I had my car towed to the Arizona Collision Center just after my car had been backed up on, completely shredding the left headlight out, causing damage to the hood, front bumper, door and much more. Luckily, I was not at fault for the accident so everything was processed through insurance. The team at AZ Collision Center really put me at ease. They were very knowledgeable about the insurance process and what insurances rights were with respect to choosing replacement parts and they stayed true to their word when they said that they only put on the best parts. Essentially, they thoroughly examined all parts sent to them to ensure they were virtually identical to a new part. Carry was my main point of contact, he was very personable and educated. I just got my car back today and she looks as good as new. Very satisfied with the results and the customer service. If it were any other shop I would feel very skeptical about trusting them to put the customers best interest first. Most shops just slap on the parts sent over by insurance regardless of whether they are of lesser quality than the original parts or not. All that being said I highly recommend Arizona Collision Center. The people that work there are every day people (who are great at their jobs) and who know how stress inducing it is to get in a car accident and deal with all that comes with it.

This place is by far the best shop I have ever had the experience of using. Especially if you own a Tesla and looking for a quality shop, forget all the supposed Tesla Certified Shops. Travis the GM, is a Certified Tesla Technician working for Tesla previously and than for New Image Body and Paint (Certified Tesla Shop), when they had the reputation as the best in the business. Clearly this was due too Travis since his departure New Image gets nowhere near the reviews it once did while he was employed there. Not only that but almost every employee at Arizona Collision Center is also a Certified Tesla Technician. I have now found a shop for all my needs regardless if it’s my Tesla or another car. They are even able to install body kits etc..I thought I knew as much, if not more than anyone else when it came to working on Tesla’s (Installing Body Kits, Facelift Conversions, etc) since I customize and market cars myself. However, Travis has proved me wrong as he has installed the most complex Kits ever made for Tesla’s such as the S-Apex Kit from Unplugged Performance. This is by far the best shop in the entire Phoenix area and I’m glad I was fortunate enough to find them. I will never recommend another shop over this place. Straight shooter which I respect more than anything. Don’t give me the run around, just tell me what’s up and let’s proceed. Have a feeling I will develop a long lasting relationship with this shop and use them regularly.

As wonderful of an experience as you can get after your car gets smashed in. Carey is attentive, personable, kind, and detailed. White glove service is not something you expect at a collision center, but Carey does it flawlessly. I hope I never have to return again, but if I do, this is the only place I am taking my car in the future.

Rob and I worked out a deal for me to bring the truck to the shop to do a chrome delete/color match (bumpers). Cary was extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process and I am very pleased with the end result. I recommend this place for doing a great job on my Lexus. I was driving down the freeway when a branch flew out the back of a truck and landed on the top of my hood leaving a long scratch. From day 1, these guys have been completely honest and professional. They took the time to really investigate the vehicle, fix everything, and make sure it was safe again. My Camry drove better than ever before. Unfortunately we were rear ended again shortly after (what are the odds!). The fact my car held beautifully in a second high impact collision speaks volumes to how well work was performed. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

My car was hit by flying debris on the I-17 from a car that lost its front bumper. My front end, doors,lights and sliced rear driver side tire were damaged. Was recommended that I take it to Arizona Collision Co.Kerri handled all the insurance claims and my car came out looking like I had just purchased it. Kerri was very professional and always kept me abreast as to what was going on. I would highly recommend them and go back to them in a heartbeat!!

Kevin is awesome, remembered my name and accident even though we only met once like 2 months prior to when i picked up my car. The work they did was excellent, looked good as new and they stayed relatively in my budget. Only reason for 4 stars was they tinted the window on my door that got replaced, but didn’t tint the rest so now i have 1 tinted and 3 untinted windows. And i didn’t see a mask in sight, which was a little concerning

For most of us, our cars are our lifeline and for some of us, they are even more than that! I am very particular about who I let work on my truck and was very upset when my tailgate received some pretty extensive damage. Through a couple of incidents it had some latching issues, the top frame was bent causing the plastic to not set right, and the outside was scratched pretty bad. I was sure I would need a new tailgate. Nope. Rob, Joe, and then entire crew at Arizona Collision did an amazing job getting my tailgate in mint condition. Not only that but they did it in an efficient manner and I got the coolest updates along the way via email.The entire staff from top down is incredible. Rob runs an amazing show there, Joe is a fantastic right hand man, and the guys who get their hands dirty do amazing work. The care an attention paid to the customer is beyond impressive and not your typical body shop experience. Rob and Joe also hopped in the bed of my truck themselves and helped straighten out a minor bend I had in my bed; totally above and beyond what was necessary. If you care about your vehicle and want it in good hands, I cannot recommend them enough or praise them enough. I hope I dont need much more body work in the future but they will always get my business!

I was having issues with my headlights. One would work and the other nothing, then both nothing. Took it down to ACC and met with Kevin. He walked me through the process and possibilities of what could be wrong. I have aftermarket headlights so sometimes the wiring needs to be redone. Luckily all I needed was new bulbs, but to get the headlight housing out was crazy! So glad I took it to them!

They are super helpful and friendly! My car had a dent from a minor accident and they fixed it right up! Worked with my insurance to get me the bumper from the dealer. We will defiantly be going back with any of our auto body needs!

