Well I found Exclusive Wheel & Tire on offer up. I was looking for wheels and tires for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5x127. I found on offer up that they had brand new wheels I wanted. Now I found people selling wheels and tires but clearly I liked a certain look. Instead of calling I went to the store and besides the limited parking out front they do rent the parking lot next door so there is plenty of side parking. I walked in and immediately got help from Adam. This dude knows exactly what you need from sizes to the tires themselves. I had the basic 18” OEM wheel and tires and they were tired looking after just 25k miles. I wanted the SRT Spyder Monkey wheels and Adam had them in the store in a week and the next day had me set up for an appointment. Here is where I was a little worried and that was the tires? Adam told me that the Falken tire was his top seller and I gave it a try 265/50/20. I drove it on the highway home and it was like driving my Jeep brand new. It rides amazing and there is very little road noise in the cabin. I’ve never been to Exclusive Tire & Wheel before, but I will be back. There was a small hiccup in the order but again Adam took care of it and I’m super happy about how the Jeep handles and rides better than new. If your police or prior military Adam gives a discount.

I called them yesterday (Tuesday) to set up a date to get my Bilstein 5100 shocks and a rear 1” block for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They got me in the next day on Wednesday. The workmanship is great and I have no knocks or rattles coming from the suspension. They have the best customer service I have come across in a long time, it even might be better than chic-fil-a customer service. The price was very fair and I had a tremendous experience getting my lift put on my truck here. Brandon was great to work with. I will be going back to get new rims and recommending friends and family here.

Took my FR-S to the guys at exclusive with questions about wheels for my already lowered vehicle, read a lot on forums but wasnt 100% confident, needless to say Obie helped me find the proper offset as well as tire size for my car and can i say im in love with the outcome! Stopped by the shop out of curiosity. It was pretty close to closing time but Obie still took the time to find something I liked as well as giving his personal insight on products.
