Decided to go to CarStar due to the great reviews. Got my estimate and was told it would take about a week to complete… It actually took 3 weeks, which I didn’t mind cause I just wanted everything done right. But, I was the one calling them each week for an update. Not once did they initiate a call to me to provide me with an update. When I finally went to pick up my car, everything looked okay on the surface. Part of the work was to replace my driver’s side headlight, which they did and it looked great. However, they told me during the estimate that they would buff out the passenger’s side headlight so that both headlights would at least somewhat match. This did not happen. When I asked why they didn’t buff out the left headlight, I was told that it wouldn’t help and that I could purchase a new headlight for the left side and they would install it for me for $400. No, thank you. Guess I’ll buff out the left side myself. The only other issue I initially saw that day was that they didn’t put the decals back on the door. They never mentioned that either until I told them about it. Then, I was told that they got only the backing (adhesive), but not the new decals. You would think since they had my car for 3 weeks they would have already reordered it. Nope, I was told I have to come back when they get it to have it put on…. As of this writing, I have now had my car for a few days and it’s been rainy and dusty. I was driving today when I tried to use my windshield fluid to clear the windshield and found it didn’t work. Thank goodness I wasn’t driving in extreme weather where I would have really needed it. When I got home I tried to pop open the hood and found that that wouldn’t open. Upon further inspection, I found the wire that’s supposed to attach to the release latch wasn’t installed properly. After finally getting the hood to open, I found the windshield hoses were disconnected. After looking around the other areas they worked on, I also found that they didn’t even attach the battery holder/stabilizer. It’s like they just slapped my car back together and called it a day. I will be calling them on Monday to let them know of these issues I’ve found and had to fix myself. There really should be some kind of quality check done after all work has been completed. Now I’m worried about what else could possibly be wrong in the places they worked on that I can’t get to without taking my car apart.

They did pretty good work but it took almost a whole month longer than I was quoted. Additionally, I discovered the wheel well cover was not reinstalled and was placed inside of my trunk! Other reviews have also stated that they did not fully reinstall all of the parts they were supposed to.As for the timing of it all I was told parts were being delayed due to COVID. Fine. Then there was a delay with my insurance. Then their staff called out for 9 days and they didnt touch my car during that time. All in all it took almost 2 months for them to fix my car, a full 25 days later than it was supposed to be.I would look elsewhere for your repair work because of the poor communication, staffing issues, sloppy work, and lengthy repair times.

So far very professional still waiting for my vehicle to be worked on. Their facilities and equipment are modern and look up-to-date

The managers and technicans were very professional. The reception area was neat and clean. I will refer all my friends to CARSTAR T&S Bodyworks.

CARSTAR came to our rescue when we had a bumper incident, and needed to drive 4 hours back to our hometown. While the repair they proposed was very economical, we asked that the bumper be secured enough for our drive back home. They helped us without hesitation and secured our bumper. The service was quick, courteous and they politely declined any payment. We were able to get home safely, and we are thankful for their kindness.

I use T&S any time I need any body work done. I have used them a few times over the years. The last time, the insurance company was trying to scam me out of what I was owed. A man here got on the phone and had a come to Jesus moment with the insurance rep. I had no more issues after that. Their work is top quality and they use the best equipment and parts. I recommend them every time!

Excellent customer service and workmanship! I obtained several quotes and this was by far the most reasonable. This shop was also recommended to me by friends and my insurance company. In the end I drove over 30 miles for their services and it was more than worth the drive time. My vehicle looked great and was done earlier than expected. I brought my car in for repairs after being in an accident and the folks at CarStar took care of everything for me from coordinating with the other insurance company to get repairs done to helping me get a rental car and even coordinated the return of my rental car for me so all I had to do was show up to drop off and pick up my car! I would definitely use CarStar again in the future but hopefully I never have to!

I don’t usually contribute to these reviews but these folks need to be recognized! Absolutely blown away by the service I received from this team. Look, there are plenty of excuses why this project should have taken longer than expected and each one would be justifiable. However, these folks are about customer service and the entire experience proved that so. From dropping the vehicle off to the repairs to the finished product, original estimated to take 21 days, took a total of 15. 15 days included the Christmas holiday and I imagine they took a few days off. So, do the math- these guys are exceptionally well organized. I highly recommend them!

