Off-Roaders, rejoice! Look no further! Robby and his team went way further than any company I spoke with when it came to wheels and tires. I checked with Desert Rat, SDHQ, Doetsch Off-road, Trailbuilt.com… 37” tires are harder to come by then I was expecting. Having a Jeep, I needed 5 complete sets. Furthermore, a new DOT compliant bead-lock style wheel just released in the market that baffled all but I person I spoke with at all those shops. I just needed the tires. Robby at this Discount Tire on the corner of Warner and McClintock in Tempe impressed the heck out of me. Robby first tried to find the 5 tires I needed all over the country. Out of curiosity, he asked me about the wheels. I already had it in my mind that Discount Tire wouldn’t be able to help me because of the type of wheel I was looking for. I gave Robby the part number and told me he was going to look into it. He also informed me he was going to check with the tire manufacturer to check on any availability of the tires I wanted. Robby actually called me back the same day! To this day, none of the other shops have called me back. Robby did all the research on the wheels and confirmed he would be able to get them done for me plus beat the prices of all the other shops I spoke with! Robby had to orchestrate tires coming from different states because there weren’t five tires all in one place. He even kept me posted along the way. We discussed the assembly and logistics when I finally went in… Shop guys typically brush off people trying to speak with them about THIER business. Robby was completely genuine, professional and open to my input. I am so impressed with the level of customer service here. The entire team working when I went in were all genuinely nice people. That’s hard to come by when it comes to automotive shops. I am so thankful for Robby and his team. It was like a breath of fresh air. I feel lucky that I came across him and the team here at Discount Tire. Thank you Robby! You’re the man!

I just drove through for an air check for my tires due to the tire indicator light being on. The line was long (10 cars ahead of me when I got on line) due to the colder air coming in. That was no fault of Discount Tire and, in spite of the long wait, I am SO APPRECIATIVE of this quick free service they offer. I hope the customers are giving some small tip to the young man providing this service. He is doing the best he can. Thank you.

I have always had awesome service at the McClintock and Warner location. Friday, I took my truck in for a very slow leak and they repaired my tire right away. I managed to leave without my tire lock. A couple of hours later, as I was heading back to the store, the repaired tire went flat at an intersection less than a mile from the store. I called them and Kyle sent Skylar to help remove the tire and take it back to the store to check it. They went ahead and replaced it and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Kudos to Kyle and Skylar for going above and beyond.

Great service, fast repair, all while staying professional, and energetic. Took the SUV there to fix a screw in one of my tires. They checked all my tires for me and got it done quickly for a great price. Ill be going back to get new tires when Im ready. Thanks for being straight forward, honest, and helpful.

This store exceeded all of my expectations when looking for new wheels. Thomas helped me through the whole process of finding a wheel that I liked and he was personable and communicative. Even though there is a market shortage on just about every wheel out there due to shipping issues overseas, we were able to find ones at the warehouse, and got them on my truck within a few days. AND the price was better than any other competitor for the same wheel. I could not recommend this location enough. Thank you Thomas for all of your help.

Where do I start... I went in to purchase two new tires for the rear of my vehicle, was told it could take up to two hours as it was busy... Not a problem... Four hours later still no update for my car... Went up to the desk to ask for an update, turned out my car was ready almost two hours ago... Asked what happened the clerk said that the salesperson dropped the ball... Informed him that this is just poor service.. He agreed and refunded my the cost of Labor... Got my keys and headed home... Tire pressure warning came up on one of the new tires... When I got home the new tire was almost flat. Called the store to inform them of the situation... They sent out a tech to look at the tire... Turns out it was leaking from the stem... They rebuilt the sensor using the wrong parts... Yes they made it right, but I assure you, I will never be back to this location...

Had just bought a set of 4 tires. Then had an accident and my front tire blew. I called them to get a new one and they gave me a 50% off discount even without the roadside hazard insurance. He said for being a loyal customer!! This is the place to go!

I was having problems with my front passenger tire. I new it was starting to split in places and as I drove it got worse and worse. I was not able to purchase tires at this time but I had a spare that was under my truck with no way to get it down.So I went into this Discount Tire store thinking that I was just going to get my spare tire put on my front driver side that was splitting, only to find out not only was my spare bad that both of my front tires were shredding. I was almost in tears, no way to buy new tires as I was in the middle of moving.I kindly asked Robert if he thought my truck would make it back to mesa and should I drive surface streets. He told me to hold on a moment and he was checking something. He came back and told me he had found two used tires that he could put on and I was still like, oh thank you but I just literally can not afford any tires right now. He told me, No they are free! I was so happy I almost cried!!They quickly got to work changing my tires. I left feeling SAFE driving for the first time in a long time. Fast forward to the next day. When I got to work we were looking at the tires.... These were NOT used tires!!! They were BRAND NEW!!!I will forever tell everyone about discount tires, and more so I will tell them about Robert! This location was GREAT! Went in with an unexpected flat and I had to be at a church backpack drive in less than an hour. Gentleman at counter was awesome enough to move us right in bcuz he knew itd b a 15 minute job. I appreciate that he moved us up in front of cars that were going to sit in the parking lot waiting to b picked up anyways. In other words he didnt move us in front of the line of customers already waiting there but rather in front of those that were coming back for their cars. I really appreciate the sense of urgency he showed not just for the customers that were there with an appt but also the way he made us feel like we were just as important even tho we didnt have an appt (cuz who schedules a flat right LoL).