My experience was awful. They quoted me one price, then called when they were halfway done to tell me it was almost double the estimate. After negotiating, it was still higher without replacing the decals. The owner was supposed to call me, but never did. It felt dirty, like a bait and switch. The paint was nice. That was the only good experience. Would not use them again. I value honestly.

Rob and his team restored my truck to how it appeared before my accident. Their team did an exceptional job as other Tundra owners in the Valley have said they routinely do. Highly recommended!

I brought in the project so they could see it with their own eyes! We sat down....quoted me 1900 dollars for 4 pieces of plastic no bigger then8 inches in length and 4 inches wide! Im really really sorry but.....no way! I expect at highest 1000 bucks but 1900......No thanks! NEXT!

They were extremely professional and walked me through every step of the way. Had a minor parking lot incident on Saturday, 5/16. Took my 2019 Ram 2500 in for an estimate on Monday, 5/18. My truck had a new, painted bumper installed and ready to roll by noon today, 5/21. The quality, price and customer service standards set by Rob, Travis and his team are hard to beat!

This business Arizona Collision Center in Tempe is very unprofessional. Rob the owner or what I thought was the owner contacted me letting me know i needed to pay the rest of my payment with them knowing i was in a bind and id have it to them on my next pay period. He persisted to demand the money from me saying if i do not pay it today that he would send me to collections except he did not say it in that way it was much more vulgar, he cursed at me ((VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)) if you ask me. He kept talking over me then he went straight to yelling at me while i was trying to talk to him and let him know i will try and get an advance to pay him. He hung up on me --- again as i said ((VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)). If you are a supposed business owner you listen to your clients whether its what you want to hear or not. And to top it off my car was not even fixed correctly. There was still scrapes where it was fixed and painted the paint was coming off after a few washes. Cheap way to fix it and get their money they think they deserve. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. Very poor service. Very poor customer service. I am ashamed i even took my car here! - I made sure to report them to BBB as well. :) attached is a photo below... Damage is not fixed it may be small but not to me!. my insurance company paid them a few thousand...i expect my car to not have any dents or scratches on the side they fixed

Arizona Collision Center was amazing! Travis got my truck in quickly and and even called enterprise to pick me up. They were able to answer all my questions and kept me up to date on all that was happening. They sent me text messages and Joe would call if there was something else going on. When I asked if Joe could send me the report or additional pictures he was always quick and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and they did an amazing job on the truck! Awesome service I would highly recommend!

Would provide zero stars if possible. We brought our F150 here after we were rear ended. When we went to pick up the truck one of the tail light sockets was missing. We overheard an employee say, Thats why he doesnt work here anymore. Once the tail light was corrected we noticed that the engine was making terrible new sounds that did not sound right. The employees there responded, Oh it probably needs an oil change. We then took our truck and within one mile our truck stalled out on the 202 freeway twice. We brought the truck back immediately, and were told it was not related to the accident and after re-looking at it we were told it was wear and tear. However, we had our truck thoroughly inspected one month prior and did not have any poor engine reports which we have proof of. However, Arizona Collision Center of Tempe states that it was not related to the accident nor was it any error on their end even though the truck never before made that sound before it was left in their possession. We are now on the hook for the rental truck since we had to tow our truck to a new auto repair shop, PLUS we will have to buy a new truck as this one will cost $7K plus to fix! We should have NEVER come here.

Travis and Joe did a fantastic job on my truck. I had them change out front bumper and grill with aftermarkets. The paint match they did on the custom front bumper looks to be a perfect match with my 2018 truck color. I wasnt sure how the custom stuff would come out but it transformed my truck in many ways. Without these guys being able to exact color match these aftermarket parts, truck would just be another custom black bumper truck.

They did a great job repairing my brand vehicle. They fought to get/use new parts instead of after market parts for the repairs. The only complaint is that they did not vacuum all the broken glass from the side window that was broken when they were taking it out. I had a small cut on my finger before realizing what it was. Regardless, my experience overall was great!

My truck was at the shop for more than 5 weeks. The work was not complete. They only put 1 of the 2 side steps on. My windshield is STILL cracked. They told me they washed & detailed my truck and there was dirt on the side that had been sitting there ( truck was never washed ). I got to the office 20 minutes prior to closing and waited for JJ to finish helping someone eise. They charged me / insurance company for emblems that were not put on. When I started pointing out the work that was missed he then told me “ we closed 15 minutes ago I’m ready to leave, we can talk Monday “. On top of my truck not being complete, I was charged a “ processing fee” to complete the payment. This company had great reviews and I was referred to them, but the service was complete opposite .

I took my tundra to Arizona collision center after my truck was hit in a parking lot. Rob is a very big part of the Arizona tundras group and was highly recommended from that group. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to take my truck to him. I’ve seen the work his team does and it was a very easy decision to take it to him. His team did an amazing job on my truck. They took care of everything for me and my my experience very simple. Accidents can be a nightmare when dealing with insurances but his team handled it all for me. They kept me in the know and got my truck back to me looking better than ever. Thanks again guys I appreciate the job you do.

The whole team has been supportive as I’ve worked through an unplanned total loss assessment. Travis was very accommodating to answer my questions and helped me work through everything. Nicole and the front office always answered my questions and were very helpful in getting everything moved around, picked up, dropped off and all the paperwork completed.