First time using T&S by way of referral and reviews. I was already frustrated with someone hitting my brand new car! But I called and spoke with Adam and he was great. Discussing the process, working with insurance, and scheduling an appointment was super easy and quick! Best part is my car was back to new after just a week. While no one is happy when their car is involved in accident, I can attest that Carstar T&S makes the process of repairs simple. Clearly defined start to finish. And my car was ready two day before we expected! From the evening of the accident to picking up the vehicle after repair was 5 business days! Great job by Carstar. Hope I dont have need of this service again, but if I do, I will return to them for the work.

5 star collision repair! I worked there 20 years ago and I took my truck there because I know they do excellent work. They repaired and painted my truck. They repaired dents and didn’t charge me for. If you want quality work for a fair price take it to them! If you want cheap work for a cheap price, take it somewhere else...

After accident they took care of the car and insurance. They even removed the little dings and scratches she had accumulated over the years. Know it is just a truck, but she is special to me - Thanks for making her Look special Scott.

Everyone was super friendly when I took my car in and they got it done, right when they said they would. The quote they gave me was also accurate with how much it ended up costing to fix my car. This is my second time using T&S and I will never consider going elsewhere. The staff is professional and friendly and they really take care of every customer. You really get a white glove experience and my car always comes back looking better than it did before my accident. They handle everything from the insurance to calling your rental car to come pick you up. Getting in an accident is stressful, but getting your car sorted out doesnt have to be. T&S will treat you like family and I cannot recommended them enough!

The process was so easy and very reassuring. People suck who commit hit & run, but this shop kept us updated and made my daughter laugh through it all. Great shop!!

After waiting 2 weeks for my car to be fixed and calling and checking daily on the status I would get pushed off saying they would have someone call me back and at times the person I would speak to would say oh I think we got the wrong part oh I think we are waiting on a part oh I think we got the wrong part again someone will call you back and nobody would, causing me to have to call back again the next day to try to find out again. I paid my deductible for some of the work done and was told my mirror was a special edition that was nationally out of stock and once they got that to come in they would call me (and said not to call them) And once it would come in they said I could quickly come in to get it put it on and I’d be on my way. They’ve never called. It’s been over a month, and have not heard anything from the shop or a status update. I chose this shop based on the good reviews but unfortunately I was not one to receive good service. I paid for something that was never finished.

They did a great job repairing rear bumper after rear-end collision.

Did adequate cosmetic job but took several tries to correct mechanical issues. Very poor quality control oversight, very poor advisors ( they seem to think being funny overcomes poor/absent communication).

This place is awesome! I had to call them after hours as I could not get my son’s passenger door shut because of a dent. The manager- Scott, sent the production manager Vinny out to help me get the car door closed so I could get my car to them. They did a beautiful job on the car! Great collision repair facility

I have a custom Dodge Magnum that someone hit in a parking lot. I was lucky enough that they left a note and started an insurance claim which made getting my car fixed a lot easier.I chose Carstar because of previous experience with the franchise and Im glad it lived up to my previous experience.The rear bumper and various trim is no longer available and would be nearly impossible to track down even a used one. At first I was nervous because my only option was a repair, but I was pleasantly surprised when the work was done. It looks brand new and they matched my custom decals perfectly!The staff were awesome and kept me informed of everything being done. It was such a relief to have everything taken care of and done correctly the first time.Thank you for the excellent service and care of my vehicle!

I definitely recommend this shop! I brought my 2014 Lexus IS350 in as the front bumper was COVERED with deep rock chips (worst I’ve ever seen). Vince and Joey stripped down my bumper, repaired the damage and rock chips and completely repainted it. Mike did a full detail of the car. They went above and beyond and my car literally looks BRAND NEW! The paint on the bumper matches perfectly, the whole car is now free of all the swirl marks and light scratches and is spotless inside and out! I couldn’t be happier. I love my car again. :)

Their prices are in line with everyone else. They will work with you on sourcing aftermarket parts if you need to shave off some cost. The actual repair work looks excellent. Communication could be better. You need to ask a lot of questions to be sure you know what youre paying for.

Took my truck in for some body work. They said it would take over week called today its done only took 3 days.Their work is exceptional . I’ve been fortunate to never have to go to a collision center before. However, that all changed recently when I damaged the paint on my Silverado which caused me to look online for places I can go to for help and create a claim with my insurance provider.After searching various places I decided on Carstar T&S Body Works and I am glad I made that decision. These guys are great and do a great job on repairs. Weve brought in a couple different cars to have small repairs. The stupid stuff that happens like people backing into you in a parking lot (and leaving of course), when someone is pulling a trailer and doesnt know how to actually drive with one attached and my personal favorite, when your car is used as a stopping point for parking. Shout to the painters who have done invisible blends. I know that metallic silvers and grays can be a pain, flawless every time. Latest will be for a bucket flying out of a truck on the freeway and having its way with the bumper, hood, fender and drivers door😣 Did they stop, nope, sped up and swiftly excited.Any ways T&S know what they are doing.