Discount Tire employees never come up short when it comes to customer service and sales. I had a tire that was completely shot. 2 employees (Im sorry I forgot the names) immediately helped me. I wanted to get the same or comparable tire. I was able to get 2 front tires that were priced matched, and had higher mileage. Weve loved the location on Warner & Mcclintock for years. Yesterday my employee went, with no money - to have her spare tire put on, as pretty much all of her tires are bad, but one in particular. They felt so uneasy about her leaving, the claimed to have used tires that would cost her nothing. Unbeknownst to her, they are BRAND new. She is in a tough way financially (moving + life) and that was a huge Godsend! I set my appointment for Monday for my 4 tires Im needing. So So awesome of them!!

I had an appointment at 11:30 to replace a tire because It looked like someone took a nail gun to it. This nail was in the side wall, I was looking at a big expense walking in there, thinking they would try to get me to purchase 2 tires. Luckily the tread depth was 9/32nds so it wasnt needed.The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even fulfilled my request to pull the HUGE nail out so I could keep it as a trophy. I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! I highly recommend them for any tire needs. I will definitely be back when I need to replace all 4 tires!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I need 4 new tires for my truck. It was going on a 2,000 mile trip. My local store didnt have the tires, but made arrangements to have then shipped from another store. Fed Ex delivered two of the tires, but left the other two in their distribution center. My local store called around and find two tires 11 miles away. I went and picked then up, they put them on for me and didnt charge me labor because I had to go pick up my tires 11 miles away. They were kind and considerate through the whole process. I guess thats why Ive been a customer since the 1970s when as a teen of take my car down there and trade out my really bald tires for less bald tires and ask I paid for was labor back then.

I stopped by the other big name tire place and they wanted to charge $29.95 for a flat repair so I waited an hour in my car for Discount tire to open and do the same thing for free. Skyler was helpful and ready to help along with the rest of the team. Totally worth it, thanks Discount Tire!!!!

Set up an appointment the morning of a flat tire emergency they got my car in and done in 20 minutes!

Went in yesterday for a balance on a Ram I recently purchased. Made an appointment on line which works great. Met with Richard who provided a tire check and then we talked about a tire upgrade which I have in mind for next year. I drove my truck on the ramp to ensure no smudges on the seats. They had me done in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding team as a whole. Excellent can do attitudes by all and outstanding customer service with no pressure. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I cant say enough how grateful and happy i am with my service today. I wish I wouldve thought to get both the gentlemens names that assisted me. I was a red santa fe that put off replacing 2 front tires because of my covid fears and being medically at risk until it became a tire safety issue so I went in today. The staff was completely accommodating and reassuring. the salesperson asked if i felt comfortable coming into the lobby to look at my options and when i mentioned I was really nervous due to covid, the staff immediately offered for me to drive my own car into the bay and drive it out. they came and got me in the parking lot when it was my turn and were very careful and sanitary and didnt have to touch the inside of my car. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. and they didnt roll their eyes or make any comments. they were respectful and put me at ease. Im so thankful for the amazing AND respect I received today.

My tire had a nail in it and Discount Tire said they could not repair it because the tire was too worn. They said I needed to replace it. Took my car to Gunnell Tire & Sevice in Mesa and they said the tire was not that bad.They estimated it had about 5k more miles of life in it. They repaired it and rotated my tires free of charge. Guess Ill be going to Gunnell from here on out.

We have our tires warrantied through Discount and this location in particular are super helpful, courteous and eager to help. They offer an easy-to-drive-up Air Check and even in a brief interaction yesterday morning his customer Service was thoughtful and genuine (even at 8:15am).

This location was amazing. I am used to going to Discount Tire because they have good prices and good service. When I went to this location however I wasnt looking for tires but I did need a simple part for my car that isnt typically in stock. The staff there were very helpful and made sure that I had everything that I . Even though the part that I ended up buying was only a couple of dollars I still got great service and attention from their staff. It isnt easy to get respect in an auto shop as a woman alone but I appreciated the way I was treated here.

Great customer service, was headed out of town so I stopped for the free air pressure check and was shown a bald tire with a crack on it on the front right side of my car. These guys replaced my two front tires and got me back on the road in just about forty minutes. Everyone was busy and the business seemed to be working like a fine oiled machine... Thanks guys. So I ordered my tires a weeks ago set an appointment in for the day they were supposed to show up. So they have me pull in my car and get started then about 45 minutes later they come to me and tell me they cant find my tires. I have been there about an hour and a half, so they tell me we will call you tomorrow when the tires get here they are a day behind in delivery. All im saying is that it would have been nice to get a call ahead of time so I wouldnt wast my time sitting in the lobby. So I ask for a little compensation for that (spent $700 in 4 tires) and they say yeah heres $10 for gas. So I spend $700 on tires and then wast my time and never did i complain in their lobby because I didnt want to create a scene and all they want to do is give me $10? I will never come to this location again!

I had awesome service at this store on McClintock and Southern. I purchased four tires with them and the price and service was great. I had been to another Discount store prior and even though its the same company the customer service at the other store was terrible. I will definitely be back to this store on McClintock again!
