking in a different language to someone that walked in after me just talking not trying to buy anything while I stood there to be waited on. Such bad customer service!

No customer service at all. got a tablet for fathers day was missing stylus, went to store was told they dont sell them. called warranty number was transferred to customer service Mary advised me to go to VERIZON! I have 2 accounts atVerizon they tried 5 different stylus but they didnt fit in the storage compartment they offered me one for free. I told mary at t mobile this she told me to go to Verizon to get a stylus! So if you want customer service go to Verizon wireless. I cant even get anyone on the phone at t mobile. It aint right for Verizon to give me a free stylus when my grandchildren bought my tablet at t mobile. I wish I could talk to a manager at the taylors store about there customer service, my wife went by there and it was a pratfall. T MOBILE make it right by calling 444 8706 and I will repost. thats a Verizon number so it will always go through and not get dropped. SIGNED VERIZON CUSTOMER WHO HAS HAD ACCOUNT SINCE THEY WERE BELL ATLANTIC INSTALLING CAR PHONES

The people in there are nice enough, but there is no WiFi. Seriously, no WiFi. We tried to activate my wifes iPhone there and when it was trying to connect to the I-whatever we were told to go over to the Panera a few doors down to use their WiFi so that we could download quicker. Thats the other thing, their data signal in their own store sucks, so let that be an indicator of the signal you will be getting on this network.