10/29/2018 take my car to this bodyshop because the insurer sent me to this workshop to repair my vehicle. On the day 11/02/2018 I get a call from the workshop. To tell me that my vehicle was ready I checked along with the agent of the workshop and told him that it was not good work told me that they would re-rectify. Spending a week. More today 11/07/2018 I receive a call to tell me that my vehicle was ready and what was my surprise that is still in the same conditions that last week did nothing. I recommend to all people who want to visit this business think twice. Times because this workshop is not qualified for professional work. These are the kind of work they do. I dont recommend it is a fraud. If this is called repair..? Repaint the bumper without replacing it so explain this to me.? The blow is still there all plunged..?? You tell me in your answer..! That the bumper was not the damage..? So he showed you a picture..! From where is the damage and clear mind is in the bumper. Check your company well. Because Im going to make a complaint to the city.

Me and my fiance just got her 2015 Kia Rio back and Im blown away at the amazing job these guys did, Flawlessnpaint and bodywork it looks better than it did before the accident, they went so over and beyond what they needed to do. Illnever take a vehicle I own anywhere else. My beautiful girl was rear ended by some kid texting and completely ruined the bumper the trunk the tail lights, pretty much the whole rear end destroyed. We were initially greeted by Grant( Employee of the year if you ask me). He offered us coffee, water, and snacks. There office is spotless, ice cold, and comfortable. They finished our car early, washed the car, vacuumed. Took pictures of the progress daily and sent via email. I would highly recommend you give this place a shot. Grant was so helpful and polite he truly made a pain in the butt situation not bad at all. Its so rare that a business treats customers like that anymore. Youre awesome Carstar!

After picking up my truck the steering wheel was off center. When I called they knew exactly what truck I was talking about because Im guessing they struggled to align it several times. I work for General Motors as a mechanic so I put my truck on the alignment machine at my dealership to check it. The angles were way off and I could see where they marked it with chalk to try and adjust the steering wheel without using the machine. It’s an old mechanics trick but the problem is even though the steering wheel might be straight the tires will have inner ware from not having the machine align it. I aligned it myself and got the steering wheel perfect, apparently t&s doesnt know about thrust angle when aligning a truck. The body work also looked bad and they painted one of my expensive flat black wheels gloss black so I also had to get that fixed. Overall, they caused more problems that I had to fix myself then I had came in with. Already told all the mechanics in the aria about t&s and not to go. Now Im saying the same thing to anyone reading this, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

If I could give them a negative zero, I would definitely do it. The guy didnt even bother to give me his name screamed at me and made me feel like I am screwing him up hang up with me while on a conversation. Apparently if they cant deal with an argument from customer they would just drop the call from you. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It was about a wrong part that got painted through them. I was told that they should have known that it was a wrong part before have it painted. The guy said that he never saw the car (which is true) never had the vin number but I told him that the vin number is on the invoice. He yelled and told me I dont care, and Im not going to get anything out of it and Im just wasting his time. I called back and told him that he gave me the worst customer service and that Ill put it on review. He slammed the phone again. They would not work on a deal with a screwed customer.

THIS IS THE WORST CAR REPAIR SHOP EVER!! My car was in the shop 5 weeks. I called 3 times and they told me that they had the parts but didnt have a date of when they could get to it. It was never friendly, it was always a What do you want!? tone of voice. They finally gave me a date to pick it up. The day of, I called to confirm it would be ready but they told me that they had notified State Farm that my car needed to be totaled. What?! I just talked to you 2 days ago and nothing was mentioned. Their response: That is how it is, they never know until they work on it and unfortunately that is the outcome. OK, why didnt they call me? Because they dont care!! HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

If you find yourself in an accident and need an auto body shop (T &S Body Works), Id avoid this place. Slow service, cant handle rust, and slightly incompetent. When I received my estimate, they missed half of the components that actually broke during the accident, and my car has had issues since the accident. Id recommend another shop and save yourself the headache.

I feel they did a nice job on the car it took a little longer than expected because they said there was more damage then could be seen . But over all it was good experience.

Very accommodating and ended up exceeding my expectations!

They did exactly what they promised. I would use them again if I needed a body repair.
