If you get your vehicle serviced just be warned that they dont have a cleaning service so your car will be dirty when you finally get it back. And what ever you do make sure the guy that helps you is not named Mike Conner!! He will never return your call, and is so very unprofessional.

When I dropped my car off for service they helped a bunch of people that came after me before me. Same thing happened when I came to pick my car up. I waited 30+ minutes to pick up my car. How is this providing a 5 star experience? Then the manager stepped in to help me since my service provider was off. Atleast someone finally gave me some proper assistance

We were interested in a vehicle and submitted an online request around 4pm last night. Were were contacted by Sarah in less than an hour. Within a few hours, we had done all of our negotiating and that car buying stuff everyone hates to do, via email and text. By 8:00 that evening, we had gotten our trade appraised, credit approved, and gotten terms that were right where we wanted to be. Today, we drove in our trade, signed the paperwork, and were out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new car and a full tank of gas. Sarah was extremely responsive, courteous, professional, and made this the best car purchase experience weve ever had!!! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra distance to Riverview or Gilbert. This location has the worst service I’ve ever seen. I’m truly appalled by their lack of concern for providing quality service or attempt to resolve the issue. Both the service reps and the actual manager both have zero professionalism and I really hope this persuades customers to avoid this location at all costs. I wish I would have read reviews before bringing my vehicle in.

Lack of communication. No genuine customer service. Waited 5+hrs for a freaking battery replacement! They had incorrect contact information, even after I verified and provided my contact info with the rep. They couldnt even update my information at the end. Manager kept going about different systems.I dont care I just want it fix!

I am on a road trip and needed an oil change same day, scheduling was easy and service was friendly. Liam took care of the service including tire rotation in a little over an hour. Price for service was fair and not pushy.

Their service estimates are bad. Time and money both. 2 hour wait? Most likely over 3 hours. Don’t wait at the dealership, they don’t care.Also remember that when giving them your contact information, expect to be contacted indiscriminately about other services and car sales.

I bought the maintenance package and boy do I regret it. Every time I come here they take over 2 hours so a simple oil change. The first time I went was a day or two after buying the car. I noticed my wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I brought it in and they replaced it. Once I left there was still a loud noise coming from the car. I called and they told me my wheels were cupped and that’s why it was making the noise. Mind you I just bought the car. I had to ask them to replace all the tires. They did not mention they would do anything unless I had mentioned that they should take care of it. The next time I came in was for a simple oil change. I was there for 3 hours because they didn’t have the oil filter for my car. No one tells me anything until I ask why it has been over 2 hours. The cashier says don’t worry they will take care of you. They did nothing. My maintenance was already free. I called a left a message with the auto nation headquarters and didn’t even get a call back. I used chat support and was directed back to the headquarters. The service department is terrible, however the purchase of the car and sales team was great. Figures.

I called three times in a row to be transferred to one of their advisors all three times voicemail clear call back request no call back. I call back Monday afternoon and they pick up and hang up the phone. it takes a couple minutes to go through the several options to even get to the point of scheduling an appointment in the first place. If it takes over four calls with three voicemails with no callback and a hang up that says something about this place be careful

I’ve been here a few times and the service is ridiculously slow. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and basic inspection. My appointment was at 9:40 AM and I didn’t get out until 12:15 PM. Employees are really friendly at least.

Donta (pronounce as Dante) is professional, personable and respectful to his customers and others in the office through our observation. He’s gone out of his way to look for things that we have mentioned to provide us option and best case scenarios that we may choose from to satisfy our needs. The sales manager and staff do not play games they give you the best price, the best options and actually listen to what you want to pay and without being the typical outrageous, obnoxious car dealer they actually want your business and don’t think themselves as higher person than the one buying. As for the Finance Department, Kyle stood out among great people made us feel welcome that we belong and we are part of the Toyota Family.If you need any car, please seek out Donta (in sales) ask to work with Kyle (Finance) and you should be satisfied if not overjoyed with the service you’ve been given.

Toon is a thief! Man wanted to charge me for a new tire for my Tacoma when it didn’t have anything wrong! I thought it had been damaged due to a nail i believed it had. I took it to Costco Tires and they found nothing wrong with the tire. This place has lost my business forever! This is why you cannot trust dealers. They make their money off of their ‘service department’.

Jesse the financer and Dale in sales were the best people I’ve ever encountered car shopping. They were extremely honest and didn’t see me as just a sale when I was fully committed to getting something that probably wasn’t the best option for me and they steered me to a better option for the long run. It wasn’t just a sales pitch. If I ever need a new car they are two people I will be seeing first before going anywhere else thank you so much.

Bought a Toyota Prius V in February. Have the car for less than 3 moths. Call the service department and I was told the last time the car had an change was in September and that off course is due. So I told them I just bought the car drive less than 3000 miles. Told me that the contract stated I was buying a car without oil change. Did not feel like arguing, BUT I mean I bought a car that stated I was buying without oil changed. I mean where is the customer service. The less that they could had done was bring the car we will take care it or pay half of the service BUT no nothing. I got really screwed with this deal.

Took my 02 camry here over a 2 month period due to a stalling issue, they have no problem shaking your hand giving you a smile and I know they charge more but thinking that since its Toyotas dealership I was in good hands. Wrong, payed a couple hundred bucks over weeks on fixes they gave me a discount on already jacked up repair costs and ignored my thoughts on the Mass Airflow Sensor causing poor idle and staling at stops with the air on. Finally got fed up, took it to a guy down the road my buddy recommended: sure enough he says everything i described changing the mass airflow sensor fixed in his previous customers cars 185$ boom fixed and back on the road. Thats my story, take it or leave it.

You can make appointments online and the wait is never too long. Comfortable enough waiting area with snacks and beverages. The staff isnt pushy about adding on services either.

To be honest, Im a little disappointed in the service center. I took my wifes car there because her check engine light was on. I spent over four hours here. I was never contacted by the service adviser. I had to ask the cashier twice for a status update from the service adviser. I have to make another appointment because the issue still isnt fixed.

The mechanics here have been fantastic so far, but the service department can’t seem to get with it on the shuttle thing. With the amount of money spent on service and service warranties I should not have to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle only to have a woman who just arrived be prioritized. One driver for many customers is unacceptable and hardly constitutes a shuttle service.

I wouldnt buy a car here had some issues with the paperwork and a cracked window wanted answers I had spoke to Jordan Hawkins and he said he would get back to me the next day, well at this point we are over 2 weeks out and I have called back and left a message and still nothing. So evidently they DONT CARE. DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Big mistake!!!! Dont understand why you guys wont get back to me I spent $19,000 on a car to get ignored as soon as I have a question. This really bites. Thanks for ignoring me Tempe Toyota, Barrett

I bought a truck from camelback Toyota... NEVER GO THERE. Long story short (you can read the review on their site) I have not had my truck for even a year and it is pre certified. Bought the extended warranty that doesn’t cover noise. Where there is clunking there is failure. Jeff my service guy has been so awesome trying to get it all squared away and he fought a good fight but I’ll have to pay for most of it.Brian Freund has been showing me some 2015 trucks and he has been amazing trying to find me what I want and I even wanted a new truck until I drive it. I just want my truck fixed. Autonation Rocks... Camelback Toyota sucks. You let me down man.
